日前，教育部考试中心发布通知，7月恢复部分雅思、托福考试，语言考试形式也出现了新变化。面对防疫背景下的部分复考，有哪些是需要特别注意的？让我们一起来做一下梳理。
部分线下考点恢复
“留学群里有传过7月可能会恢复考试的消息，如今终于等到了！”6月底，正在南京家中备考的汪敏终于松了一口气。此前她已经收到了一所英国高校媒体传播专业的有条件录取通知，传媒专业对语言成绩要求较高，汪敏原本准备在上半年将雅思考过7分。疫情打乱了计划，她的上一次雅思考试还停留在1月。
“对我们不少考生来说，考试时间未定，其实总感觉复习的心也在悬着，心神不宁，复习效率提不上去。现在日期定了，心里觉得踏实多了。”汪敏说。
汪敏的心情是许多雅思、托福备考学生的真实写照。线下考点逐步复考，给他们吃下了一颗定心丸。
根据教育部考试中心的消息，自7月开始，逐步恢复包括雅思上海机考中心、广州机考中心和重庆机考中心等在内3个机考考点、4个机考考场的计算机化雅思考试，包括苏州大学、扬州大学、宁波大学等在内12个纸笔考点的雅思纸笔考试；逐步恢复包括深圳城市学院、上海中学、常州高级中学等在内10个考点的托福考试；逐步恢复包括东莞文盛国际学校和深圳赛格人才培训中心等在内8个考点的GRE考试与上海、广州GMAT考点等在内6个考点的GMAT考试。
除此之外的其余考点仍不具备组考条件，7月份考试将继续取消，考试费将全额退还至考生个人报名账户。
考试新特点需注意
疫情之下，语言考试复考后也出现了一些新特点。以雅思为例，新增机考将采用全新的视频通话口语考试，即考生在机考中心以视频通话形式与真人考官进行口语考试。视频通话口语考试在考试内容、评分标准、考试时长、难度等级、考试题型和安全设置等方面与现场对话口语考试保持完全一致。同时，在部分纸笔考试考点，也将陆续推出视频通话口语考试。
启德教育考培事业部副总经理刘文勇在接受本报记者采访时表示，口语考试采用远程网络方式，或许也是在目前许多雅思考官尚无法入境中国形势之下的无奈之举。但对考生来说，考试形式会出现新变化在此前并非没有端倪可寻。
5月中旬，英国文化教育协会上线IELTS SpeakUP雅思口语练习，考生可与雅思官方口语专家进行一对一在线练习。“雅思在推出这项服务的时候，我们心中也有了预期，那就是口语考试可能会采用网络端口进行，我们也给备考中的学生提供了新的建议。”刘文勇表示，口语远程考试毕竟与面考存在差别，考生在应考中需要注意。
与托福考试采用全机考不同，雅思使用的纸笔考试与机考并行的方式，在此之前，中国考生往往更偏向于选择纸笔考试。但是，复考后的纸笔考试虽考点多，但安排的场次较少，机考场次则更多，考生成功预约机考考点的几率更高。“有的学生认为机考容易在做阅读时串行，故而并不愿意接受新的考试形式，但如今也不得不适应、不得不做出改变。”刘文勇说。
应考须遵守防疫要求
为做好防疫工作，雅思官方在此前发布的防疫措施温馨提示中，建议复考后考生尽可能报考本地的雅思考试。然而，由于雅思、托福等考试目前仍是小范围恢复线下考试，仅限于部分地区少量考场，还无法充分满足广大考生的需求。因此，面对这种情况选择前往外地赴考，是一些急于拿到语言成绩的学生的无奈之举。
需要注意的是，考生在出发前务必要仔细确认核实、遵守考点所在地的具体防疫要求，并落实自己返程时本地对于疫情防控的有关规定，谨防由于对防疫规定的理解偏差而耽误行程、影响如期参加考试。
专家同时提醒，留学申请季即将来临，考虑到现阶段放出的考位有限这一客观情况，如果学生没有成功约到考位而又迫切需要语言成绩，仍可以考虑将一些替代性考试作为备用方案。
事实上，自今年1月底雅思、托福等考试相继停摆后，雅思Indicator、托福ITP中国版、多邻国考试DET等替代性考试就吸引了许多考生关注，替代性考试在海外高校获得的认可度也逐渐升高。以托福ITP中国版为例，根据托福官方数据，截至目前全球已有超过500所院校认可托福ITP中国版考试成绩，其中不乏哥伦比亚大学、康奈尔大学、伦敦政治经济学院、东京大学等国际名校。专家建议，面对疫情这一特殊情况，考生在申请季要提前做好多种预案，无论是语言考试、留学目的国还是留学院校，都要多做几手准备，切忌“一条道走到黑”，耽误留学行程。

雅思(IELTS)主办方近日宣布，今年将在考务方面进行一系列改进，继取消“90天不得重考”规定后，又推出了电子成绩单和免费代寄额外成绩单、降低考试成绩复议费以及新设立贵阳IELTS考试中心等一系列措施。
从今年4月1日起，IELTS成绩的接收机构将可以通过电子形式接收IELTS成绩单。考生提交的寄送成绩单申请经受理后，成绩单就可立即被送达指定的、已注册为用户的接收机构，从而给考生和接收机构都带来了便利。除在考后提出申请之外，考生还可选择在报名考试时填写指定成绩接收人地址。
此外，自今年4月1日起，考生将不再承担寄发成绩单的邮资。同时，中国考生的IELTS成绩复议费将从原来的950元人民币降至860元。
托福考试：公布新托福报名流程
近日，ETS在其官方网站上公布了新托福考试的报名方式及流程。目前ETS已开通了以下三种新托福考试注册方式：
■网上在线报名。一周7天24小时，考生随时都可上网进行考试报名注册，同时用美元信用卡进行在线支付，无需额外的手续费，而且注册后立即就能得到ETS的e-mail确认信息。考生需在考试前7天去网上报名注册，网址为toefl-registration.ets.org。
■电话报名注册。同样要求考生至少在考试前7天报名注册，同样需要美元信用卡进行电话支付，需要从www.toefl.org下载相关表格。中国考生需要拨当地注册中心的电话报名，电话注册后，考生获得注册号码、考试时间、考试地点等信息。
■邮寄报名注册。考生需要先从网上下载报名注册表格，填写完整后直接寄往ETS或当地的考试注册中心。注册表应该在考生选择的第一考试时间的至少前4周寄出。
据介绍，新托福考试的费用为140美元，ETS接受的支付方式有4种，分别为信用卡、电子支票（e-check）、美元支票、美元汇票。考生如要求重新安排考试时间或地点，则需再支付40美金。
