面试分指挥类和非指挥类专业面试组,报考国防生的考生参加非指挥类专业面试?,采取目测和与考生本人交谈方式进行。
面试内容主要有六项:
一是问报考动机,看考生入伍动机是否端正;
二是听语言表达能力。吐字不清,语无伦次,辞不达意,或有明显生理口吃的考生,视为不合格。考生在过这一关时,一定要克服紧张心理,防止因心情过于紧张影响正常表达能力而被淘汰;

篇7:面试怎么提问
很多人将面试看作一种单向选择,事实上,面试是一种双向选择:不仅是公司挑选你,也是你挑选公司。面试就是为双方提供互相了解的机会,公司在评估你,你也在评估公司。
面试官也知道这一点,所以他们有心理准备,期待你提出问题,并且会做出回答。所以,面试时不要浪费向公司提问的机会。而且,你主动提问,表明你比较重视这个职位,会加深面试官对你的印象,可能会提高面试的成功率。
有一些注意点,你需要知道:
1. 面试之前,一定要做准备,多了解公司的情况。
2. 你提出的问题,应该围绕“这份工作是否合适我”这个中心点,其他与应聘关系不大的问题,不宜多问。
3. 提问的时候,要自然放松,不要害羞,就把它当作普通的聊天。你要表现出对公司的真诚兴趣。
4. 提问要直接了当,不要绕圈子。提出问题之后,你要保持安静,让面试官多说话。
5. 面试官回答的时候,你可以做笔记,或者事先询问能不能做。笔记必须简短,你的大部分时间,要用来全神贯注倾听面试官的回答,并与其有眼神的交流。
6. 面试结束后一周内,最好打一个电话或发一封邮件,了解公司对你的反馈意见。即使面试失败,你不妨也问一下原因,这会有助于你以后的面试。
下面是一些你可以问的典型问题。
问题一:你们为什么要招聘这个职位?
Q1: Why are you currently recruiting for this position?
这个问题会使得面试官开始谈论当前的项目,或者谈论前一位离职人员。无论哪种情况,都会让你了解,一些与你最密切相关的公司情况。
问题二:你们的新员工多吗?
Q2: Do you have many new staffs?
这个问题起一个过渡作用,使得谈话导向公司内部的情况。但是,它本身也能说明一些问题。如果公司成立已经超过四年,又没有新项目,但是新员工却很多,这往往说明公司文化不是很健康。
问题三:你们公司(团队)目前面临的最大挑战是什么?
Q3: What are the biggest challenges your team are facing right now?
如果面试官开始谈论一些具体的技术问题,这很好;如果他的回答是项目时间紧迫,或者需要更多的资金,那你就要小心一点了,公司管理上面可能有问题。
问题四:什么新技术(编程语言)是你们未来希望采用的?
Q4: What technologies/languages would you like to see your team adapt to that aren't currently being utilised?
如果你申请的是技术职位,面试官恰巧又是技术负责人,那么这个问题将会非常合适。你会对公司的技术路线有所了解和准备,一旦入职,就能更好地适应公司的需要。
问题五:在业务方面,有没有什么地方是你们不满意的,未来想要改进的?
Q5: Few companies, if any, are 100% satisfied with the way their business is operating. If you could simply flick a switch to fix it, what one thing would you change?
很少有公司,会百分之百满意自身的现状,即使那些状况很良好的公司也是如此。这个问题可以让你对公司管理层的关注重点和担忧之处,有所了解。
问题六:我申请的这个职位,对公司的业务有何影响?
Q6: If you struggle to fill the position I have applied for, what impact would that have on the business?
这个问题会让你了解自己在公司的角色,以及你的岗位对公司是否重要。

篇8:面试提问
1.简单做一下自我介绍。
错误回答:我1995年进入了广州××中学,然后我1998年考入了××大学,我学习的是大气物理专业,我在学校里得过一次奖学金并积极参加社会活动。2002年毕业后我加入了××公司做程序员,我工作努力,得到了上司得认可。
剖析:实际上这是一个发问率最高的问题。对方希望借此机会了解你,并且对你有一个初始的判断。回答这个问题的要点在于一定给面试人员留下一个你干练、富有条理和思维敏捷的印象。最愚蠢的回答就是一篇流水帐,但是,大多数人的回答就是流水帐!不要试图过多介绍一些无用的经历,对方对你曾经在那一个幼儿园并不感兴趣,对方感兴趣的是你对他们有用的经历。你的介绍要围绕对方最感兴趣的内容,其他的内容一带而过就行了。
建议答案:非常感谢有机会自我介绍一下。我是××大学2002年的毕业生,我的专业是大气物理,这是一个非常有趣的专业,这个专业对数理模型要求很高,所以对我的逻辑思维能力的提高帮助很大。为了能更好的融入社会,我在大学的时候就参加了一些社会活动,当然是在不耽误学习的情况下。我在大学里也得过一等奖学金。 2002年毕业后,我加入了××公司做程序员,我非常感谢这期间公司对我的培养,我在这两年的时间内提高很大,尤其是对数据库的理解,我相信这也是贵司这个职位所需要的。公司对我也比较认可。我在两年的时间内薪水上升了80%,这可能是同期员工中升幅比较大的。
2.为什么想离开目前的工作?
提示:千万不要骂过去的上司和公司!
3.认为我们提供的职位在哪些方面吸引了你。
提示:不要回答因为薪水高!哪怕你真这么想的。
4.可否告诉我们为什么要雇用您呢?我的意思是您为什么认为您合适这个职位。
错误回答:贵公司是一家非常不错的公司,我自信是一个非常聪明的人,我也非常努力,所以我相信干这个工作不成问题。我想我做这个职位应该是强强合作。还有我是一个善于学习的人,不怕告诉您,我目前还在自学法律专业呢,另外我还能说一些法语(如果这是一个美资公司,你能说法语有什么用!如果你应聘销售经理,你学习法律对公司更是有害无益,公司反而担心你耽搁了正常工作)。
剖析:以上回答非常空洞,没有太多针对性回答。给面试人员留的印象是面试者不是一个务实的人。正确的回答应该有针对性和条理性,层层推进,充满理性和热情。你一定借这个机会将你的优势阐述一下,并将自己的弱点淡化一下。注意,你推销自己的优势一定是和这个工作息息相关的,不要过多谈及一些和这个工作无关的所谓优势,这样反而给人感觉是在卖弄。
建议答案:这是一个非常好的问题。我认为贵司的这个职位需要三个方面的技能和两个方面的经验。沟通技能、前线管理技能和机械专业技能。我的沟通能力贵司可以评估,我认为这不是我的弱项;前线管理技能方面我从2000年开始就带领一个9个人的专业销售团队并参加过前线管理的培训;至于机械专业方面,我是西安交通大学化工机械系毕业的,专业方面至少不是我的弱项。两个方面的经验则是带领团队的经验和华南地区的销售经验。带团队的经验我不多讲,华南地区的销售经验我有3年,而且都是和贵司渠道基本类似的产品,当然完全相同肯定不是,但我相信共性还是很多的。实际上我注意贵司发展有很长时间了,我知道贵司的销售增长非常快,今年又多了一个Joint Venture(合资企业),我认为贵司的发展空间非常大。
5.你觉得自己最大的长处和弱点是什么?
提示:千万不要说自己没有缺点,但是你的缺点不能是致命性的缺点,如果你真有致命性的缺点你也不该来面试了。
6.你觉得你的上司(同事)会给你什么样的评语?
提示:可以稍微自我吹嘘一下,但不能过分,态度要谦虚。例如:我认为他们应该给我比较高的评分,我在组织能力和逻辑思维方面有一些天赋……
7.请谈谈在工作中曾经令你感到十分失败的一次经验,并简单分析一下。
提示:千万不要说自己没有失败过,这样反而引起反感!
8.请谈谈在工作中令你十分兴奋的一个成就,并简单分析一下。
提示:注意,你应聘什么级别的职位就谈什么类型的成就,如果你应聘总监的位置却谈你如何将产品陈列好,将给面试官你还是一个销售员的印象。
9.你最近找工作时曾面谈过哪些工作?结果如何?
提示:实话实说吧!
10.能否谈一下你对过去服务过公司的看法?
提示:一定要积极地看问题,不要表示对过去的公司不屑,要适当夸过去的雇主。最多是话锋一转,谈一些建设性批评意见。例如:我认为AA公司是一个非常不错的公司,这个公司在渠道方面和对新产品上市方面做得相当好,这些都让我受益匪浅,不过如果AA公司能够在人员的内部提拔方面再注意一些就更好了。
11.能否谈一下你对前任上司的看法?
提示:回答方法和前一个类似。
12.如果我们雇用你,你觉得可以为部门带来什么样的贡献?
提示:不要喊口号,谈一些实在点的。例如:我认为我可以带来三点提高,第一点……;第二点……
13.你如何规划未来,你认为3年后能达到什么样的成就?
错误回答1:我认为三年时间太长,我一般不制订这么长的目标(对方感觉你胸无大志)。
错误回答2:我现在是部门经理,我希望3年内能成为总经理吧(这是一个非常冒险的回答,你不清楚面试官的想法,可能他担心你将威胁到他的位置而给你加入设立层层障隘)。
剖析:这是一个跨国企业非常通用的面试题目,应当说这个题目是没有标准答案的,但是你的回答必须是言之成理而且对不同的面试官你的回答也需要有所差别。如果面试官是一个级别比你高很多的资深人士或少年得志的青年才俊,你可以回答得稍微激进一点。反之则需要保守一些。我的建议是在你不太清楚情况下可以礼貌地回避这个问题。我将我自己在大学毕业时应聘百事可乐国际集团的回答和各位分享一下。
建议答案一(我在大学毕业应聘百事的回答):我现在刚刚踏上社会,坦率地讲我稍微有些茫然。我希望在我工作三到六个月后来制订我的三到五年计划,我认为这可能更加准确一些。毕竟,我对百事的了解还不多。小时候我听过一个故事,当你要看到两重天的时候,你需要在一重天,而你要看到三重天的时候,你需要在两重天,一重天是看不到的。所以说,如果你要看到九重天的话,你应该在八重天上。我想我现在可能就是在一重天的位置,预测九重天目前难度很大,如果我有幸加入百事,我会在三个月后找您谈一下我的三年计划的。
建议答案二:我认为目标肯定要有弹性,我会先设立一个目标然后根据情况进行调整。我希望我每年薪水的升幅可以达到12%,同时我还希望可以在三年内从一个销售主任晋升到区域经理。如果我能达到或者超过这个目标则最好,如果不能达到我会仔细评估和分析原因。但是不管怎么样,我都将为我的目标而奋斗、努力。当然,如果有幸加入贵司,我也希望得到您的帮助和建议。
14.你认为“成功”的定义是什么?你觉得要获得成功需要具备什么样的特质及能力?
提示:我在本书的“领导决定成功”的一节里面有阐述,多读一下,这和标准答案差不多。
15.由你的简历来看,你在过去五年内更换工作比较频繁,我们如何知道如果我们录用你,你不会很快地离职?
提示:被人抓住了小辫子了吧?所以说不要频繁跳槽!回答这个问题态度要诚恳,要让对方知道你跳槽的原因,并顺便表个决心(希望你说到做到)。
16.你最近是否参加过什么培训课程?谈谈培训课程的内容以及对你的帮助。
提示:注意,工作中的培训也是培训,并不是只有脱产坐在酒店里才是培训。千万不要说我什么也没有学到或者说一些空话,要说,我认为给我带来了几点帮助,第一点……
17.你对我们公司了解吗?你对于本公司的第一印象如何?
提示:事先要做点准备工作。
18.你如何克服工作的低潮期?
提示:谈一下你如何自我激励和你的朋友如何帮助你吧!
19.你比较喜欢团队合作的工作方式,还是独立作业?
提示:这个题是个陷阱,任何公司都需要团队合作,如果你不喜欢团队合作,你只能成为艺术家或者完全自己雇佣自己。
20.谈谈你对加班的看法。
提示:不要说我热爱加班,这一听就是假话,可以辨正地看这个问题。例如:首先,我认为应该在工作时间内将工作完成,我们可以通过提高效率来让这件事情变得可能。当然,如果实在不能完成,我会加班,毕竟这是一个服务的社会,我们不能让客户等待。
21.你目前已离职了吗?
提示:说实话,不要撒谎!但不要让对方感觉你在等待施舍。
22.如果这份工作经常要出差,你可以接受吗?
提示:说实话,不要撒谎!但需要问一下如何定义经常。
23.你是一个善于自我激励的人吗?如果你认为是的话,可否给出证据。
提示:说实话,不要撒谎!如果你是一个善于自我激励的人,准备几个有血有肉的故事。
24.在你过去的销售经验中,曾遇到什么困难?你如何克服它?
提示:这个问题需要考虑你应聘的职位,对方实际上是要听一个案例分析。而你需要借助这个机会向他证明你是最合适的人选。
25.你有一些什么样的爱好。
提示:实话实说!但可以着重介绍和工作有一定关联的爱好。例如:“我这个人比较喜欢挑战,所以我也比较喜欢登山……”
26.你对这份工作有什么样的展望?你认为这个工作主要要做些什么?
提示:用积极向上的方式来谈这个问题,但是也需要适当谈一些困难,否则对方可能认为你是无知者无畏。
27.你会以什么样的激励方式来提升下属的工作效率?
提示:对不同的人用不同的办法来激励,一把钥匙绝对不可能打开全部的锁,我希望你注意到这一点。当然,我也希望你平时的工作也是这么做的。
28.你曾经有解雇下属的经验吗?
提示:炒人不是什么见不得光的事情,实话实说。如果你有过炒人的经历,别忘了谈一下炒人的理由。
29.请叙述你个人的管理风格。
