关于如何办理美国商务邀请函，个人办理美国商务邀请函须知。 美国商务邀请函一般包括（普通，州政府，大型企业，中型企业，行业协会大型展会，建材五金，玩具，律师，高新技术）等。
一般来说国人打算到美国作短期停留，使用最多的就是非移民签证的B类旅游商务签证，包括商务考察、观光旅游、看病医疗等。B签证又分为商务的B-1签证，和观光医疗的B-2签证。如果您是打算去美国从事商业活动，那您应申请B1签证。
B-1商务签证﹐申请人必须提出顾主的信函﹐和美国公司的邀请函﹐证明申请人的确有正当的商务需要来美。B-1签证主要签发给赴美从事短期商务活动的申请人。商务活动包括协商签订合同、参加展览或会议、短期培训或与供应商或客户洽谈业务，与供应商或客户洽谈业务和不在美国当地拿报酬的短期比赛，演出和工作等。
B-1签证的持有者不得在在美停留期间就业。B-1签证的申请人应在面谈时携带其拟在美从事商务活动的相关材料，包括：发自美国邀请方的邀请函原件，详细说明访美目的、在美停留时间以及由谁提供所有费用与美方合作伙伴签订的合同、其它协议或来往信件等证明与美国邀请方的合作关系如赴美检测、购买机器、软件或其它设备，请提供该设备的相关信息，如产品宣传手册或产品目录等证明在中国的公司真实性的文件，如公司的营业执照、信用证明以及所从事的商务活动的证明文件。
申请人还需提供文件证明中国对其具有非常牢固的约束力，如：存折（不要银行存款证明）、在职证明、财产证明、结婚证、家庭合影等等（不仅限于此）如申请人曾经访美，请提供相关文件给予证明。
申请美国商务签证需要先预约签证面谈时间。根据您的出行计划最好尽早申请，因为有时签证预约中心会安排您，在一至两个月后才能参加签证面谈，而且签证面谈后个别情况可能还要需要额外的时间进行行政审理。
