Here are a few notes and pointers on how to prepare for interviews and determine if this job is the right one for you.
1. The key to reducing your anxiety is in being well-prepared for the interview. The first step towards a successful job interview is self-assessment (自我评估). You need to decide for yourself what kind of position you want. Since self-knowledge is the foundation of all decisions, a close scrutiny1 of your priorities, interests, short and long-term goals is necessary before any interview.

除了准备好 求职信 , 简历 ,成绩单等求职资料外,面试前的准备包括以下几个方面。在参加面试前进行一些必要的准备,对成功来说是必不可少的。
(1)、注意语言表达能力的锻炼
对应试者来说,流利自如,文雅幽默的谈吐是面试成功的必备条件。大学生在平时就要有意识地加强语言表达能力的训练,逐渐养成与陌生人自如交谈的习惯,多参加集体活动,课堂讨论大胆发言,也有助于讲话能力的训练。
(2)、充分了解应聘单位和应征职位
主试者提问的出发点,往往与招考单位有关。因此,面试前应尽可能多了解一些招考单位的情况,对单位的性质业务范围、发展情况等做到心中有数。对于大型公司、单位往往可以从网上查询到该公司的有关信息。另外,了解所求取的工作岗位对知识技能的具体要求也有利于有针对性的展示自己的特长。

一般男同学宜穿西装,女同学宜穿裙装,一般不宜紧身衣服或牛仔装。

(2) 入面试场合不要紧张。
如门关着应先敲门,得到允许后再进去。开关门动作要轻,以从容自然为好。
当考官问名字时,以爽朗的声音回答。走进办公室时,应抬头、挺胸、面带微笑,目光注视考官,不瞻前顾后, 不左顾右盼,男士步伐应矫健,端庄,自然,大方,给人以沉着,稳重,勇敢,无畏的印象,女士步伐应轻盈,敏捷,给人以轻,欢悦,柔和之感。
问候。走到考官面前,应亲切地道一声“您好”、“老师您好”。若主考官站起与你握手,你则热情地把手伸过去与之相握。
当主考官示意坐下时,方可落座。应轻轻坐下,上身正直,微向前倾,目光注视主考官的眼部和脸部以示尊重,双后放在扶手上或交叉于腹前,双腿自然弯曲并拢,双脚平落地面;若是软绵绵的沙发靠椅,也应尽量控制自己,不要陷下去,要挺腰坐直,全神贯注面对考官。特别提醒,不要弓腰曲背,抓耳挠腮,高跷“三朗腿”,身体各部位都不要抖动,要很稳重地坐在主考官面前,接受他对他的全方位考察。需递送个人资料时,应站起身双手捧上,表现出大方、谦逊和尊敬。面试结束时,应道声“谢谢”。

考官有两位以上时,回答谁的问题,你的目光就应注视谁,并应适时地环顾

1、面试者语言运用的技巧
面试场上你的语言表达艺术标志着你的成熟程度和综合素质,对求职应试者来说,掌握语言表达的技巧无疑是重要的。
(1)认真聆听,流利回答。主考官向你介绍情况时,要专注,对其问题要逐一回答,口齿清晰,发音准确,语言文雅大方。交谈时还要注意控制说话的速度,以免磕磕绊绊,影响语言的流畅;答话要简练、完整,尽量不要用简称、方言、土语和口头语,以免对方难以听懂。对方在谈话时可以在适当的时候点头或适当提问、答话。
特别提示:一般情况下不要打断主考官的问话或抢问抢答,否则会给人急躁,鲁莽、不礼貌的印象。问话完毕,听不懂时可要求重复,当不能回答某一问题时,应如实告诉主考官,含糊其辞和胡吹乱侃会导致面试失败。
(2)语气平和,语调恰当,音量适中。面试时要注意语言,语调,语气的正确运用。语气是指说话的口气,语调则是指语音的高低轻重配置。打招呼问侯时且用上语调,加强语气并带拖音,以引起对方注意。自我介绍时,最好多用平缓的陈述语气,音量的大小要根据面试现场情况而定。以每个主考官都能听清你的讲话为原则。
(3)注意听者的反应,及时调整。求职者面试不同于演讲,而是更接接近于一般的交谈。交谈中,应随时注意听者的反应。比如:听者心不在焉,可能表示他对你的这段话没有兴趣,你得设法转移话题;侧耳倾听,可能说明由于你的音量过小使对方难于听清;皱眉、摆头可能表示你的语言有不当之处,根据对方的这些反应,就要适时地调整你的语言,语调,语气,音量、修辞,包括陈述内容,这样才能取得良好的面试效果。
2、面试者回答问题的技巧
(1)把握重点,简捷明了,条理清楚,有理有据。一般情况下回答问题要结论在先,议论在后,即先将自己的中心意思表达清晰,然后再做叙述和论证,否则,长篇大论,会让人不得要领。面试时间有限,神经太紧张,多余的话
太多,容易离题,反倒会将主题冲淡或漏掉。
(2)讲清原委,避免抽象。主考官提问总是想了解一些应试者的具体情况,切不可简单地以“是”、“否”作答。
针对所提问题的不同,作细节回答,有的需要解释原因,有的需要说明程度。不讲原委,过于抽象的回答,往往不会给主考官留下具体的印象。
(3)确认提问内容,切忌答非所问。面试中,如果对主考官提出的问题,一时摸不到边际,以至于不知从何答起或难以理解对方问题的含义时,可将问题复述一遍,并先就自己对这一问题的理解,请教对方以确认内容,对不太明确
的问题,一定要搞清楚,这样才会有的放矢,不至于答非所问。
(4)有个人见解,有个人特色。主考官接待应试者若干名,相同的问题问若干遍,类似的回答也要听若干遍。因此,主考官会有乏味,枯燥之感。只有具体独到的个人见解和有个人特色的回答,才会引起对方的兴趣和注意。
(5)知之为知之,不知为不知。面试遇到自己不知、不懂、不会的问题时,回避闪烁、默不作声、牵强附会、不懂装懂的做法不可取。诚恳坦率地承认自己的不足之处,反倒会赢得主考官的信任和好感。
3.礼貌告辞
面试一般在30―50分钟以内结束。在主考官暗示结束之后,面试者应主动礼貌告辞,同考官握手表示感谢。

What kind of interview are you in for?
There are a number of different approaches an interviewer can take. Perhaps the most common is the clarification interview, in which the interviewer asks general questions about points on your resume that he'd like to know more about. You may get asked what your career goals are, or what you think you can bring to the job. Know your resume, know how to make it fit the job and interviews like this should be a walk in the park.
An interviewer may also throw in some doubt-resolving questions: “Why did you leave your last job? ”,“Are you always this late? ”,“Where it says on your resume, ”manufacturing mailbags for the government“, where exactly was that? ”Be aware of the weaknesses on your resume and prepare some nice flowery words to cover any career cracks and flatten the interviewer's unfounded fears.
Increasingly popular are behavioral interviews, an approach which consultants claim is used by a quarter of interviewers. You may be asked to describe an incident in which you had to use your initiative under pressure, deal with a difficult worker or work as part of a small team. The idea is that your past behavior will predict your future actions in similar situations and the questions the interviewers ask will highlight skills they believe are important to the job.
To handle questions like these, think about your work experiences, and retell them in STAR order: Situation/Task, Action and Result. Identify the situation or task you were dealing with, explain the action you took and describe the results.
