Good morning!
一、单元教材分析
本单元要求学生掌握英文字母A-H,能认读其印刷体和手写体字母的大小写等四种形式。书写(大写和小写,笔顺,笔画)基本合乎要求。学习一些简单的英文名字,注意区别性别,并为自己取一个英文名字。能看、听、说、唱本单元所列的日常交际用语,重点学会打招呼、相互问候并做到语音语调正确。注意一些字母及日常交际用语的发音,总结元音字母a和e的发音规则。
二、单元学情分析
本单元围绕“问候他人”这一话题,展开听、说、读、写的教学活动。为了创设较为真实的语言环境,首先让学生们认识一些较为简单的英文名字,并让学生们为自己取一个英文名字,让学生们感知、认识英语,并尽快进入英语的环境中。在教学过程中应让学生体会打招呼用语的奥妙所在,做到灵活运用。刚开始学习英语,学生们肯定对学习英语的兴趣非常深厚,教师一定要利用好这一点,让学生在学习英语中能获得乐趣。并逐步让学生们形成稳定的学习兴趣。
三、单元教学建议
采用自主学习、小组合作学习、Role playing、pair work等方式开展听、说、读、写的学习活动。教师要尽量利用幻灯片、挂图、实物等给学生创造较为真实的英语情景。在教学中创设切实可行的任务型教学活动、突出交际性。引趣激趣策略,创设情景调节气氛,引发激发学生兴趣。教师可以用手势,表情,动作等示意,帮助学生听懂课堂用语和日常交际用语,不讲或少讲汉语。

Ⅰ. Lead in
Listen to a “Good morning!” song. Then Ss learn to sing this song.
(利用JEFC教材中的Good morning!歌曲导入新课.)
Ⅱ. Presentation
1. Come into the classroom and greet the class with a smile and say Good morning! Now, introduce the words “teacher” and “class” by using gestures. Repeat this several times and have the class repeat after you. Students can answer as a whole group, as rows and as individuals.
T: (By gestures) “Teacher; Class”
Ss: (Repeat after teacher) “Teacher; Class”
2. Point to yourself and say I’m Miss/Mr. … Have them repeat. Explain the terms Miss and Mr. in Chinese. Ss repeat this a few times with rows and individuals.

1. T: We have many new friends in our class this year. They are from the U.S.A. and England. Who are they? Do you want to know them? Now please look at the screen.

Do free talk:Greet students and ask them to greet each other. Play a role game. Ask students to collect information about their idols such as Bill Gates, Thomas Edison, Jacky Cheng and so on and write their names down. Get them act as their idols and introduce themselves to their partners. The following is sample:

S: Good morning, I’m Jacky Cheng.
T: Nice to meet you, Jacky.

Encourage the students to care what kind of English they can find in the street or in the other ways. Show the students some CDs and ask them if they know what it is. Repeat with the other things. 教学内容
本单元是新目标英语教材的第一个预备单元,学生通过学习本单元内容,从而进入一个崭新的英语世界.学习、巩固与应用英文字母A到H,可以使学生在日常生活中发现英语,提高他们的学习兴趣。同时,又培养学生养成认真观察生活的良好习惯。礼貌问候用语的学习可以帮助他们树立“以礼待人”的良好行为意识,帮助他们建立正确的道德观。
教学目标

B.学习使用基本的礼貌问候用语;
C.学习相关的缩略词。
2) 能力目标:A.掌握元音字母A、E的发音规律,提高学生的辨音能力;

一、说教材
Go for it! 是以任务型语言教学为基础的英语教材,它体现“以学生为中心”和“以人为本”的教学思想,融话题、交际功能和语言结构于一体。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目和语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为Section A和Section B两部分。Section A为目标句型提供分步事例和指导性练习;Section B使学生能够对已经学过的目标句型运用自如。每个单元还附有Self Check部分,此部分是让学生用来测试自己现阶段的英语水平,即对本单元的语言目标的掌握程度有较为明确的认识。
Starter Unit 1是Go for it! 预备篇三个单元中的第一单元。预备篇是为了使没有英语学习基础的学生更好地使用本套教材而编写的。它的主要内容为26个字母和最基本的英语日常用语。
本单元的教学内容为:学习Aa---Hh 8个字母。
学习hi、hello、good、morning、afternoon、evening、fine、OK、thanks等词汇。
学习不同时间见面时的问候语及其回答。
二、教学设计思路
在Go for it! 的教材上,每个单元只有一个总体的教学内容安排,既没有具体的课时数安排,也没有分课时的教学内容安排。所以,对教师来说,这是一个灵活运用教材的机会,任何教学内容的调整和取舍,都是合理的。但这也是挑战,教师必须从所教学生的实际水平和语言能力出发,合理安排本单元的课时数,设计好每课时的教学内容。
所以,教师在教学设计时,首先因根据自己学生的实际水平和语言能力,排出整个单元的总课时数,然后安排好每个分课时的教学内容,设计好相应的教学步骤,以及运用相应的教学策略。

The first period
Step 1:A song
Listen to a “Good morning!” song. Then Ss learn to sing this song.(利用JEFC教材中的Good morning!歌曲导入新课.)
Step 2:Introduction
Come into the classroom and greet the class with a smile and say Good morning!
Now, introduce the words “teacher” and “class” by using gestures. Repeat this several times and have the class repeat after you. Students can answer as a whole group, as rows and as individuals. Repeat “I am your teacher and you are the class” several times.
You may want to leave the class again to introduce the usual Good morning routine. Say Good morning,class. Help students respond with Good morning. Point to yourself and say I’m Miss/Mr. … Have them repeat. Explain the terms Miss and Mr. in Chinese.
Repeat this a few times with rows and individuals.

一、设计思路
Starter Unit1是Go for it! 预备篇第三个单元的第一单元,是为初学者准备的入门单元,它的主要作用是要做好一个衔接工作,根据学生的认知特点和心理特点, 通过多样化的、趣味性的学习活动,让没基础的同学克服心理的畏难情绪,感觉到英语不难又很有趣;让有基础的同学更进一步培养起对英语学习的兴趣和自信。

3. 英语单词的音、形、义。
英语单词和汉字一样都是由形、音、义三个部分组成的。如单词hi:
词形:h-i→hi(形状)音:|hai|(读音)义:你好。组成单词hi中的h、i叫字母,它们好像汉字的基本笔画,英语成千上万的单词由它们组合而成。因此要学会英语,尤其是书面语,我们必须要学好字母,会读、会写,还要掌握它们在单词中的发音。
4. 背单词的一个好办法--形、音、义结合,才记得牢。
学英语免不了要记单词,要掌握一个单词,必须同时弄清三个部分:词形、该词的发音(或读法)和含义。词形是指单词由几个字母排列组合起来的,词音是指单词相应的音标元素的排列组合。词义即“什么意思”。形、音、义对每个单词而言是必不可少的。不了解词形就写不出来,看不懂,不能发音便不能使别人听懂,不清楚词义便不知如何使用。那么怎样才能快速地记单词呢?那就是形音义结合,找规律记单词,使你在遇到任何一个生词时,能够通过读音规则准确地读出来,快速记忆。什么是读音规则?就是字母与发音的对应关系。如:辅音字母b在单词中对应辅音音素|b|,|b|的发音与汉语拼音的bo(播)相似,英语中的发音字母有元音、辅音两种。辅音字母一般在单词中对应辅音音素,而且与汉语拼音声母形状一样的辅音的发音基本与汉语拼音中的声母相似。请大声朗读下列字母、音标|b|、|d|和单词,体会它们之间的形、音对应关系。

(1)什么是开音节,什么是闭音节?
(2)什么是重读音节?
在英语中元音特别响亮(类似韵母),一个元音可以构成一个音节,例如I(我),a(一,一个),一个元音和一个或几个辅音结合也可以构成一个音节,如desk(课桌)。在英语中,双音节或多音节的词,每个词都有一个读得特别响亮的音节,叫做重音节,用重音符号“'”来表示,其他不读得特别响亮的音节叫非重读音节。我们根据组成音节的字母的组合形式,将音节分为开音节和闭音节。

根据小学英语新课程的总目标,以及本教材的特点,我将本课教学目标确定为:
(1)学生能听懂、会说、认读两个有关动物的生词:deer,giraffe。
(2)能运用形容词tall, short来描述人或动物。
(3)听懂会说两个常用语Yeah. You’re right.
(4)以活动为途径,渗透任务型教学,让学生在玩中学,学中玩,寓教于乐。
通过小组竞赛和激励性评价,让学生学会与人沟通合作,形成良好的团队精神。
根据小学生的认识规律,我将本课重点确定为:
(1)掌握四个句子:The giraffe is tall. The deer is short. You’re tall. I’m short.
(2)运用所学的词句It has… It is…描述动物和扩展使用句型He has ….She has…描述人。教师应引导学生由简单到复杂,学会较完整具体地谈论自己喜欢的动物或好朋友。
学情分析:

我这节课主要是讲动物,动物很受该年龄段的学生欢迎,学生感兴趣,因此,我的整节课都围绕动物展开。热身环节,我设计的是一个师生共同表演的活动,首先对形容词进行体验性的表演,包括长、短、大、小、胖、瘦,接着玩了一个TPR全身反应的游戏。在这一活动中,师生互动非常理想,对一些有特点的词语,如胖、大、长、小,表演起来很风趣,学生很感兴趣,缓解了学生的紧张情绪。这一热身活动达到了目的,学生既复习了形容词,又复习了身体部位的单词,为下一教学环节作了很好的铺垫。在热身的最后,我让同学们猜一个谜语,过渡到下一教学环节,自然而又有趣。老师带学生有节奏地踏步来到“动物园”,一起看大象。在动物园的场景里,师生一起描述大象的特点,然后老师再把大象的特点――板书于黑板上。说完大象的特点,然后老师带学生一起学习课文全文。从学到用,我设计的是一个发散思维环节,CAI课件提供了三个动物的身体部位,分别是短尾巴、小耳朵和大眼睛,让学生根据这三个部位来说动物,达到复习动物单词的目的,同时让学生初步使用重点句型“It has…”, 这个环节学生反应很热烈,达到了目的。接下来老师提问: “Do you love animals?”由此进入下一教学环节。老师把事先准备好的动物头饰拿出来,让学生选择自己的动物朋友,然后再对选择的动物朋友进行特点描述。在这里,我给学生提供了一分钟的小组讨论与交流的时间,这体现了小组合作学习的新课程理念。学生对自己选择的动物特别感兴趣,举手的同学特别多,课堂气氛活跃。老师在教学活动中与学生不光是师生关系,更应该是朋友关系,我以此切入点设计了一个介绍自己的好朋友让学生根据老师的介绍来猜一猜的情景。引出要拓展的句型“He has…”和“She has…”,然后让学生说出自己班上好朋友的特点请其他同学猜他的好朋友。学生对自己朝夕相处的好朋友当然再熟悉不过了,而且他们特别愿意介绍,因此课堂气氛又一次被带动起来了。最后说说这节课的评价方式,我用了许多口头评价,如“Good,great,wonderful,super,OK”。当学生出错时,我用的都是激励性言语,如“Never mind. Try it again.”整节课我还有一个过程性的评价,五种动物代表不同小组的赛跑比赛,哪组中的学生问题回答得好,相应得动物就可以跑一格,最后跑得格数最多的动物代表的小组就是本节课的冠军。这样的评价方式让学生始终保持高涨的热情和学习兴趣。
(二)、教学亮点
1. 教学设计上:设计思路符合现代课程改革的理念,充分体现学生学习的主体性。教学情景化、真实化,环节安排上逻辑化,教学内容的难易程度上科学化。
2. 教学风格上:老师以一种较夸张的有声和无声的语言推助了学生对语言的理解,幽默、大胆的动作和表演拉近了师生间的距离,是一种真诚的交流。
(三)、教学设计中有待完善之处
3. 每个教学环节上的时间还要恰当安排。
4. 对内容的处理上还有待斟酌。
5. 课堂环节设计、活动形式上还需改进。
