just as is revealed in the pictures above， people are generally classified into two types: the pessimistic and the optimistic。 we can see in one picture some people， long-faced and downhearted， are counting the nights by the shadows while in the other picture the happy-go-lucky people are enjoying the starry nights。 what a contrastive view! remember， it is not the bad thing that determines our state of mind but the way we look at it matters。
an example that comes to mind is sars crisis that has recently torn apart and ravaged most of china。 admittedly， it has cost us quite a lot。 some people suffered from health damage and still some even lost their lives。 and our economy suffers a temporary setback and a slowdown。 however， we still have learnt and benefited a lot from it。 first things first， we are more concerned than never before with our health， and the environment we live in。 additionally， we tried and bettered and are still bettering our mechanism to respond to unexpected crises。 these and other lessons at the expense of blood， tear， toil and sweat are benefiting and continue to benefit us and generations of chinese to come。
the best way to overcome the frustrations brought about crises is to always take a positive outlook on life。 just as a well-known ancient chinese notion goes， the past lessons if not forgotten are good teachers for us all。 if we can bear in mind sufferings and ordeals we have experienced， then our sufferings will not go unrewarded。

态度是基于人的内心想法儿对人事物产生看法的反映。它既可以反映一个人的精神风貌、人物性格，也可以反映人的思想方式。有时候就像是人心灵的一扇窗户，可以透视人物的整个内心世界。通过具体事例，我们有时还可以挖掘与之有关的人物故事。
哲学上说世界观是与方法论紧密结合的，因此态度与人的处事方式也息息相关。结合一个人的行为表现可以或浅或深地反映一个人的思想态度，二人的思想态度又会决定一个人或者一个集体未来的行动和走向。
英文中态度与attitude最为相随，但仍有一个词可以表示态度，那就是manner。这个词可用于表示方式方法、习惯态度、样子举止、礼貌规矩、生活方式等。但在人们的口头表达中也时常现身，足以见得态度与manner释义的相关性。
而人生态度则与世界观、人生观、价值观紧密相连。其中最主要的.一点是思想意识与客观事物的联系。而我认为，端正人的人生态度，首要的是接受教育和学习。这当中包括了他人传授和自我学习，又包含了间接习得他人经验与自我实践经验的结合。所以一个人的人生态度是丰富多彩，包罗万象的。正确的人生态度必然是掌握了实践的精华，而有偏差的人生态度是因为缺少经验，也就是人们常说的缺少历练。所以端正人生态度的方法应该是通过不断地教育与自我学习思考，进行经验总结，对自身所面临的种种问题有正确的认识。通过不断的尝试，不断地失败，不断地成长。
端正人生态度不可能一蹴而就，这必将是一个循序渐进的过程！

1、幸福有两种：一种是相对的比较，这种物质情感的幸福感短暂不持久，二是不要比较，去除自我中心，才是真正幸福。
2、其实烂桃花虽然让人抓狂，却也让人成长，要不是有这些失败的爱情经验，我们又怎能分辨出哪些人值得我们真心付出。
3、让感情关系充满活力，就是探索我们之间：有没有游戏、欢乐的能力？愿不愿意尝新探险？是否为我们的关系创造新语言？不再成长，就会倒退。

篇7：Attitude stabilization of a pico-sat
Attitude stabilization of a pico-satellite by momentum wheel and magnetic coils
Abstract：The three-axis active attitude control method with a momentum wheel and magnetic coils for a pico-satellite is considered. The designed satellite is a 2.5 kg class satellite stabilized to nadir pointing. The momentum wheel performs a pitch-axis momentum bias, nominally spinning at a particular rate. Three magnetic coils are mounted perpendicularly along the body axis for precise attitude control through the switch control mechanism. Momentum wheel start up control, damping control and attitude acquisition control are considered. Simulation results show that the proposed combined control laws for the pico-satellite is reliable and has an appropriate accuracy under different separation conditions.
