篇5：美国签证新政策

近日，美国国土安全部海关及边境保护局发布通知：自11月1日起，将要求持有中国护照及有效商务/旅游签证的旅客，入境美国前先到“电子签证更新系统”(Electronic Vis-aUpdate System，EVUS)登记个人信息。

EVUS 登记和签证申请是不同的程序。从月1日开始，除有效签证以外，持中国护照的旅客必须完成EVUS登记，才可获得许可进入美国。如不遵守EVUS规定，其旅行计划可能会被延迟。

美国国土安全部(U.S. Department of Homeland Security)的海关和边境保护部门(U.S. Customs and Border Protection)最近发布消息：针对中国公民的赴美签证已经设立了新的“签证更新电子系统”Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS)，该系统为有十年有效B1/B2, B1或B2(访问者)签证的中国公民所使用的个人基本信息提供在线定期更新，以协助其赴美旅行。除了有效签证以外，上述旅客必须完成EVUS 登记，才可获得许可进入美国。

该“签证更新电子系统”从年11月起投入使用。如果您现在已经持有十年多次往返的赴美签证，那么在今年11月以后来美旅游的话，需要先登录EVUS系统登记丶付费丶获得许可，才能进入美国。

EVUS在线登记与签证申请是不同的两个程序

eVUS在线登记只针对B类签证持有人，是B类签证持有人除获得有效签证外，需要进入美国的额外要求。此计划对其他类别签证持有者没有要求。

另外，持有效B类签证的中国公民在2016年11月前的赴美手续也不受影响，不需要进行EVUS注册。

EVUS在线注册需要登记的信息包括姓名、生日、护照信息、在职状况等等。信息有效期最长两年。如果护照或签证在两年内过期，信息就会随护照或签证的过期同时失效。

首次注册登记需要缴纳手续费。国土安全部称手续费金额很小，只是为了维护网站收取。现在EUVS系统还没建好，具体费用也没有公布。

朋友、亲戚、旅游行业专业人士或其他第三方可代表旅客向 EVUS 提交所需的信息。第三方可代表旅客支付相关费用。但旅客本人应对代表其提交的全部信息的真实性和准确性负责。

篇6：美国签证常见问题

一、美国签证都有哪些类型？

美国签证的类型从A类到P类，种类比较多，我们常申的就是B类（B1/B2/B1B2），也就是探亲旅游商务签；F类（F1/F2），F1是学习签，F2是配偶以及子女，子女要在21岁以下，在这里要注意的是，F类的签证是不能打工的，如果子女到了上学年纪也可以在当地的公立学校上学，但是是没有毕业证的，如果要正常上学还是要回国申请F1签证；J类（J1/J2），访问学者以及陪读；M类（M1/M2），即非学术性留学生签证的签发对象为，到美国职业大学或所在学院进行全日制学习的外国学生。这些签证的有效期只有B类是10年，其他正常都是5年。

二、那么旅游签证有效期是10年，每次的停留期是半年对么？

B类签证的停留期其实是海关判定的，并不是由使馆决定，正常没有问题的话就是半年，但海关也会依据当时的情况判定到底停留多久，比如这个人看着不面善、之前逗留的时间过长、不配合海关工作等等，就有可能缩短停留期。即使是半年，也不建议呆满半年，最好逗留2-3个月，这样不会影响下次入关。

三、一般审理的时间大概要多久？

首先，预约面试大概需要5-10个工作日，面签后如果拒签就会直接把护照退给你，如果通过护照会退到中信银行，签证审理时间使馆所在地本地需要2-3个工作日，外地需要3-7个工作日。

四、我们都知道签证有申请费要1040，还有SEVIS费，这个费用是什么呢？

SEVIS是the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System的缩写，SEVIS负责储存并报告F、J、M非移民的信息。SEVIS费是美国国土安全部从9月1日开始执行的一项收费准则，费用为200美元，这笔费用是作为到美国的交流访问人员以及学生的管理基金。SEVIS费在签证前三个工作日上网刷卡缴费，签证要携带SEVIS费缴费收据。

五、我们在申请签证的时候要注意什么？拒签的原因都有哪些呢？

首先，材料一定要真实，我们不提倡使用任何假材料，比如找朋友开的收入证明，假成绩单之类的，这个是非常重要的。其次，要有明确的目的，不要说我就想黑在那边，还信誓旦旦的说要去旅游，即使是生孩子，也可以明确说明，只要你有足够的财力证明，也预约好了当地的医院，可以说美国的医疗水平自己更认可，这是可以的。再次，准备充分（材料、妆容、态度、言谈举止）并有足够的国内约束力，因为签证官首先会把你定为有移民倾向的人，会通过问你问题排除你的移民倾向。

另外，拒签的原因是有很多的，因为使馆也有自己的通过率，他要严格控制在这个通过率下，也许你什么都很好，但是签证官那天就心情不好就拒了这都是有可能发生的。那么常理下，如果是F类的签证，有过美加拒签史、户籍所在地是敏感地区（福建、新疆、东三省）、自己或直系亲属非法滞留过、被美国或者其他国家开除过、国外学习背景复杂等等，都是拒签的常见原因。如果是B类的签证，除了之前提到的美加拒签史、户籍所在地敏感、非法滞留，还有就是申请者没有稳定工作、房产、资金来源，没有去过其他国家、自由行，单身、大龄、未婚，职业敏感（护士、中医理疗按摩、厨师等等），也是常见的被拒的原因。

六、那么准备多少存款证明合适呢？

北京这种一线城市的，如果房车都有，可能1、20万，30万以内就足够了，如果是二、三线城市，要是敏感地区的，就需要准备多一些，最好50万以上，在有固定资产的基础上。

七、咱们一共有几个使馆呢？他们的通过率都是一样的吗？

咱们有北京、上海、广州、成都、沈阳五个使馆，北京是有两个，一个在亮马桥，一个在秀水，一般都是去亮马桥的使馆，那么夏天学生开学高峰期的时候也有可能引流到秀水这边，另外，如果是续签都要在广州使馆办的。通过率的话，上海和北京相对较高的，其他都是差不多的。因为部分户籍敏感地区，某些历史遗留问题对后代人也造成了不良的影响，通过率可能会相对低一些。
