“还有十五分钟交卷,请大家快点写。”监考老师突然说道。一看试卷,啊!作文写的寥寥无几,却有将近二十行的格子未写一字。唉呀!再如此,岂不大灾!看来得掐指算……大事不好!我手指抽筋了!好疼!这真是大凶之兆,看来我这次是难逃一劫了。但是,我们不是可以靠自己的力量来逃脱上天的约束吗?

“综合症”的四种表现
1、认为“分数最重要”
作为学生,把成绩放在首位,是理所当然的。但部分学生也许是由于来自多方面的切,对集体关心不够,集体活动也不积极参与,同学关系也处理的不够恰当等。然而这种“成绩唯一”的功利心理,对学生心理的健康成长是不利的,而且具有这种心理的学生,心理承受能力极差,往往会导致成绩的上下波动而有极大的变化,经受不住挫折。
2、以自我为中心
班级中部分学习成绩处于中等水平的学生,由于他们所处的“角色”是高不成、低不就的位置,受教师关注偏少,容易形成一种学习目标不明确,易于满足于现状的心理,但他们个人的基本素质又决定他们不会与学习“特困户”、思想品德“落伍者”在一起,他们是以自我为中心的“中间一族”。
3、自暴自弃学习
随着学习负担的增加,一些学困生对学习更无信心,如得不到关心、帮助,在彻底抛弃了最后一点自信心后,他们往往就会自暴自弃,放任自流。

应对执业医师考试考前综合症
现在,很多人都有这样的现象:记忆力下降,越想记住的东西越记不住,越是着急越记不住;整天心慌意乱,易怒易哭,本来会做的题也不会做了;茶饭不思,晚上睡不着,或饱受恶梦的困扰;老是想上厕所,手脚冰凉或是两眼发黑…比如,有一位同学写道:“不知道怎么的总是提不起来精神看书,重考的题目会不会又泄露?我们会不会又是陪葬品?为什么受伤的总是我们老实的看书人?干脆大家都出钱买答案好了!能救我们的也许只有您张博士了!”上述现象实际上叫做考前综合症,从广义上来说,就是我们医学上常说的应激综合症中的一种。
执业医师考试考前综合症是指参加执业医师考试的人在考期临近或考期捉摸不定时所陷入的极度的心情紧张、焦虑、烦躁、恐慌、强迫等状况,大部分感到不同程度的学习困难,记忆力下降,精力难以集中,丢三落四,学习效率不高,并有避世思想和厌世倾向,身体上则表现为头痛脑胀、疲乏倦怠、面部潮红、心悸、多汗、尿频、厌食、失眠、月经失调、消化道溃疡、精神抑郁等症状,这是一种适应障碍的表现。
今年再次执业医师考试考前综合症的特点:试题泄漏,考期迟迟没有通知。很多人陷入愤怒、失落、混乱、彷徨和无助,甚至动摇从业信念和人生信念。
为此,我对患有“考前紧张综合症”的同学提出了以下建议:
一、正确对待考试:从战略上轻视敌人,从战术上重视敌人。心想:“考试推迟为我们争取了宝贵的时间,我肯定能比不推迟考期考得好。”对于每一个具体问题,要认真加以学习研究,弄清楚道理,尤其是对于临床应用的题目。医学教育网
一般认为,适度的应激可帮助我们增加竞技能力。保持适当的'紧张能刺激大脑,使思维保持一定的活跃状态,这是十分正常的,对考试也是有利的。但过度的应激则会导致应激综合症。这也是我以前给大家讲的反中庸。
应该正视自己的这种心理体验,不要在意它,也不要为这种体验而担心害怕,做到听之任之,它就有可能自然消失。因为这种惴惴不安的体验,每一个人在面临重大考试前都会发生,而且考试的结果与个人的切身利益关系越密切,这种体验就越明显,只不过是每个人的轻重程度不同而已。
假如你过分地为这种体验担忧,就会使它在你心理上留下的印迹愈加深刻,症状也会越来越重。反之,若能平静地接受这种现实,顺其自然,就会打破产生该体验的“恶性循环”,使其自然消失。
二、制定复习计划:要科学地安排复习时间,“因人而异”地制定复习计划,不可打“疲劳战”.更要合理安排好复习的进程,把复习任务分解、细化,一步步地进行,各个击破。每天复习按“记忆一、三、七”规律进行。
要正确对待执业医师考试,既要认真复习,又不要过分苛求,也别过早地给自己施加不适当的精神压力,而要以一颗“平常心”来冷静地对待复习迎考,要善于放松自己,使生物钟运转正常,处于中庸状态。医学教育网
三、是保证正常休息,劳逸结合。若出现紧张状态可尝试将双手交叉放在桌面上,闭眼挺腰进行深呼吸,一般节奏为吸气5秒,出气3-4秒,连做三次,可有效改善大脑缺氧状态;
四、可稍微吃些带辣或酸味的食品,刺激食欲,可多吃水果和鲜橙汁,宜少吃多餐,不要太饱,可以起到稳定情绪的作用。
五、调整好人体生物钟和心理状态,控制一切不良情绪,保持充足睡眠,合理安排饮食,避免无休止的加量练习产生过度疲劳,注意自我调理,科学制定锻炼计划与作息时问,培养和发展学生我自我锻炼能力,校正考生考前综合症,提高考试成绩。

小李是拉萨中学的一名应届毕业生。她告诉记者,眼看着马上就要参加高考了,她的心里压力越来越大,尤其是听到家长、老师、亲戚朋友询问“你复习的怎么样了?”、“你今年到底考上考不上重点大学?”等类似话题时,她简直想找个洞口钻进去。越是心理压力大,对高考就越没有信心,有时,她感觉自己的头脑里一片空白,翻起课本或复习资料,感觉什么都不会了,晚上有时还失眠。
罗平教授告诉记者,小李的这种心理现象属于典型的“考试过度焦虑综合症”。患了这种心理疾病的考生,如果不及时调整的话,在高考中一定会吃大亏。像小李这样的考生要采用焦点转移法、自我暗示法、放松法和系统脱敏法调节心态。简单的说,就是要转移焦点,放松心情。平时听听音乐、散散步,并积极暗示自己高考该复习的自己都已经复习了,平时大大小小的各类考试自己也没少参加,何必担心这一次呢?除此以外,还可以尝试一下,心情平静地躺在床上,进行身体放松。这样不仅可以有效调节过度紧张的考试焦虑心态,还有利于高考过程中正常发挥自己的.水平。
作为家长、老师、亲戚和朋友对待像小李这样的考生不仅不能再给其施加压力,而是要力所能及地帮助小李减轻压力。
例二、中等层度的压力状态
小张是北京中学的应届毕业生。他在接受记者采访时说:“要说没有压力那不可能,要说害怕的睡不着觉也毕竟是少数,反正能考上国家重点最好,考不上也无所谓”。
罗平教授非常赞赏像小张这样心态的考生。他说,像小张这样的考生属于中等层度压力状态的考生,这样的考生在考试中会正常发挥,甚至超常发挥。
例三、一点心理压力也没有
小格是三高的一名考生,他在接受记者采访时说:“我认为高考与平时考试没什么两样,有什么大不了的,考上考不上我都无所谓”。罗平教授告诉记者,像小格这种心态的考生在考试中根本不可能考好。如果一点心理压力也没有,在考试中大脑处于迟钝状态,不能发挥出正常的水平。
罗平教授提醒考生家长,最近一定要结合自己孩子的实际情况采取相应的心理辅导。一般情况下,考生们都有心理压力,不要过分要求考生,要以平常心对待高考。最近不要让孩子吃过于油腻的食物,要多吃蔬菜和水果。高考期间,最好不要送孩子去考场,或者告诉孩子自己在考场外等候。因为,家长们的这些行为,会增加考生心理压力。但是,家长们一定要在孩子去考试之前,为孩子准备好所有的考试用具和准考证等,万万不能出现差错,造成考生在考场上乱了方寸。家长也不能让考生提前或推迟休息时间,不要打乱孩子的生物钟。
罗平教授提醒,作为考生,在考试前再系统的复习一下知识点,做到全面、系统。考试中,不要一抓住试卷就开始答题,这样影响整体水平的发挥,特别是遇到第一题就卡壳的考生。发下试卷后,要好好的统览1至2遍,做到心中有数,先答有把握的题,这样在考试中信心就会随之增加。考试以后,不要与别人对答案,或者抓住某一个题不放,这样往往会增加下一科的正常发挥。

从3月17日至今,广西龙泉山医院已收治的考前导致的心理、精神疾病的中学生达27人。
在柳州市某中学念初三的阿梅,昨日被母亲带到柳州市工人医院心理门诊中心,她看上去神情焦躁,坐立不安。母亲说,她已经有一个多月没有上学了,时常感到肚子痛、头痛,带她到医院体检,未查出任何病症。母亲让她去上学读书,她却歇斯底里大哭大喊:“我不要读书!不要上学!”心理门诊医师马梁红给阿梅作了诊疗,发现她得了严重的焦虑症。
马告诉记者,近段时间来,心理门诊接到中学生患者明显增多,占患者比例的`三分之一。前不久,还有一名高三男生出现了精神疾病症状,家长在医生的建议下,将该男生送去龙泉山医院治疗。
记者从龙泉山医院了解到,从3月17日至今,该院已经收治了27名患上“考试综合症”的中学生。
马梁红医师对患病的中学生作过调查,发现出现心理问题的大都是成绩优异的“好学生”。由于家长和老师对他们的期望都很高,要求也格外严厉;他们除了睡觉吃饭,其余时间全泡在书本里,每天至少学习12个小时以上,有的自开学以来,再也没有上过街,逛过公园。
心理专家呼吁,家长和学校应该给中学生多一些人性关怀,跟他们多多交流沟通,不要只顾升学考试,而毁了孩子们的身心健康。
