Job hunting by students has had a big impact on campus. Students have become more practical and eager to develop their manifold abilities to meet the challenges in their future jobs. Since state-allocated jobs are no longer guaranteed, stone students are willing to work in private companies because of higher pay and other benefits, whereas jobs of high academic.

最伟大的理想，或者说最不靠谱的理想，往往是过多选择所形成的幻象。你觉得你什么都能做到，所以就什么都敢想。我的一个在政界和商界都颇有些人缘的朋友，最近儿子从英国大学毕业了，准备回国来工作，朋友向我咨询，“给孩子找一份什么样的工作才好呢？”
如果现在还从什么所学专业、学有所长这种角度考虑，那实在是太脱离我们的现实了。学校学的东西，跟工作内容的联系现在普遍颇为微弱。所以我宁愿在讨论这类问题的时候，拔到一个新的高度。
“那在你看来，什么是理想的工作呢？”我问。
“稳定、收入高、不太累、有前途、有保证，下面的事情就靠孩子自己努力了。”朋友说。
在我看来，有了这几条，孩子也不需要怎么努力了。这种状态不是努力努出来的，而是求大仙求出来的。
作为一个没有这样的好父亲的孩子以及多数在职场拼杀的我们，这样的幻想也可能在瞬间出现，比如被喝得有点高的朋友轻柔地忽悠一下的时候。

那么到底有没有理想的工作，我们是不是要永远地放弃理想？其实，你要是把理想的工作看成是一个变化的过程，你就可以在保持理想追求的常态中不断地实现理想。比如，刚刚参加工作，最好找一家大公司，或者有影响的政府部门；积累了经验后，要注重挣些钱了；钱也有了，也许要考虑出点名；当然，等到了李开复先生和唐骏先生那样的境界，对常人来说就太高了。

我给自己定了一个稍显文艺的题目，。我是这么想的：首先，我们要知道自己想要什么？其次，我们要了解找工作中的问题；最后，准备眼前的事儿。

首先是关于理想，我可能会用较大的篇幅将理想，因为我觉得思考未来比随波逐流要重要，呵呵。
万通董事长冯仑在他写的理想丰满里说：理想很丰满，现实很骨感。呵呵，这里我和大家分享一个理想现实模型，是一个老师讲给我们的。现在我们在学校里，觉得理想和现实是一样的。
当我们进入社会后，就会发现，现实是残酷的，人生的天平不在平衡。为了保持平衡，为了让心态平衡，大多数人会把理想缩校这样，理想和现实可以再次平衡。
但是，我们发现，之前的理想现实是这样的，现在的是这样，理想和现实都变小了，我们被现实束缚了，在残酷现实面前退却了。
其实，我们还可以这样，努力奋斗，改变现实，让现实逐渐的逼近理想，这样又一次平衡。
其实，我是这样看的，无论是缩小理想，还是改变现实，如果有理想，请为之努力奋斗！

思考自我的五步骤：我是谁？面对自己，真实地写出每一个想到的答案我想做什么？回忆自己真心向往过想干的事，并一一地记录下来我会做什么？把已证明的能力和自认为还可开发出来的潜能都列出环境支持或允许我做什么？自己有可能借助的环境，都应在考虑范畴之内对理想的规划是什么？不要以为这五步很容易，找个没有人的地方，好好思考一下自己，挺难的，但你想明白了，会豁然开朗。
关于理想，理想在路上理想没有那么容易被发现；其实我自己想着自己能做些什么想着自己要变成什么样子答案很模糊理想是可以改变的；本科时候的理想是做一个供应链管理者，设计高效率的供应链现在的理想是做一个优秀的产品设计师，让生活变得简单和快乐走在理想的路上；求职的路上有很多好工作高薪资的诱惑选择走在产品设计的理想之路上理想比眼前的利益重要
到实践环节了，其实这些在网上都能看到，我简单介绍一下吧。
把握时间求职经历：笔试时间记错，一个小时时间，我以为是2个小时；小组讨论，不要以为小组有人记录时间，你就不关心时间，掌控时间，才能主导整个小组的进度；面试时间有限，回答你最擅长的，将话题引入你最擅长的.领域在有限的时间，展示你最擅长的东西，让你的面试官发现你的潜力！
当面试官说到你的缺点，怎么办？答：恩，这方面做得不好，我只考虑……在什么……方面考虑不够全面，还可以考虑……和……面对提出的缺点：轻松坦诚思维敏捷不卑不亢其实每个人都有缺点，坦诚的面对，积极反应，让面试官看到未来成长的你！
用实例说明华为供应链经理和360安全浏览器产品总监都问过我同一个问题——你认为你最大的三个优点？答：1、工作效率高，用事例体现 2、喜欢学习，善于创新，用事例体现 3、真诚待人，协同工作，用事例体现诚实地回答，因为hr和主管已经阅人无数；让面试官看到你真诚的眼神，就离签约不远了！

Employees get job satisfaction in a number of ways. Firstly, a person needs to feel that they are doing valued and valuable work, so positive feedback from superiors is very important in this respect. A sense of fulfillment is also encouraged if a worker feels the job is worth doing because it contributes to the society or the economy as a whole. Secondly, when someone feels they are improving or developing their skills through training opportunities, for example, then there is a sense of progression and purpose that rewards a worker. The sense of belonging to a team or a working community also contributes to job satisfaction because colleagues help each other to enjoy their working lives. Satisfaction is also increased by a sense of responsibility for and loyalty to a team.
Of course not everyone enjoys their work. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of job they can get. In some cases an employee is working in a job that suits neither their skills nor their personality. Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labour relations may be poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction.
However, even though it is unlikely that all workers do feel happy in their work, I think it is not unrealistic to promote more job satisfaction in any job. If the factors identified above are implemented, then any job can be improved and more workers can feel greater degrees of job satisfaction.
