1.学术

1、GPA

根据往年其录取的学生分数，公立大学硕士申请要求雅思成绩在6.5-7.0分左右，托福95以上，部分专业需要GRE，商科专业一般需要2年及以上的工作经验。私立大学硕士申请要求低一些，雅思6.0-6.5分左右或者通过学校英文测试。但每个大学或专业都有自己的要求，比如新加坡南洋理工大学的电子工程专业要求雅思不低于了6.5，托福的话，笔考不低于600，机考不低于250，网考不低于100。新加坡国立大学的建筑与环境工程系要求托福不低于580-600，网考不低于85。雅思的话，要在7分以上。GRE的语文和数学部分均不低于320，写作不低于3.5。但是要强调的是通常你的托福、雅思和GRE等分数有年限要求，比如新加坡南洋理工大学的电子工程专业要求必须是最近两年内获得的。新加坡国立大学的建筑与环境工程系要求GRE必须是5年内获得的。
提醒大家公立大学不接受专科生申请，部分私立大学接受专科生。总体来说私立大学对你的经济支撑条件更看重一些。
3、其他材料
除了以上硬性条件要求，需要提供的材料中最重要的是研究计划、推荐人参考，简历(CV/Resume)，个人陈述和作品集，但以上材料不是所有学校和专业都要提供的，要根据学校和专业来定，比如南洋理工大学工程学院开设的专业都要求提供简历、研究计划等。

小学生报名需提交的文件有：经过公证的学生出生证明、在学证明、父母结婚证明、原学校学习成绩证明、本人有效护照复印件和父母身份证复印件、父母在职证明。
需要办理陪读的学生母亲需要提供：经过公证的本人出生证明、结婚证、本人护照复印件和身份证复印件、填写《新加坡留学申请表》、本人在职证明(按表格填写)、2寸照片4张。
中学生去新加坡可读新加坡中学、语言学校、专科学院。中学生就读中学和语言学校一般不要求考试，就读新加坡的专科技术学校一般也不要求托福成绩。
中学生需要准备的材料除出生证明、在学证明、护照等外，还要有学生家长填写的家长评估表，对学生的诸如学习动力、自制力、平时表现等作出评估，要有学生现任或以往的数学或英文老师填写的老师推荐信、学生就读学校的校长或年级主任填写的推荐信，学生近两年的学习成绩单。
基本上说，新加坡的中小学对招收外国学生在政策方面比较宽松，但学校对到那里学习的外国学生的经济来源或担保金的要求很高，这也是最终能否获得签证的关键。
申请的程序和时间
中国学生申请就读新加坡学校，可按下列步骤进行：
学生家长或监护人向新加坡教育部外国学生署索取并填写入学表格，地址是：新加坡北波那维斯达道教育部大厦。
希望进入新加坡顶尖的30所小学、30所中学和5所初院的外国学生需要参加并通过新加坡教育部举行的统一资格考试。在通过该考试后，学生将得到教育部颁发的证明信，允许他们在这些顶尖的学校和初院，及其他学校寻找入学机会。无法通过该考试的学生也会得到证明信，允许他们在除这些顶尖学校外的其他学校和初院寻找入学机会。考试的课目主要是英语、数学和中文。录取了该学生的学校会在证明信上注明学生的入学通知或水平测试成绩，并寄回外国学生署。
如果该外国学生成功通过学校的测验，新加坡的外国学生署会将一封要求捐款给新加坡教育基金的捐款信寄给学生家长或监护人。捐款必须在信上规定的限期前捐出。
学校当局收到教育基金后，便会签发一封录取信给外国学生的家长或监护人，让他们凭这封录取信前往新加坡国民与登记局办理申请学生证的手续。学生携带学生准证到学校，校长许可后即可办理入学手续。
