I've always been an optimist and I supposed that is rooted in my belief that the power of creativity and intelligence can make the world a better place.

They're helping us build communicates around the things we care about and to stay close to the people who are important to us, no matter where they are.

But for all the cool things that a person can do with a pc, there are lots other ways we can put our creativity and intelligence to work to improve our world. There are still far too many people in the world whose most basic needs go unmet. Every year, for example, millions of people die from diseases that are easy to prevent or treat in the developed world.

早上好！

我是初二（7）班的金灿灿。数年前，比尔盖茨曾经发表了一次关于“释放你的创造力”的演讲。今天，我也在这里，以相同的主题，做一次国旗下的讲话。

这个世界正在以一种奇迹般的速度改头换面，通过电视，网络，杂志，获得知识已经不再是难事了。但是，人们的另一种能力——创造力却没有以相同的比例增长。因为并不是所有人都具备从所获取的知识当中得到启发，从而创造出属于自己的崭新事物的能力。而这种能力——创造力却恰恰是如今社会急需的能力。是知识使人成才，但“天才”与“庸才”的分水岭却是创造力的高低。

顾名思义，创造力是指产生新思想，发现和创造新事物的能力，是人类特有的一种综合性本领。它是成功地完成某种创造性活动所必需的心理品质。例如创造新概念，新理论，更新技术，发明新设备，新方法，创作新作品都是创造力的表现。它同时也是一系列连续的复杂的高水平的心理活动。它要求人的全部体力和智力的高度紧张，以及创造性思维在最高水平上进行。

在许多人心中，创造力完全来自非逻辑思维，比如形象思维，想象力，发散性思维，逆向思维，非常规思维，直觉力等等。所以他们就认为：训练创造力，必须抛弃理性的逻辑思维，然后多去做一些诸如脑筋急转弯一类的题目。他们还认为：我们目前所受的教育，是扼杀创造力的罪魁祸首。学到的知识越多，创造力就越弱。实际上，创造力与理性思维密切相关。人类的创造力寓于理性思维之中，而不是之外。比如说，德意志民族就是世界上最理性、最严谨、行为也是最古板的民族。他们的逻辑思维能力非常强，但是，德国人也是世界上最富创造力的民族之一。在近代史和现代史上，大部分大哲学家和思想家是德国人——黑格尔，马克思，康德，叔本华，尼采，海德格尔，莱布尼茨。的人还有爱因斯坦，是德国犹太人。这些事例，深刻地说明了创造力与思维力，特别是理性思维力之间的密切关系。

去年，有一个令人悲痛的调查，在全球21个受调查国家中，中国孩子的计算能力排名第一，想象力排名倒数第一，创造力排名倒数第五。原因的形成是复杂多面的，有家庭的，学校的，个人的，传统的文化的等各方面的交互作用。但我相信，我们中国学生的智商情商人际关系商都不比其他国家的人差，甚至更有优势，我们的想象力和创造力只是被长期压抑了。我们的当务之急是释放创造力。

在此，我有如下的个人见解。首先是一定要有宽容开放的家庭氛围，父母应该鼓励孩子们拥有自己独立的'思维，看法，独立解决问题，保护孩子的好奇心，探索欲。其次，学校教育是最直接最强烈地影响学生创造力形成的场所。除了对知识积累的重视外，更应该重视对学生兴趣的激发与培养，理性思维的培训，引导学生独立思考敢于创新。最后是学生本人，作为社会未来的主人公，应该充分利用各种资源，有意识、有主见、有方向地培养自身的创造力。比如我们中大附中就是一个能够激发学生想象力与创造力的好地方，丰富多彩的艺术节可以提供舞台与场所给那些热爱音乐、街舞、美术、书法、动漫的潜在艺术家们，而花样翻新的科技节为那些爱科学、爱自然、爱物理、爱化学的科学达人提供了最好的平台。我本人呢，就从艺术节的现场作画，科技节的电脑制作等活动中收益颇丰，对自身的想象力和创造力的提高有了很好的促进。

让我们展开想象的翅膀，依托创新的气流，高举独立之精神，自由之思想的旗帜，释放我们积蓄已久的创造力，那么比尔﹣盖茨，史蒂夫—乔布斯，马克—扎克伯格就有可能从我们，中大附中的学生中诞生，对，就是你和我！

I hope you will join me in the pursuit of learning how to exploit stress, so that it can work for you. and make you more productive, rather than self-destructive.
