摘要：随着新课程改革的提出，初中英语教学也发生了很大的改变，传统的英语教学中老师居于主体地位，而在新课标背景下，教师需要在教学的过程中充分发挥学生在学习中的主体性，很多的初中英语教学工作者都对初中英语问题式教学进行了探究，他们希望通过这种问题式教学来激发学生的学习热情和学习兴趣、提高学生的学习效率和学习主动性，而且问题式教学能够培养学生的问题意识，还能够培养学生的思维能力和处理问题的能力。笔者从事初中英语教学多年，对初中英语问题式教学也进行了一定的探究。

传统的英语教学中是存在有很多的问题的，教师在教学过程中容易忽视学生的主体地位，没有注重发挥学生在英语学习中的主动性，没有培养学生的自主学习能力，也没有调动学生的学习兴趣，学生对待英语学习的主动性也不强，学生处在一种被动学习的状态，他们只会严格按照老师的要求来进行英语学习，不会发挥自己的主观能动性，在课程改革的背景下，教师需要转变自己的教学观念和教学方法。问题式教学就是顺应新课改教学提出的，这种教学方式对提高学生学习英语的积极性和主动性是很有帮助的，还能够让学生更多的参与到初中英语课堂当中。那么，如何在初中英语教学中对学生进行问题式教学呢？笔者将在下文谈论自己的观点。
一、把握问题难度，激发学生兴趣
在英语教学过程中提问是至关重要的，老师的提问能够帮助学生回顾以往学过的知识，对旧知识进行必要的巩固和复习，老师的提问也可以对学生进行检测，这样能够帮助老师了解学生的学习状况，老师只有了解了学生对知识的掌握程度，才能够进行下一步的教学，教师的提问也能够激发学生的探究意识，老师的问题会激起学生的探索意识，只能够帮助学生深入理解知识，还能够帮助学生发掘他们的能力，也能够帮助学生提高处理问题的能力，让学生获得英语学习的成就感。教师在进行英语教学的.时候需要培养学生的问题意识，避免学生对问题的畏惧心理，我们可以看到很多学生一听到老师提问就非常紧张，这就是因为学生很害怕老师提问，这种态度是不对的。老师在进行初中英语教学之前，应该先准备一定的问题，要注意提问的策略。
需要根据不同层次的学生特点设计不同的问题，因为学生之间是具有个体差异的，每个学生的想法和能力也是有差别的，老师给每个学生设计不一样的问题，能够帮助他们更好地进步和成长;老师在教学过程中提出的问题必须与教学目标相适应，我们经常看到有些老师在教学的过程中会提出一些无关紧要的问题，这是很影响教学质量的，老师提出的问题必须要和教学内容有关;老师在进行课堂提问的时候需要注意提问的顺序，问题的难度可以从简单到复杂，这样便于学生的学习与思考；教师在提问的时候要注意问题的思想性，能够开扩学生的思维的问题才是好问题。老师在教学的过程中要根据学生的学习情况和老师的教学内容，提出一些具有层次性的问题，让学生可以循序渐进地学习英语。而且，教师需要充分把握课堂提问的难度和密度，教师不能够在课堂上总是提出一些难度较大的问题，这样会让学生产生厌烦心理，还会让学生害怕英语的学习，这对学生的学习是有很大影响的，教师在课堂提问的时候也不能总是提出一些简单的问题，这样会使得学生轻视初中英语的教学，简单的问题也不能够激发学生回答问题的欲望，也不能充分调动学生的思维能力，教师在设计一些问题的时候要注意充分结合具体的教学内容，也要充分考虑到学生的实际情况，尽量设计一些难度适中的问题，也要注意课堂提问当中问题的数量，只有合理地对学生进行提问才能够让学生更多地参与到课堂当中，主动地去思考老师提出的一些文图，这样就可以达到更好的教学效果。我们经常可以看到如果一个老师在课堂上提出了大量的问题，那么学生在学习的时候会全程高度紧张，他们会把所有的课堂时间都用来思考老师提出的问题，这样学生对学习会产生厌烦和畏惧心理。
二、培养问题意识，奠定教学基础
教师在教学的过程中要注意培养学生的问题意识，我们经常看到一些学生遇到自己弄不懂的问题会直接跳过去，这样的做法是不对。学生在面对难以理解的问题的时候，需要主动怀疑、主动探究，这便表明学生需要具有问题意识。问题意识能够促进学生去主动探究和主动学习，问题意识也能够帮助学生进行发明创造，问题意识还能够帮助学生探究奥秘。教师在进行初中英语教学的时候，需要注意培养和激发学生的问题意识，鼓励学生勇敢提问和大胆质疑。比如，老师在教学《Sports and Games》这一课之前，可以让学生先在课下收集一些关于各种运动的有关资料，之后在课堂上要求学生用英语来解释他们搜集到的资料，其他学生听完这些同学的讲述之后可以提出自己的疑问，由讲述的学生来回答这些问题能够帮助学生培养问题意识，也能够帮助学生形成良好的质疑习惯。而且，教师在教学的过程中要注意引导学生自主地提出问题。
随着课程改革的提出，教师需要转变自己的教学观念和教学方法，给学生营造一个好的学习环境，还要多鼓励学生大胆质疑。我们可以看到在传统的英语课堂当中，教师居于主体地位，教师一直在给学生灌输很多的知识，老师根本不重视学生的问题意识的培养，学生一直处在被动接受知识、被动回答问题的状态，这样的教学很难培养学生的质疑精神。因此，教师在教学的过程中需要转变自己的教学理念，改进自己的教学方式，教师也需要给学生营造一个好的教学氛围，让学生能够进行自主学习，这样能够快速地提高课堂教学效率，也能够提高学生的质疑水平，教师可以创设一些问题情境，问题情境的创设能够点燃学生的学习热情，也能够提高学生的学习效率。
三、给学生充足时间，发展学生自主能力
教师在初中英语教学中要注意给学生留下充足的思考时间，要鼓励学生打开自己的思维，允许有各种奇思异想出现，教师要尊重学生的提问，让学生能够自己感受到提出问题、解决问题的乐趣，也让他们获得英语学习的成就感。我们经常看到很多老师在课堂提问过程中给学生的思考时间是非常有限的，学生根本没有办法进行深入思考，学生也很难提出一些具有建设性的意见和建议。
四、结束语
总之，义务教育阶段初中英语教学是非常重要的，在初中英语教学中进行问题式教学能够改善学生的学习状况，也能够培养了学生的问题意识和探究能力，教师在教学的过程中需要根据教学内容适当运用问题式教学法进行教学。

The second is focusing on the needs of the people within that organization. In this article, we are going to examine how to focus on the needs of the people within organizations. This will assist in rethinking your response to that all-important question, “Tell me about yourself.”
In order to learn how to respond to the needs of the interviewer, let's first learn more about ourselves. We can then apply that knowledge about ourselves to knowing how to understand and respond to the needs of others.
