让简历醒目:简历的外表不一定要很华丽,但它至少要清楚醒目。审视一下简历的空白处,用这些空白处和边框来强调你的正文,或使用各种字体格式,如斜体、大写、下划线、首字突出、首行缩进或尖头等办法,要用电脑来打印你的简历。

尽量使你的简历简短,有可能只使用一张纸:雇主—般只会花30秒来扫视一下你的简历,然后决定是否要面试你,所以简历越简练精悍效果越好。如果你有很长的职业经历,一张纸写不下,试着写出5-7年的经历或组织出一张最有说服力的简历,删除那些无用的东西。

力求精确:阐述你的技巧、能力、经验时要尽可能准确,不夸大也不误导,不要模糊处理,同时要确信你所写的与你的实际能力及工作水平相符。

强调成功经验:雇主们想要你的证据证明你的实力,记住要证明你以前的成就以及获得这些成就的原因和经验,一定要客观和准确地说明你在取得这些成就的过程中有什么创新、有什么特别的办法,这样的人才一般普遍受到用人单位的青睐。

使用有影响力的词汇:使用这种词汇,如:证明的、分析的、线形的、有创造力的和有组织的,这样可以提高简历的说服力,尽量每句都用到这种词汇。

不要写上个人爱好:如果招聘单位没有特别的要求,不要把个人爱好写在简历上
