篇12:部门领导工作总结
下面我从三个方面汇报工作:
一、20xx年的主要工作
1、严格审计的纪律和制度审计部是一个新设部室,领导寄予我们厚望,同志们也xxx着我们的发展,我深知责任重大。为了使内部审计工作在公司管理中得以顺利开展,审计部在成立后的第一次全体会议上,就根据制定的年度工作计划,并结合内部人员的具体业务能力,本着既要明确各自岗位职责,还要坚持分工不分家的原则,进行了内部分工。并从工作纪律、工作作风、工作态度、工作形象和工作结果等五个方面提出了具体的要求。这些基础工作的进行,为我们全年工作的顺利展开打下了扎实的基础。
2、积极开展对驻外分公司财务管理的监督和评价临沂狮玛公司是我公司至今唯一一家对外独立开展经营业务的驻外分公司,年生产各种复xx吨,加上销售总公司的肥料,xx年销售收入已经突破了一亿元,公司的资产总额也达到了xxx多万元。但是由于种种原因,该公司一直没有建立起完整、严密的内部核算管理制度,从而使会计信息的反映带有很大的不真实性,也给总公司的财务管理带来了一定的风险性。根据公司领导的要求,我们在对其会计核算进行检查审核的同时,先后分两个阶段对该公司的财务管理进行规范、核查。第一阶段是参照总公司的相关制度,帮助该公司制定其内部的财务管理制度,建立健全仓库管理的工作流程,健全会计核算的账簿体系,规范会计核算程序,建立严格的、定期的会计报告制度。第二阶段,对规范后的会计核算制度,实施正常的审计检查,通过这一系列工作,规范了该公司核算制度的同时,也教育了会计人员,增强了他们做好工作的责任心,起到了很好的效果。
3、严格费用报销规定,严格费用审核今年是我公司各种费用报销新规定出台的第一年,旧的报销程序和标准对审计工作影响很大,突出反映在人们的认识上。审计是执行各种规章制度的前沿,审计人员就是把这个关口的,将不符合规定的支出堵在这个关口之外,是我们审计人员的责任。我们从一开始的单纯的业务费用审核逐步扩大到后勤的费用审核、生产车间工资的审核、装卸费的审核、车间修理费的审核等,基本上包括了所有的支出。为了保证这一工作的质量,我们利用可利用的一切时间,xxx学习公司出台发布的新规定,新同志为了尽快提高自己的技能,主动请教老同志,并对要点及时做好笔记,所作的这一切都为做好这项工作打下了良好的基础。一年以来,尽管我们对费用的审核量上不断增大,但基本上没有出现有问题的审核,从而有效的配合了公司的财务管理工作。
4、利用一切可利用的机会,为领导提供市场监管信息根据公司领导的安排,今年,我先后到xxx和省内的几个市场。针对市场反映出的问题,进行了核查,并结合核查进行了市场调研,这也是审计部xxx年工作计划的一项基本内容。核查中,我们昼夜兼程,为了把问题核查清楚,把市场调研准确,每到一处都积极地与客户沟通,多方收集市场信息资料,这一切都为我们后期报告的撰写积累了丰富的第一手资料。先后两次的市场走访,形成了近万字的报告,把问题找准了,建议提对了,得到了公司领导的肯定和客户、业务人员的好评。
5、工业园区建设项目的结算工作已接近尾声根据工作计划,并经公司领导批准后,xxx了对工业园区建设项目施工单位报价的核对及园区设备计价等工作。园区项目建设跨度长、项目多、投资大、施工单位多、资料零散,我们通过努力一一克服了这些困难,截止到xx月底这项工作已已基本结束。此项工作的顺利开展,既较好的维护了我们金正大公司的对外形象,也为公司取得了可观的经济效益。
6、应收账款的回收工作进展顺利按照工作计划,xxx了应收账款的回收工作。为了使这项工作做得扎实有效,在公司财务部的通力配合下,首先对截止到xx年xx月xx日之前的应收账款进行了梳理,并根据内部的落实情况编制了账龄分析表。本着先清没有问题的客户这一原则,xxx实施了清查、清收工作。截止到今年xx月底,共清收账款xxx元,较好的维护了公司的合法权益。
二、工作中存在的不足
1、审计工作还存在盲点,如对经济合同的xxx。
在企业经营活动中产生的各类经济合同是企业经营管理的一项重要内容。实施有效的经济合同审核也是内部审计的`一项重要工作。早在审计部成立之初就制定出了要建立有效的的合同管理机制的工作计划,提出了要全程参与施工合同、大型设备及物资采购合同的拟定、评审乃至签订的建议和目标,并要求与有关科室、部门共同配合对合同的主要条款和要素进行评审、会签,以达到签订的所有合同都满足可行性、合法性、效益性的要求,并对合同的执行情况进行全过程跟踪监督。但是由于种种原因,特别是我自身的努力不够,这项工作至今也没有开展起来,形成了审计工作的一个盲点。(今年我向公司提出了要成立合同管理领导小组的建议)
2、审计工作还不够深入、细致审计工作是一项政策性、专业性很强的工作。在内部审计工作当中,既要本部门积极主动,也需要其他科室部门的合作,更需要按公司计划进行。但是一年来可能由于我对公司要求的理解方面还存在差距,导致了我们工作中经常表现出依赖性大、主动性差和开拓性不高的弱点。针对工作中反映出的三性,我又详细的找出了工作中存在的二十个问题。
3、审计的职能有待加强回顾一年来我们的审计工作,往往理顺性、规范性的成分多,审计评价的成分少。之所以出现这种现象与我的思想认识有关,更与我开拓意识不强有关。我一直认为这只是刚开始,一切还不规范,审计工作头绪比较乱,等理顺好了以后的审计工作也就好开展了。正是这种思想的存在,使我们在工作中无形的淡化了审计的职能。
4、本部门的人员对公司开展的各项活动参与不够积极审计部成立之初,从对公司内开展内部审计工作项目存在不确定性及为公司节约人力资源的角度考虑,组架不大。可这样一来,在保证正常的费用审核和工资审核的前提下,再应对其他活动时,人员就显得紧张了。特别是下半年园区建设工程结算核对工作开展以来,审计部内每名成员的工作都无形中加重了,再参加公司举行的活动时就显得力不从心了,所以对公司下半年特别是进入三季度后xxx的活动,我表现得不是很积极,或多或少的影响了整体的活动效果。
三、xx年的工作计划xx年审计部的总体工作目标是:
在xx年审计工作在公司经营管理中取得了重大突破的基础上,积极主动地开展企业的效益审计,加强对公司财务管理及会计资料的审计,评价其真实性、合规性及效益性。充分发挥审计的监督职能、评价职能和管理控制职能。在具体的工作中,进一步调整工作思路,重点是要把审计工作的重心前移,将事后审计同事前、事中审计并重,努力使审计的xxx性、保护性和建设性的作用得到最大程度的发挥。为公司的二次创业目标的实现做出应有的贡献。
篇13:部门领导工作总结
xxxx年在州国土资源局及县委、县人民政府的正确领导和大力支持下,我局认真贯彻落实党的十七大精神和科学发展观,切实履行“保护资源、保障发展、维护权益、服务社会”的职责,各项工作稳步推进,现就我局xxxx年工作总结如下:
一、主要工作情况
(一)周密部署认真做好我县第二次土地大调查调查工作 第二次全国土地调查工作是国务院继全国经济普查、全国农业普查之后部署的又一项重要的基础性调查工作,是我国经济社会中的一件大事。县委、县政府高度重视此项工作,从财、物方面大力支持。今年3月初我县召开了第二次土地调查动员大会,制定了《轮台县第二次土地调查实施方案》、《轮台县第二次土地调查工作方案》,成立了轮台县第二次土地调查领导小组办公室,建立健全了各项工作制度。
1、城镇地籍调查工作。此项工作的开展在县委县人民政府的高度重视下,我局经过周密部署,抽调10名有经验的业务骨干和县上分配的15名公益岗位人员经过短期的培训后,搭配调整为五个工作组,明确分工责任到人、重抓工作实效,在巴州国土资源勘测规划院的指导下,五个组经过近五个月的外业调查共完成我县城镇地籍调查共划分为10个街坊,面积5.8平方公里,党政机关企事业及个人用地853宗,调查标注权属界址点4127个,目前已完成总调查面积的73%。
2、农村土地调查工作。为确实保障第二次土地调查工作圆满完成,我局进一步统一思想、提高认识、加强领导、密切协作,认真总结和借鉴其他县市已完成农村外业调查工作的先进经验,认真开展了调查工作,我县的二次调查项目承担单位为巴州规划勘测设计院,工作人员由巴州规划勘测设计院抽调7名技术业务骨干和我局12名工作人员共19人组成,人员调配划分为5个外业调查组,派出车辆4台,在工作中,工作人员克服遇到的重重困难加班加点经过为期35天的外业调查工作,调查范围涉及为6个乡镇,对已到位的60幅行片图的外业调查已完成,剩余的外业调查因行片图未到位,暂停调查。
(二)抓好项目用地报批工作,为我县经济发展提供用地保障
为发展县域经济,我局今年积极配合县委、县人民政府加大了“招商引资”力度,为我县经济发展提供了用地保障,按时完成了入驻红桥项目区和拉依苏项目区用地报批工作,今年完成了两个项目区东辰工贸有限公司30万吨煤治甲醇项目、华能2×35千瓦煤电项目、“五一”水库项目、西姆来斯石油专用管具等大型项目的预审、选址、勘界、报批等工作,在办理建设用地手续上,我局严格执行工业用地招拍挂的有关规定,建立健全了招拍挂各项规章制度。
(三)为国家大型项目和城市建设提供用地保障
今年我县征地拆迁工作任务重,拆迁范围大,时间紧,为保证征地各项工作顺利开展,我局抽调业务骨干,由局领导带队,专人负责每个项目的拆迁工作,在拆迁工作中严格按照《土地管理法》、《城市拆迁管理条例》及有关法律法规。坚决维护被征地农民的合法利益。进一步建立了征地补偿制度、征地公告和听证制度,全面建立了征地补偿工作长效机制,防止发生侵害农民合法权益的行为,按时完成了重点项目和县城拆迁补偿工作:
1、开展了库-库高速公路征地补偿工作,今年8月全面展开,高速公路共经过6个乡镇,共占用国有天然草地8422.2亩,国有灌木林地138.159亩;涉及农民的征迁工作,通过我局工作人员深入农民家中做好思想动员和协调工作,公布各种地类、林木的补偿标准,补偿费到位后,及时发放给农民,库-库高速公路共占用农民耕地124.713亩(其中路渫29.847亩,林地28.968亩,园地45.138亩),共发放补偿费12313699.88元。
2、完成了110千伏变电线下线征地工作,线路总长18公里,110千伏变电线路共经过群巴克镇、阿克萨来乡、塔拉克乡共发放补偿费864889.36元。在完成重点项目征地的同时,根据县委、县人民政府的安排,积极配合相关部门完成了城市拆迁工作,完成了哈尔巴克乡中学改扩建范围拆迁,该范围拆迁面积14亩,拆迁户数7户,共发放补偿费382733.1元。煤矿办事处和水利工程公司范围拆迁,该范围拆迁面积23亩,拆迁户数14户,共发放补偿费877788.05元。原县维吾尔族医院范围,拆迁户数23户,该范围拆迁面积38.7亩,共发放补偿费2846768.3元。新维吾尔族医院范围,该范围拆迁面积4.5亩,拆迁户数6户,共发放补偿费341646.3元。科技局用地范围,共拆迁3户,面积0.573亩,共发放补偿费69780元。一号路文化路至麦台小学前段,该范围共需拆迁56户,拆迁面积145亩,目前该范围的内、外业调查工作已完成。
(四)土地整理和矿产资源保护费项目全面启动
xxxx年实施了草湖乡10000亩土地整理项目建设,总投资988万元,目前滴灌、土地平整、渠、道路、林网等基础设施的建设工程全部结束,已完成工程量的95%,拨付资金80%。今年10月项目将通过自治区土地整理中心的验收并投入使用。争取xxxx年落实群巴克镇10000亩土地整理项目,目前已列入自治区国土资源厅项目库,待实施。在抓好土地整理项目的同时,积极为矿山企业争取资源保护费项目。xxxx年落实轮台县卫东矿业有限责任公司采煤方法改造资源补偿费保护项目, 落实项目资金120万元。在xxxx年矿产资源保护费项目的立项工作中,我局加强对信誉较好,能足额缴纳矿产资源补偿费的企业的考察,申报轮台县玉鑫工贸有限责任公司保护费项目1处。
(五)加强基层国土资源所建设
在州国土资源局的大力支持下,我县十一个乡镇国土所建设工作全面启动,按照《轮台县国土资源局执法监测网络能力基础建设实施方案》的程序和要求,xxxx年10月乡镇国土资源所工程建设全面启动。由于已入冬,时间紧,在资金不到位的情况下,我局严格按照施工要求,保证工程质量,xxxx年完成了群巴克镇、阿克萨来乡、塔尔拉克乡、策达雅乡、草湖乡5个国土资源所的主体建设。其余的5个乡(镇)国土资源所(哈尔巴克乡、阳霞镇、铁热克巴扎乡、野云沟乡、轮南镇)今年5月陆续开工建设,目前只有轮台镇国土资源所未动工建设,主要因为按照我县城镇总体规划的要求,在规划区内建筑设计标准不得底于两层,所以按照设计图纸一层的标准轮台镇国土资源所目前没有合适的位臵建设,我综合考虑我局计划将轮台镇国土资源所办公地点设在县国土资源局一楼办事大厅,这样既解决了办公地点又方便了群众办事。十个乡镇国土资源所力争在10月30日以前全部交付使用。在资金使用方面,我局严格按照《自治区国土资源厅执法监测网络能力基础建设实施方案》资金使用管理和财务管理的有关规定,进行专款专用,付款按照监理单位提供的施工单位的工程进展报告和质量报告进行分期付款。
