营销学书籍告诉我们，营销是一门科学，也是一门艺术，说是科学，毕竟，营销理论是营销实践的总结、提炼、是各种自然科学和社会科学的融合，那倒也说得过去；可是，现在中国的营销已经走向了“艺术”，如果仅仅是为了达成企业目标，满足消费需求，起到“美”的作用，赏心悦目那也就罢了，这样的话，是科学又是艺术也挺好的。遗憾的是，这种“艺术”已经走向了正常的反面――庸俗、贪婪和违背常识。许多时候，这种所谓的“艺术”，会令你瞠目结舌，不知所措。
先说庸俗
自“候总”发明了“叫喊式”电视购物以后，这种“招牌式”电视购物模式开始在各大电视媒体上泛滥开了，一男一女，声嘶力竭，仿佛这个价钱卖出去的东西，他们吃了大亏！“候总”的电视购物虽然有弄虚作假的嫌疑，但其“表演”至少是发自内心的，一点也不觉得做作或怪异，但其他的模仿者，我是没有见到他们的“自然流露”，相反觉得模仿生硬，让人芒刺在背，头皮发麻。
如果将电视购物当作是购买方式的一次创新的话，只能说是形式很好，内容低劣。如果要套上“艺术”的光环，那就相差十万八千里了。一款手机，价格几百元，可以不用充电，从十几米高丢下来一点事也没有，什么功能都有，打电话还能节省花费，黄金外壳，拿来送礼“很有面子”••••••这哪里是在卖手机，分明是在讲“神话故事”。
看看那些在卫视台的电视购物，内衣、 、药酒、壮阳药、XX领袖用限量金笔，整个就是庸俗低俗的大杂烩。
用广告学的观点看，这样的广告不仅庸俗，而且没有任何的科学可言，就算是要讲故事，但也要合理，夸张到“神话”的程度，就吓跑了消费者，
再说贪婪
3.15报道的“神床”还没有在媒体的报道中消失，“神水”有开始浮出水面了。“神床”可以包治百病，“神水”也一样，有病治病，无病强身，太厉害了。我在想，这些企业该去拍电影，或者成立一个疑难杂症治疗中心，解决世界难题，没准还会获得奥斯卡奖或诺贝尔奖，填补具有中国国籍的人，从未获得这些奖项的缺憾。张艺谋等人心中的奥斯卡梦想或许就在这些强人的“导演”下，梦想成真了。
“神水”，“神床”比起那些庸俗的电视购物广告，保健品广告更让人担忧，为什么？因为他们打着营销的“幌子”DD什么亲情营销，干着欺骗老年人的勾当。这些老人，一辈子的积蓄，他们用“几张神床”，“几台神奇净水仪器”就将其骗得身无分文；更可恨的是，一些有着病痛的老人因此耽误了正常的治疗，花了钱，还受了罪；再有，这使得会议营销、电视购物成为社会上人人喊打的“过街老鼠”。
一种好的创新的营销方式，一到中国大多就被“聪明”的国人用做它途。会议营销、电视购物是，“ ”也是。营销需要科学，但很多人却将其当作是一门骗人的“艺术”，而且他们做的事情，让你吃惊，也让人不禁唏嘘。
据媒体报道，自3.15晚会报道了“永衡水”等碱性水，夸大宣传能治病、防病之后，最近在深圳又出来一个“生命还原液”的弱酸性水。这个更厉害了，公司负责人自称是教育专家，他宣称找到了“人体一切疾病的根源”，这个根源就是：碳酸钙。他得出了一个“颠覆现代医学体系的结论”：一切身体的疾病都是由于体内的碳酸钙过多引起的。
我认为，刘老师既然是出身“地质专业”的“教育专家”，为什么对医学有如此兴趣，既然有这方面的兴趣、爱好，可得出了“惊世骇俗”的医院理论，那就应该是医学专家了，而不是教育专家，难道，刘老师想借教育专家之名，进行“会议营销”更合乎身份和逻辑，当然，他确实是这样干的。
