如何做好应聘前的准备工作？如何预防应聘时容易出现的坏心态？且看本刊记者现场实录科龙电器股份有限公司人力资源部部长张育新的亲身体会。
3月24日晚6：30，东华大学第三教学楼二楼演讲厅，科龙电器股份有限公司人力资源部部长张育新作了题为“大学生初涉职场的应对技巧”的演讲。没有空洞的说教，也没有华丽的辞藻，张育新从自身经历说到多年来在科龙的招聘经验和体会，他的发言深深地打动了在场的每一位大学生：“心态决定思维，思维决定行动，行动改变结果，结果构成命运。”
积极心态：发烧催款感动欠债人
上世纪80年代初，张育新刚刚大学毕业，被分配到北京某研究单位工作。初入职场，张育新就被领导派了一项艰巨的任务―――去外地追债。那是过年前，那家汽配厂的设备科欠了研究所合作经费6万元。“当时，企业间的三角债非常厉害，大家都没钱还债。” 所以在当时，追债是非常难的事。可以说，张育新接到的是一项“Mission Impossible”(不可能完成的任务)。
“我那时还年轻，根本不知道讨债有多难。而且又是大学刚毕业，能接到领导分配任务别提有多高兴。心里想着：这是领导对我的重视，嘴上立马答应：‘保证完成任务。’”于是，夹着公文包就坐火车上路了。到了对方厂一看：“妈呀，厂门外，设备科的办公室里挤满了催讨欠款的人。”好不容易挤进去了，对方设备科科长一句“没钱”就把他打发了。不服气的张育新当场就指责了对方。“那时也不懂得沟通，不知道请人家吃个饭什么的，又加上态度不好，人家更不搭理我了。”但张育新并没放弃，抱着“一定要完成任务”的决心，就在汽配厂简陋的招待所住下了。
第二天追债仍然失败，更糟的是，张育新因为劳累而发起了高烧。“当时根本没人知道，我就发着高烧在招待所躺了两天，两天啊，滴水未进，更别说食物了。” 睡了两天，烧还没退，“我想这样烧下去不行，突然想到隔壁还住着个东北来的催债人。”张育新挣扎着起床向东北人求助。算他运气好，东北人正好带着退烧药。“活雷锋”把药给了张育新，又帮他打了一壶热水，留下一包方便面。吃了退烧药的张育新睡了一个晚上，等天亮起床时，烧已经退了。然后“吃了方便面，肚子里有食，精神也来了，毕竟是年轻小伙子”，刚恢复的他，立刻重返追债之路。
没想到这回连厂门都没让他进。后来才知道是设备科特别通知门卫：“别让那个北京的追债小伙进来。”执着的张育新没有放弃，他发现另一条“通向设备科的路”。那是条职工打水的路，汽配厂的员工从宿舍爬梯子翻过宿舍区和工厂之间的围墙，到锅炉房打水。而张育新住的招待所就在宿舍区，设备科就在锅炉房边上。
张育新“飞檐走壁”地来到设备科又开始追债。“我告诉你，我发了两天烧，根本没人理。说难听点，就是死在这里也没人知道。你现在竟然让门卫拦住我，算什么意思？我不过是希望你们支付我们研究所应得的钱。”科长很吃惊地看着眼前的小伙子，被他的.韧劲所感动，告诉他：“实在是没钱，你们要过年，我们也要过年。别的单位也欠着我们很多钱。”他又约张育新晚上11点去找他，“我会给你一部分，你也看到了追债的人这么多，我都得顾及到。”
当晚11点，张育新依言前往设备科，从科长手中接过了一张3万的转账支票。基本完成任务的张育新匆匆返回北京。领导非常吃惊，“没想到你还真能要到钱。”张育新坦言：“听到领导的话，我眼泪就下来了。敢情你根本没指望我要到钱，亏我还这么当回事，吃了这么多苦！”
张育新希望他这段讨债的经历能给大学生一点启发。凡事要以积极的心态对待，“不等待，不埋怨，不消极，事事尽心，事事尽力。”尤其是在求职中，积极行动，遇到挫折不气馁格外重要。“一定要学会主动出击，你才能比别人有更多的机会。”张育新认为招聘方并不是“铁板一块”，“诚心是能感动人的”。当你的简历被拒绝，你的应聘被拒绝时，不要放弃，多试几次，很可能就会给自己争取到一次机会。“当然，前提是不要让人家讨厌。”因为，遇到挫折、拒绝但仍然坚持就是诚心的表现，“完全可以多次出击”。吃苦精神：和一车民工挤长途
发两天高烧还继续追债的经历，张育新用来证明的是职场中需要积极的心态、面对困难的“挫折商”的重要性。而这样的经历其实也是证明吃苦精神的好例子。只是在张育新的职场路上，吃过的苦又何止发烧追债这一件？
“有一次出差到河南，回北京的时候坐的是一辆长途汽车，整个车上除了我、司机、售票员，其余全部是民工。”张育新回忆当时的情景，“整个车坐得满满的，大概有70来个人吧，挤得你脚都没地方放。”张育新边说边做动作，“我上车后，售票员就给我一个很小的凳子，然后我们一个挨一个地坐。我的双手扶着前面人的肩膀，侧过头，脸就贴在前面人的背上。我后面的人也以这个姿态紧紧挨着我。”
看着台下不可理解的眼神，张育新回答了窃窃私语的提问―――为什么不坐火车？“我告诉你们，当时是大年初五，正赶上民工潮返京。整个火车站完全乱了，不卖票。来一辆北上的火车，你就挤吧，挤上了算你本事；挤不上活该。火车一来，民工就从门和窗户往里挤，那些挤窗户的人往往被卡住，车站的工作人员就拿木棍打屁股，促使他使劲蹬脚往里钻。挤进去，然后关窗关门开车。”张育新在车站遇到一个带着妻儿与母亲的军人，一家人在车站待了3天，愣是没挤上。“所以，我想还是坐长途吧，好歹还能上车。”
已经挤成沙丁鱼罐头般的汽车，沿途还不断有人上车。每次重新发动，司机都会立马来个急刹车。“就像你往瓶子里装东西一样，抖一抖，就会把空隙填满多装点。司机急刹车的道理一样，就是把我们都抖一抖，各自找好位置，落脚了，然后再开车。”当张育新回到北京时，“全身上下除了眼白是白的，其他地方全是黑的。”
吃苦精神对未来的求职和职场的成功有着至关重要的作用。张育新认为，自己之所以能走到今天这一步，就是因为自己
能吃苦，踏踏实实，一步一个脚印往前走。“现在的学生真的没吃过什么苦，你们吃的那点苦，其实不算什么。”

千万不要自以为是
现在大学生应聘的时候往往会表现得过分自信，自以为是。“对企业一无所知，或者对应聘岗位不清楚，就贸然前去面试应征，在我看来是很不严肃的。”张育新认为，学生对应聘企业和岗位不事先做分析，是对企业的不尊重。无论是自以为是还是缺乏吃苦精神都是因为大学生的心态，他分析主要是“缺少珍惜心态和归零心态”。
应聘的时候，不要把大学学历或者学校的牌子当作光环，当作资历。“你必须有一

经验，是一条被人踩出来的路，会平坦，会安全，会可靠；勇气，是一双伸向未知的手，会怀疑，会期待，会颤抖。当经验与勇气撞个满怀，我们的心究竟应当为谁让路？

手握着切割机的老工匠，应对着价值不菲的宝石，心里就盘算开了：开弓没有回头箭，这一刀下去，只要有一丝偏差，这宝石就废了，且不说赔偿的问题，以后在这圈子里还怎样混？客户们会怎样看？徒弟们会怎样想？然而，年轻的工匠，或许会认为这正是证明自我本事的大好时机，在他的眼里，或许并不明白宝石价值几何，就算明白，反正那些对年轻人来讲也只是天文数字，输了，吸取的反而是经验；再者，起码应对机遇的时候，努力过了。我们生活的现实，对于年轻人来说，很多时候，需要的就是一个证明自我本事的机会。当机会来临的时候，还犹豫什么？看准之后，快准狠的出手，在老家伙还在商量着做与不做没反应过来的时候，我们已经利利索索的把事给办成了。
当我们内心有太多牵绊的时候，其实就已经输的差不多了，虽然避免了失败，但我们却输了当机立断的勇气。人一旦丧失了拼搏的勇气后，你还有赢的指望吗？在一开始怕失败的时候，结局是不可能成功的。在商界，更是比比皆是的例子。
生活中，很多人都曾有过这样那样的想法，也许征求过有经验的人，也许自我研究了很多。总之，最终选择了放弃，过着继续不如意的生活，却总在羡慕着别人的成功，羡慕着别人的好运气。其实，很多时候，我们不是输给了别人，而是输给了自我。我们也不是输给了没想法，而是输给了太多想法。
我们要成功，当然首先要具备做这件事情的本事，这位成功割宝石的'年轻人，首先他是工匠，而不是杀猪的，也不是卖肉的。其次是要具备搏的勇气。这种勇气，不是蛮干，不是初生牛赎的懵懂无知，而是我明白应对的是什么，我明白我有本事应对它，就算失败了我也无所畏惧。
