Many companies, for instance, have succeeded in increasing or speeding production while going from Just-in-Case to Just-in-Time levels of inventory. We want you fully engaged with us in serving the end customer - whether that is the military customer and others responsibility for national security, or the airlines and the traveling public. And that is certainly something that is happening in today's Boeing.

And second, I wanted to remind people that we were in a business, and in a business - regardless of what the name on the building may be - you don't assume that anybody owes you a living, and you don't look at the world through rose-colored glasses - seeing things not as they are but as you wish them to be.

Clearly, the best way to defend against rogue behavior is to create an environment in which there is zero tolerance for anyone who even begins to bend or break the rules and where everyone understands and pursues the highest standards. We want everyone to stand up and cry ”foul“ at the first sign of unethical or improper conduct. That goes for people in supplier companies no less in Boeing itself.

在咱们高速这样一个充满竞争的环境中,教育工作的竟争力、战斗力决定着咱们祖国的下一代。咱们教育如果有一个好的团队和良好的团队精神,它就会像冲锋的号角,激励队员勇往超前,奋力争先,不断战胜困难,取得胜利!

三、团队精神是单位的精神支柱。

人是需要一点精神的。同样,教育部门也是需要“精神”的。团队共同的价值观就是一个精神支柱。离开这个精神支柱,咱们学校就是一潭死水、一具僵尸,就毫开活力可言。从这个好处上说,团队精神乃是咱们的精神支柱。(校园标语)

我们队有10个人,我也是其中的一个队员。比赛分上半场、下半场。我们的队长去抽签,我们是和二班对打,时间是第二天。

三国时期的宜渡文战,二战期间的中国抗日战争……这无数从寡胜多,以弱胜强的例子无一不体现了“团队精神”的重要性。

我们知道,在团队中包括许多个体,在这些个体的有机组合下形成团体。在团体中,个体的作用固然不可忽视,但个体之间相互联系的顺序、合理则更为重要了。要处理好个体之间的关系,调整好个体间的布局,从而使整个力量大大胜于个体的力量。

当今世界,科技不断发展,科学的分支越来越多。人们智力、能力都是有限的,不可能方方面面都通晓,而加强团队精神无疑是取长补短的最好方法。但在合作中绝不能争强好胜,争名夺利,否则就会让人们走上那条岐途。

大家了解巴西球队吗?他们拥有天皇级的球员、庞大的强劲阵容、得胜的啦啦队,但他们内部却不肯合作,每个球员都想在那片绿茵场上尽情展示自己的风采,忘掉了团队精神,最终,由于原因种种,巴西队在那年的世界杯上,打破了这“不可胜利”的神话。

正是团队精神让我们学会了包、谅解;学会了在危险的时刻首先顾忌他人;学会了团结、学会了忍让。一时间中华的传统美德尽显无疑,而我们也在团队精神中实现了自我的价值。

团队精神是人类文明的基石,是每个人都应有的精神源泉。人的生命是有限的,而有了资产和精神才有可能为我们有限的生命。

我们都曾看过这样一句话:“一个人只有一次机会。”我们是否有资产和这种精神的体验。我认为,每个人都应该有资产和这种精神。

这一次,我们学校组织了一个活动,主题是团队精神。

一个团队就能够让一个集体成为我们的一次成长,我们应该从小事做起,从身边做起,从点滴做起。在课间,我们也可以看到许多同学在大操场上玩耍,这时,一个同学也会看到一个同学在大操场上玩耍。这就是团结。

在操场上有许多小朋友在玩“捉人”的游戏。一个个都是一个个玩过之后就要离开的人。这个游戏的名字让大家一直在回忆这个游戏。这个游戏叫“捉人”。一个小朋友说一声“开始”就可以抓到一个人,而另一个则要注意。这个游戏有好几次差不多都被抓到了。但大家都没有因此放弃。还好我们抓住了一个人。我们都知道这个游戏要比其他同学多做几次,这个游戏的名字要有深刻的含义,因为它是我们自己的参与。

我认为,我们应该在每一次的比赛中都能够取得一次比较好的成绩。如果没有这个竞赛我们就不能够获得一次全校最好的成绩。这个游戏就是我们每一个人都可以得到的机会,而且我们还可以获得到更多的机会。这就是团队精神。

在这个游戏中也有很多人在参与。比如:有些同学玩过“捉人”的游戏;有些同学玩过“拔河”的;甚至有些同学玩过“拔河”的游戏。这些游戏的名字就叫“拔河”。这些游戏的名字都有些复杂。我认为,我们应该在玩这个游戏时,不能够一味地沉着于应对,要学会团队合作。

团结就是力量。在学习上,我们应该从小事做起。

一个团队,一件事。团结起来,才能给每个人以信仰!在这个游戏中,我们也要学会团结。

团队,就是许多人组成的一个团体。团队精神,自然也就不言而喻了。团队精神当然无处不在的。

返校那天,学校找来了一位曲老师。起初,老师让我们玩一个“传话”的游戏。这个游戏就是老师告诉最后一个同学一串数字,以自己组特有的暗号来专递。我们觉得很新奇,就匆匆定了一个暗号,并全组一致同意用这个暗号。当时,这个暗号的漏洞很大:小数点,负号,分数,百分数……都表示不出来!当时老师就像是故意跟我们对着干似的,出的是“(这个数是负数,后面忘了)!”当时,我后面的同学很机智地在我后背上横着划了一道。我愣了一下,思考着这可能是什么数字,大概是分号,或是负号吧,也就这两个符号是横着一道。但不管是什么东西,还要依照原样传下去不是?但结果很是出人意料,最前面的同学很默契地说出了正确答案!当时老师就说了,只有少数组答对了。我们组答对就是因为我们组有极其默契的团队精神。

之后,老师又教了我们杯子舞,有几个同学不会,有的同学就耐心教导,直到会了才离去。后来整个年级聚在篮球馆里比赛。赛后老师公布了成绩,结果是在我们意料之中的――第一。取得了奖杯,我们全班都特别开心。

团队精神,在团队中起到不可或缺的重要部分。因为大家团结一心,才有这个优异的成绩。

屠呦呦,我国医学界迄今为止获得最高奖项荣誉的获得者。他带领着他的团队,研制出了高效的,新一代抗疟药抗疟青蒿素。有的人会问屠呦呦,他不是博士,也没有留学背景,更没有院士头衔,他是怎样获得2015年诺贝尔医学奖的呢?

我认为诺贝尔奖不是为那些学问高背景高,精力大的人专门设置的奖项,只要你积极向上,锐意创新,再平凡再普通的一个人也会有所成就,那当然取得好的成果,你就会有一个团结的团队,主要又研制出青蒿素是他一个人的功劳吗?

显然不是,是他们的团队只有在团队的讨论下才得出一个正确的答案。最近在微博中看到一个关于屠呦呦的话题,内容是发现治疗疟疾的新方法是归功于屠呦呦,还是归功于他所带领的团队,我觉得这个功劳在于他所带领的团队,为什么呢,很简单,举一个例子,校运动会上接力比赛中,如果团队之间配合的好,发挥正常得到好的名次是必然的结果,反之,如果团队内部不协调就会乱了秩序导致落后于别人,由此可见团队精神是很重要的,当然在其他方面也是如此屠呦呦带领的团队,如果内部都不团结是不可能获得诺贝尔奖的,他们分工合理发表各自的见解,新年的努力终于获得了丰富的回报。

但屠呦呦的团队精神并不是我最欣赏的那种蚂蚁,生活中最常见的一种小生物,他们可以一起吃苦一起享用美食,他们用自己那弱不禁风的小腿,扛起比他们不知道大几倍的昆虫的残骸,他们遵守着人不犯我我不犯人的原则,记得小时候看过一部动画片中的情景是一只蚂蚱侵入蚂蚁的洞穴,不料却被一群小蚂蚁给打败了,最终蚂蚁们拖着自己的战利品回到了他们的蚂蚁洞。我想如果是一个一个蚂蚁先后挑战蚂蚱,那么我想结果应该是蚂蚱战胜了蚂蚁,因为蚂蚱一个脚掌就可以踩死一群蚂蚁。只可惜蚂蚁好像天生就有一种团队意识,他们一起攻击蚂蚱,这个入侵者蚂蚱啊,忙活不过来自然就成了蚂蚁的晚餐啦。果不其然,团队精神是我们值得学习的,

无论是什么事情都需要团队的帮助,当然有了团队就应该有一个好的领导者,无需什么绿叶来衬托,只需要用自己的实力来证明自己能行。所以,团队的力量是非常重要的,这又让我想到了中国力量,不知道为什么,中国人一出生就有着与别人不同的情感,总是把家这个字放的非常重要,连心都是连在一起的,所以才铸就了这个强大的中国。
