一个会口才好、会说话的人,可以流利地表达自己的意图,讲得清楚、动听、使人乐于接受。它可以使原来不相识者携手,不感兴趣的人相互了解,会说话还可以替人排除纠纷,消除人与人之间的隔阂,它也能医治他人愁苦、忧闷,使人生活得到快乐。
口才并不是一种天赋的才能,它是靠刻苦训练得来的。古今中外历史上一切口若悬河、能言善辩的演讲家、雄辩家,无一不是靠刻苦训练而获得成功的。如果想要变为口才出色的人,并且切实的体验到口才出众的好处,是需要勤加练习的。
在语言交往中,当自己或者对方的言语行为出现突发事件或意外情况时,能迅速而又恰当地做出反应并进行处理。
1. 应付意外,完成预定任务
意外情况往往非表达者本人的过失,也不是对方故意刁难,而是另外情况所致。
随机应变力强的人能自圆其说,补救失误;能反击对方攻势,兵来将挡,水来土掩;还能应付意外,出色完成任务。它展现人的才能与智慧,增强人的魅力,使一个人在人际交往中处于有利的位置。
就实际而言,在社会交际中不可避免地会遇到难以预料的发问。这时就需要巧言妙语灵活应对。如遇到难以言对的“锋芒”发问,就应巧妙运用“避锋法”而回击之。
所谓“避锋法”的对策,是在一种较高语言境界中,一方面不是马虎了事,而是圆满地回答问题;另一方面,又可以向发问者提供一些新信息,或指明解决的方法和途径,定会受欢迎。表面上答“非”所问,实际上是以退为进,因此可以说“避锋”是为了“藏锋”,“藏锋”又是为了更好地“露锋”,这种“貌合神离”的表达方式,也有利于调动发问者的思维,使他们设身处地地为对方着想,如此便可避免一些不必要的纠缠。
2. 含蓄回答,反击刁难
当你遇到自己不想回答或不便回答而别人又偏偏紧紧不放要执意打听的事时,这时即使心中不快,也能显出愠怒,应冷静、沉着、巧妙地应对。
传说明代文学家解缙有一次奉永乐皇帝之命,给一柄折扇题字,他看扇面上有一幅画,是按唐人《凉州词》的诗意画的,便题写王之焕的诗:“黄河远上白云间,一片孤城万仞山。羌笛何须怨杨柳,春风不度玉门关。”不料,他一时疏忽,少写了一个“间”字,皇帝看后大怒,认为其不忠,便要问其死罪。
这时,解缙急中生智,忙道:“皇上息怒!我这是用王之焕的诗意填写的词啊!”当即念道:“黄河远上,白云一片,孤城万仞山。羌笛何须怨?杨柳春风,不度玉门关。”那时题扇不点标点,解缙借错巧言,将漏了字的诗变成一首绝妙好词,使皇上听了转怒为喜。
在交往中,对方有时往往会利用表达者自己的话语、逻辑和常理设置难题,使表达者难以回答,这时表达者就要突发奇想,另辟蹊径,反击对方的刁难。
培养口才方法
1、鼓励孩子唱歌或朗诵短诗让你欣赏,或定期举行家庭表演会,以此训练孩子的胆子;
2、让孩子重述小说或电视电影的故事,帮助孩子将长故事浓缩成“短剧”;
3、多给孩子打气,对他们的努力要有具体的表扬,如“我很喜欢你描述的人物,很生动,你能不能再多讲一点?”

**是我工作经历中最富有激情、最具有创新意识、最注重员工幸福指数、最温馨的公司。这个团队中的每个人都像兄弟姐妹般互帮互助;工作中都积极向上、充满激情,传递正能量;生活中都浪漫温情;努力工作、享受生活这一理念深入人心。
