Most of the learned youth in this country consider Politics to be “a refuge for the scoundrels” and this derogatory remark may be true if we look at the deceptive and degenerated type of politicians indulging in a dirty game.All these political parties are votaries of democracy,but the way they conduct themselves inside their own parties is nothing but senseless authoritarianism.Therefore a very few students choose to pursue Politics as a profession,but what they don't realize is that if we don't take a stand the system can never be changed.Thus,I want to study Politics so I can come back to my country and contribute what little I can do for my homeland and its people.If I can inspire even a single person,it would be worth it.The world today is growing global.We are now not only to think of our own nation but as and when we think of it,we have to keep the international perception in mind;consequently,I chose Politics with International Relations as one of my courses.
Studying in UK will breed a sense of individuality and self reliance.I would be able to interact with people from everywhere and get to know about their culture.This would not only open new horizons for me,but would also clear some preconceived notions one has about the other.I have always been an active participant of debates.I have participated in 3 Model UN conferences out of which I was awarded with the Best Delegate award in two. I have always had a love for the performing arts since I can remember; for there has never really been anything else I have ever wanted to do apart from act. But acting is not just a subject to study people, narratives or social issues – we can discover so many things about ourselves, why we perform a character this way: is it because this person is so much like us? There have been numerous qualities I have discovered about myself while participating in drama. 瑞士留学常见误区
误区一：一旦录取就万事大吉
拥有这样想法的留学生肯定是会被瑞士高等教育院校所淘汰的。作为留学生，切不可浪费时间，荒废学业，影响学分的修读，应该更加努力地获得更高的学分，不断提升自己的专业水平及完善学习规划，从而顺利获得相应的文凭，从而能够在激烈的留学竞争中不被淘汰。如果连学位都拿不到，那就相当于一年20几万的学费白交了。
值得注意的是，即使侥幸通过申请，顺利到了瑞士，也要自觉弥补加快脚步跟上学习进程，否则你会很狼狈。
误区二：奖学金很好拿
每年中国赴瑞士的学生有一二百人左右，其中只有若干人可获得瑞士和中国政府提供的官方奖学金，根据中国和瑞士教育部选拔产生。其余学生进入公立学校后需要根据第一个学期的成绩择优颁发，通过勤工助学可获得助学金。
误区三：企图弄虚作假
据报道，瑞士的正规的学校对申请人都着很严格的要求，比如出示：学历证明、英语水平证明等，因为这些因素都被校方视为申请人能否完成学业的关键因素。因此，申请人必须实事求是地提供材料，不可以弄虚作假欺骗学校，企图蒙混过关是行不通的。即便到了瑞士，大多数的正规学校都会有第二次英文测试。如果语言不过关，你还得打道回府。
误区四：为了移民而留学

瑞士对外国移民“层层设防”。在瑞士入籍，则必须依次通过三道关卡，即需分别得到联邦、州和所在城镇的批准。
在联邦这一层面上，最基本也是最重要的入籍条件是：外国居民必须在瑞士住满，12岁至20岁的青少年在瑞士居住的时间可以一年计作两年。
其他入籍条件囊括方方面面，比如是否遵守瑞士的法律、至少掌握一种官方语言、是否适应瑞士当地的生活方式等，甚至还包括要学会晚上10点以后不要大声说话，更不能放水冲抽水马桶。在入籍调查阶段，移民部门会派专人到申请者居住的社区甚至楼层，了解申请者的为人、文明程度和邻里关系等。
如果侥幸通过联邦这一关，那也不能笑得太早，因为瑞士各州和所在城镇都有权自行确定入籍标准，而且这些标准往往相差很大。
比如，对居住年限的要求会因地区而异：在弗里堡州，申请人必须在州内生活3年;在下瓦尔登州，则必须住满12年，并在一个地区住满3年。
此外，对申请人的经济能力也有所要求。就算在瑞士熬足年头，表现良好，核准入籍，那还必须交纳一笔不菲的费用。瑞士各州的收费标准各不相同。据瑞士联邦移民局估计，入籍平均手续费相当于当地2至3个月的工资。相比之下，苏黎世州的入籍费用高于其他州，需要10万瑞士法郎(1瑞士法郎约合人民币6.9元)。
因此，如果实在想出国移民的童鞋不如直接去澳州或新西兰，比较实际。
误区五：瑞士院校对外籍学生都免学费
很多同学都有咨询关于瑞士的公立大学。虽然瑞士公立大学教育质量优良，免学费，但是瑞士的公立学校对学生要求非常严格。如果申请公立大学的研究生，首先，必须要提供高考成绩，且要求相对较高，申请个别理工科专业的研究生还需具备相关工作经验。
瑞士的公立大学免收学费，只收取500瑞士法郎到600瑞士法郎左右不等(约合人民币3000元到3500元左右)。但是瑞士精英公立大学免学费是需要经过激烈的竞争的。申请留学生需要通过瑞士外交部用来考核学生的法语水平和专业知识的统考，才能争取到瑞士精英公立大学的录取，拥有免学费的资格。即使申请成功也仍需准备好第一年的留学费用作为资金担保。
误区六：以为打工能完全解决学费问题
瑞士的生活水平居高不下，物价也很高，而兼职打工情况却不容乐观。留学生打工的机会十分有限。想通过实习赚取学费的想法比较不现实。

一、语言考试

熟悉瑞士酒店管理院校的同学都知道，瑞士的酒店管理院校开学时间与国内不同，一般每年有2-4个开学日期，各个院校开学的月份和时间也并不集中。瑞士留学签证流程的平均时长一般需要2个多月，最长也试过将近5个月，而瑞士移民局是能够签发学生批文的权力机构，如果是在高峰期递交，积压状况就会造成批签时间的延长。
因此建议同学们根据往年学校的招生情况和具体的开学月份来合理预约递签的日期，尽量提前预约。
2、材料准备要谨慎，虚假信息莫提供

至于原因，我想不用多讲了。总之，这种既丢人格，又丢国格的事，还是不要去想，不要去惦记的好。别有侥性心里，老老实实遵守别人国家的法律，比什么都重要。
2.千万不要说外国人可爱
这倒是没有什么坏影响，只是外国人根本不理解。中国人常说谁谁谁真可爱，也用作同事之间，好朋友之间。这是一种关系好的向征。在外国，你说谁谁谁可爱，他们会非常不理解，反而会问你为什么说他(她)可爱。很难解释的，根本说不清，完全是文化差异造成的。最后反而会把自己弄得说不出话来，老外还一脑子糊涂。一般只和外国人说“你真有意思”，“你真幽默”什么的。
3.其它什么的坏毛病
如乱扔东西，随地吐啖，在外面和陌生的中国人吵架这些可都不是什么良好的行为。应该好好改一改。
4.别想去巴结老师
巴结老师，希望老师照顾自己，这对中国留学生来说，是很愚蠢行为。在国外，就老老实实的学，在学习上，老师不和你讲人情。虽然在课下可以像朋友一样，怎么玩都行，学习这事，老外还是公私分明的。不会因为和你喝了酒，就给你高分。而且知识这东西，还是自己认认真真的学到手的好。
5.千万别摸小孩子的头
这是瑞士人的大忌。如果有外国朋友抱着他们的小Baby，可别和中国似的，过去就摸小孩子的头，一边摸一边说可爱。外国人最不喜欢这样。我知道中国有这样的习惯，也有这样的传统，看见朋友的孩子可爱，就想过去抱抱，亲亲，过去摸摸头。在外国，这是让对方很反感的。因为他们不知道你是否有传染病，之前摸过什么，有什么样的细菌。因此，他们会特别保护他们的孩子。我曾有一个同学，大家一起出游时，问路的时候，看见对方抱的小孩子超可爱，就过去摸摸头，亲亲脸。吓得人家抱着孩子快步远离了我们，然后用特别异样的眼光看着我们，当时挺不好意思的。不过说实话，那孩子的确是超可爱，比画片上的还好看，我都有冲动。可是我还是忍住了，毕竟在别人国家，还要了解别人的文化。
