河南高考填报志愿指南

网上填志愿要牢记密码，记清楚时间

6月25日，河南开通普通高招网上志愿填报系统后，考生即可登录河南省招生办公室网站，点击首页网上服务大厅中的“网上志愿填报”，在登录界面输入考生号和报名时使用的密码，登录系统并填报志愿。

考生需注意：妥善保管好自己的密码，不要把密码透露给他人，不要让他人代替填报志愿;在规定时间段内完成志愿填报，填报时间截止前可以进行不超过两次的修改，考生志愿以网上最后一次保存的志愿为准，填报截止后将无法更改。

密码忘了咋办?可利用河南省普通高校招生考生服务平台的“忘记密码”功能进行密码重置。

无法重置咋办?普通类考生须本人持准考证和身份证到报名所在地的招生办重置。对口招生、专升本考生，可持本人准考证和身份证到就近市县招生办重置。

记得书面签字确定，否则志愿无效

网上填报志愿后，县(市、区)招生办将依据考生网上最后一次保存的志愿信息，打印出志愿表，考生须在志愿表上签字。未经考生书面签字确认的志愿，将不作为投档依据。对口招生、专升本志愿和各批次的征集志愿，网上保存后不再签字确认，以网上最后一次保存的志愿作为投档依据。

选报志愿前，先了解相关院校招生章程

省招生办提醒考生，留意各高校的招生章程，章程中有学校招生说明、招生要求以及明确的录取规则。譬如对相关科目成绩或加试要求，对加分或降低分数要求，投档及投档成绩相同考生的处理，对进档考生的录取规则和专业安排办法等。高校招生章程在教育部“阳光高考”信息平台统一公布，在河南省招生办公室网站和《专业目录》中也有相关的网址。

通过资格审查，才能填报专项计划志愿

想要填报国家专项计划、高校专项计划和地方专项计划志愿的考生需要注意的是，通过相应专项计划资格审核的考生方可填报。

国家专项计划和地方专项计划均单独设立批次，原则上执行本科一批分数线。高校专项计划纳入自主招生志愿，考生应按自主招生志愿填报。考生如同时符合三个专项计划的资格，志愿可以兼报。

自主招生志愿，每个考生只能填报一个高校

自主招生志愿包括艺术特长生、高水平运动员、“高校专项计划”等。每位取得相应报考资格的考生，可填报1个相应的高校志愿，1～5个专业和是否同意调剂(专业)。

高水平运动员考生选报该志愿都必须填在自主招生栏内。个别自主招生高校在提前批录取(未安排本科一批计划的)，考生选报该类高校自主招生志愿应填报在提前批第一志愿。

定向就业招生专业必须填报在相应批次所规定的位置(本科一批、二批填在相应批次所规定的位置，其他批次填在相应批次的第一院校志愿栏中)。少数民族预科班志愿的考生可以选报一个招收预科班的高校，如果分专业方向的话，每个高校可填报1～5个预科班专业方向和是否同意调剂(专业)。

一本、二本单轮投档，缺档不补

本科一批、本科二批投档录取时，实行单轮投档。高校因退档或计划调整所产生的计划余额，不再补充投档，将面向考生统一征集志愿。
