篇16:关于行政后勤工作总结

加入公司已经两个月了,任行政助理一职,虽然之前有过一些相关的工作经验,但“不在其位,不谋其政”很多事情都是跟想象的不一样。两个月的时间很快过去了,在这两个月里,我在公司领导及同事们的关心与帮助下完成了各项工作,在思想觉悟方面有了更进一步的提高。这两个月的工作总结主要有以下几项:

1、工作质量、成绩、效益和贡献。

在开展工作之前做好个人工作计划,有主次的先后及时的完成各项工作,达到预期的效果,保质保量的完成工作,工作效率高,同时在工作中吸取经验,使工作水平不断的进步,为公司及部门工作做出了应有的贡献。

总结两个月的工作,尽管有了一定的进步和成绩,但在一些方面还存在着不足。比如对行政方面的知识缺乏,卫生清洁工作做的还不够细心,监督工作没有做到位,缺少与同事沟通,未能反馈员工的意见,会议记录不详细考勤统计不够细心,做事缺少主动。还有其他工作也存在很多的不足。这都有待于在今后的工作中加以改进。在往后的工作中我将认真学习各项政策规章制度及管理技能,努力自我完善,希望能为公司的发展做出更大更多的贡献。

2、专业知识、工作能力和具体工作。

公司行政助理的主要是协助行政经理做好行政工作。我认为行政工作比较琐碎,每天都面临着大量的、琐碎的、不起眼的事务,而这些事务又是必不可少的。在短时间内熟悉了本职的工作,明确了工作的程序、方向,提高了工作能力,在具体的工作中形成了一个清晰的工作思路,能够顺利的开展和完成本职工作。

在这两个月中,我本着“把工作做的更好”的目标,积极的完成了以下本职工作:

(1)办公明细等电子文档的更新和调整,以方便自己开展工作;

(2)工作区域的卫生管理及执行;

(3)协助行政经理做好了各类文件、通知的修改、公布、下发等工作,并按具体整理的文件类别整理好放入文件夹内,以便查阅;

(4)公司车辆的违章及用车情况的管理;

(5)协助好行政经理做好公司的人事工作:招聘,新员工入职的手续及物品发放工作,和各项安排;分类整理公司人员请假、辞职、工作方面的资料,便于人员的合理安排及月末的考勤工作;

(6)每星期对考勤进行统计、公布,每月准时上缴员工考勤情况;

(7)办公耗材及办公室及后勤用品的申购以及领取工作;

8)后勤工作的管理,员工宿舍的监查,定期对黑板报的更换;

(9)认真地做好公司领导及行政经理交办的其它工作。

3、需要学习并实践的工作,总结如下:

(1)加强学习行政管理各项工作的管理流程并具有实际操作经验;

(2)网上人员的招聘、筛选及面试通知等工作;

(3)加强文字功底;

(4)加强其他公司所要求的能力要求等。

4、工作态度。

认真遵守劳动纪律,有效利用工作时间,坚守岗位,保证工作能按时完成。在这两个月的工作学习中,我也有一些自己的看法和建议:

(1)建议将行政部和财务部划分清楚,我建议将属于行政部的工作跟财务部明细分清,后勤方面的管理混乱,管理模式跟之前没有行政部差不多。

(2)建议取消员工在本单位服务不足一年的扣该员工1-2个月的工资的规定(压力越大弹力越大),建议确定培训费用,规定分几个月逐月从员工工资中扣押一部分作为培训费用,在本单位服务一年以上返还,不足一年的就当作赔偿本单位的培训费用。

(3)建议增加员工福利,车间计件,虽然上不封顶但人的能力有限,想留住老员工就得肯下资本,除了正常工资外,还要提供一些福利待遇。一个企业就好比一个金字塔,金字塔的大小跟稳固就得看员工。

不知道两个月的试用期我在领导和同事中的形象到底是怎么样的,我也不知道自己是否能够留在公司中继续工作,我相信我可以发挥出我的能力,为公司的发展做出更大的贡献!
