然而，在春游时，见到不文明的行为或个人常会扫了大家的兴。调查显示，66.6%的受访者认为春游途中有很多行为不文明的人。25.9%的受访者承认自己就曾做过不文明的事，61.2%的受访者则表示没有。

76.2%的受访者指出，不文明行为具体以采摘花草和乱扔垃圾为甚。60.7%的受访者表示乱涂乱写、破坏景观的也很多。不仅如此，折枝爬树(57.0%)、攀爬景观(54.9%)、随地野餐(50.3%)、随地便溺(32.1%)等行为也很常见。

在王秀娟看来，近两年春游时不文明的现象比以前少了很多。“一方面，通过这么多年的宣传教育，很多人已有了文明意识;另一方面，游玩景点的垃圾桶、卫生间、引导标语等配套设施完善了不少。”王秀娟认为，公共场合是教育孩子的好地方，父母不仅要以身作则，还要及时制止孩子效仿不文明行为。

南京大学社会学院教授陈友华认为，不文明现象之所以多，在于很多民众仍未接受过教育和文明的洗礼。公共意识缺失的原因，有三个方面。一是教育上的严重偏差，目前教育中最缺少的是民众教育;二是整个社会价值取向出现了偏离;三是制度设计缺乏公平公正，很多人所承担的责任与所应享有的权利并不对等。

面对不文明行为，52.2%受访者会以眼神鄙视

看到在春游时对景观任意“动手动脚”的人，你会怎么做?调查中，52.2%的受访者会用眼神鄙视，16.2%的受访者当作没看见。真正付诸行动、会上前言语阻止的受访者占18.3%。还有7.8%的受访者会拍下发微博。

河北石家庄市某政府部门工作人员李莉表示，春游时的不文明现象对周围环境会产生恶劣影响。“但由于我们不是管理者或执法者，直接指出那些不文明行为，存在一定风险，我认为远离也是理智选择。”李莉建议，政府相关部门应该加强惩戒，各方配合，才能让公共场所秩序更加和谐。

与李莉不同的是，王秀娟表示会尽最大努力及时制止不文明现象。“比如有人插队买票或乱扔垃圾，我都会善意提醒。制止不文明行为不仅可以提高大家的公共意识，提高社会文明程度，还能教育孩子，给孩子作表率”。

要逐渐消除不文明行为，72.9%的受访者表示还应在市民的权利义务教育上下功夫，58.6%的受访者认为应诉诸罚款等惩戒手段，42.2%的受访者提出应有更多人站出来阻止，形成积极的氛围。还有32.8%的受访者会感觉“脸都被丢尽了”，22.6%的受访者提议直接将他们的不文明行为曝光。

有80.9%的.受访者认为应从自身做起，保证在春游时做到“动眼动口不动手”。

陈友华认为，在文明的制度下，才能培养文明的大众。要提高民众意识，首先，要注重社会价值观的引导;其次，要加强对民众的教育，明确政府的基本权利和责任;第三，也要加强以民众权利责任为主要内容的宣传教育，强化对社会文明的监督管理。通过加强社会的培育与发展，逐步实现社会的自我管理、自我教育、自我服务和自我监督。

几天前，我去人民公园玩，到了人民公园。人民公园可真好玩呀，可是我却看见了不雅的一幕，一个小女孩的妈妈丢了一张纸在湖里。小女孩问妈妈：“妈妈，你把纸丢在湖里，不怕污染环境吗？”“反正这水已经够脏了，也不会有人知道。”妈妈说道。小女孩也把垃圾扔进了湖里，这是什么世道？教自己的儿女乱扔垃圾，这些父母一点也不负责任，这难道是小事吗？

就在我家的后面，有一个绿茵茵的草坪，草儿嫩嫩的，好漂亮呢！但过了几个月后，草儿受到严重的破坏，都焉了，一个个垂头丧气的，这是怎么回事呢？原来是人们在草坪上踩踏，告示牌写着“草儿是生命，请脚下留情。”可这都没有用，还有些人，见了他们，不但不劝，反而还跟那些人一起去踩，更有甚者，把告示牌“拆”了。这难道也是小事吗？

在过马路时，他们也经常闯红灯。他们像一个个刘翔飞了过去，旁边的人也学他们，而其他人也不劝，好像没有他们的事一样。一个老奶奶要过马路，可车太多，老人在那里站了许久也没人去扶。我走了过去扶老奶奶过马路，老奶奶夸赞了我。

这些事不断发生，我希望政府部门引起重视，这不是小事，它关系了全民的素质问题。

生活中有许许多多不雅的行为、不道德的现象，许多人觉得只是小事，但这并不是一件件小事。

上次，我刚从学校出来。在一个马路上，只见几位叔叔，直接翻过护栏，然后箭步如飞，就过了马路。明明红绿灯和斑马线就在眼前，他们却还要这样横穿马路。要是刚才那几辆车一不小心加速的话，那后果简直不堪设想。刚才那几位叔叔刚刚过去，后面就来了个抱小孩的中年妇女。只见她学着刚才那几位叔叔的样子，但由于她抱着小孩行动不便，走得有些缓慢。突然，一辆货车犹如一把利剑一样向她开去，我本以为这个利剑会毫不留情地刺向他们，吓得我赶忙闭上眼睛。可货车还是及时刹住了，幸好只是有惊无险，一场灾难在司机的紧急刹车中避免了，我的心突突地跳到嗓子眼了。

那次我坐着公交车回家了，车刚行驶了两站。一个颤颤巍巍的老人上了车，他就像一个慢吞吞的乌龟爬上来。这时，我看见公交车里所有人见了这位老人都无动于衷，该玩手机的玩手机，该睡觉的继续睡觉，直到他下车了，公交车里的人也没有两样。如果我坐到座位，我一定会给他让座位的。

在生活中，这种事情不止一次地发生过，但我觉得，这些事情都不是小事，它反映了我们的素质差。

你没有发现清脆的鸟鸣声越来越少了吗？你没有看见雾霾越来越严重了吗？要知道，以前是没有这个词的。地球环境日益剧下，我们用肉眼看不到吗？说“不”只是一个小的开始，难道我们做不好吗？

寒假的一天，妈妈带我去“碧水蓝天”洗浴广场洗澡。

文明伴我行！这句话谁都知道，许多人却做不到。

步行街，垃圾零零星星的散落在石板地上，画面那么不和谐。一个八九岁的小孩子一手拿着包装袋，一手吃着零食，慢悠悠地从一家良品铺子走出来。才出店门，就迫不及待地撕开包装袋，三下五除二吃完，然后手指一个个松开，包装袋就这么飘落在离垃圾筒几米远的地方。

教室的桌子、墙容貌不一般，一个个好像天天打架，身上伤痕累累，布满了笔留下的痕迹。瞧，一年级的一名小同学正动用铅笔大将军与桌子战斗，这些伤疤都是他一笔一画亲自刻上去的，桌子真是“感激”得不得了。

菜市场门口，一位大叔嘴里叨着一根烟，手臂一摇一晃，哼着小调。一不小心，哟，前面大嫂的衣服多了一个洞，大叔眼底闪过一丝心虚，装作若无其事地走入吵吵嚷嚷的人群。

我提醒大家，远离不文明先生。

在我们的现实生活中有许许多多讲文明的人，也有很多不讲文明的人。如果大家都不讲文明，世界遍地都是垃圾，那对地球是多么大的危害啊！

最近几天我老是看见有些人非常不文明，我得想想法子才行。

可以让抽烟的人专门到吸烟区抽烟，在公共场所设一个烟味警报器，感应到烟草味就叫起来，提醒在抽烟的人把烟熄灭。让随地吐痰的人必须把痰用纸包起来丢到垃圾桶里去，如果在街道上发现了痰，就要查一下把痰吐在地上的人是谁，查到了就要把那个人抓到警察局拘留。

今年的国庆节，我们一家子要去太姥姥家串门。8点一到，我们去车站坐上了342路汽车，向小庄总车站驶去。“小庄总站到了！

”当我听到这句话的时候，我们赶紧下车等729路汽车，可是，每辆729路汽车的人都坐得满满的，我们刚要打车的时候又被姥姥给制止了。我们只能无奈的坐上9路汽车。我们不知道是因为9路汽车非常受北京市民欢迎，还是因为今天是国庆节，大家都想去天安门看花的缘故，所以车里特别挤，心里很着急。可是心里一想到“过一站算一战”这种想法，急躁的心情马上就平静下来，但是上车的人也太不文明了：有从后门进的、有的人死活都得挤上来的、还有一个居然从窗户进来的，这时候我想到受挤的妈妈，我终于忍不住了，我冲着要上车的人大喊：“别上了！9路汽车又不是一辆！你们不会再等下一辆9路汽车呀？”可有人就是不听，非挤后门，我又喊：“别上了！别上了！”正在这时，姥姥对我说：“别说了！等一会儿人家揍你呢！”过了一会儿，我们终于下了那辆倒霉的9路汽车，随后，我们又坐上了快速公交，到了太姥姥家。

到了太姥姥家后，我还在想路上的事，我觉得：这些人太不文明了！

社会上有许多不和谐的现象，比如老人摔倒该不该扶呢？一天清晨，我在网上看到了一则新闻：有一位老奶奶骑三轮车摔倒了，有许多人从她身边经过都是置之不理，结果，老人竟死在了马路上。

当看到这则新闻时，我就倒抽了一口凉气。到底老人摔倒该不该扶呢？我就去卧室和爸爸妈妈讨论这个问题，卧室里顿时炸开了锅。妈妈抢先开口：“这当然要扶了，我们都是乐于助人的好公民呀！”可爸爸却唱了反调：“不能扶，如果她是碰瓷的呢？”我立即反驳：“如果不扶，那会显得我们不礼貌的。”就在这时，妈妈出了一个好主意，说：“我们先拿出手机拍下我们没有触摸到她的时候的样子，再找来一些路人来作证，然后再去扶她，这样既扶了她老人家，又不会被讹到，一举两得!”听了妈妈的这番话，我终于解开了心结。

夏天到了，路上的人多了起来，小朋友吃着冰棍聊着天，别提多开心了。当然，也不是所有人都那么惬意。这不，那个美丽的女子，似乎看到了什么，脸都红了。顺着目光一看，一个男子，打着赤膊，淌着汗，那样子，真仿佛回到了原始时代，真令人恶心。电影院里，一些没有素质的人，穿着拖鞋，脚上的臭气弥漫着整个电影院。他旁若无人，吃着爆米花，还一边打电话，声音大得惊人，所有人都没法再看电影了。

乱穿马路、乱扔垃圾、大声喧哗这些不文明的行为都会对别人造成不必要的麻烦，所以，我们一起行为，做一个真正文明的人。
