虽然，人有这样或那样的欲望是好的，但不能过于贪婪，要懂得适可而止，权衡利弊。不然的话，就会被欲望冲昏了头脑，将陷入欲望的深渊里，最终万劫不复。

人呐，除了各种欲望之外，还需有意义和价值。一个人的意义和价值，不在于做了几件好事或是有多少钱，就能体现出来的？其实，根本不是这样的。如果有这种思想的人，我想，你错了，而且是大错特错。为什么呢？（人生感悟）道理很简单，那就是你根本没有完全理解“生命的意义和价值”的含义，或许说，你根本不懂什么才是“生命的意义和价值。”那么，什么才是“生命的意义和价值”呢？在此，我简单的列举一些案例来证明吧。

在我国古代，有很多成功人士，他们用自己的勤劳和智慧，创造了许多文明成就，从而也体现了生命意义和价值。

比如，唐代诗人李白和杜甫，一个是“诗仙，”一个是“诗圣，”他们创作了很多优秀的，脍炙人口的诗篇，并且在民间广为流传，至今已跨越千年了，依然沿用着。说起李白跟杜甫，谁人不知，谁人不晓？在当时，他们又能得到些什么呢？可是，他们用自己的勤劳智慧，创作出很多优秀诗篇，给后人留下一笔宝贵的精神财富，他们名字，却永远不被后人遗忘，这就体现了他们的人生意义和价值。
