【一】、本学期的指导思想：
在本学期的英语教学中，坚持以下理念的应用：
1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;
2、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;

4、采用活动途径，倡导体验参与，即采用任务型的教学模式，让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功;
5、注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。总之，让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为GoodUser而不仅仅是Learner。让英语成为学生学习生活中最实用的工具而非累赘，让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中，体味到轻松和成功的快乐，而不是无尽的担忧和恐惧。
【二】.所教班级学生基本情况分析：
所带班级(3)(4)班情况不同,(3)班学困生较多,学生的学习品质、学习习惯,英语基础较之(4)班有明显的差异,(4)班学生整体情况好,学困生少,学习英语的热情和兴趣教高.两班每次考试的平均分都有10分左右的差距。抓起来有一定的困难。
另外，所教班的学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累;
【三】、奋斗目标：
钻研新课标，提高自己的教学水平，真正做到教学相长，努力达到学校规定的教学指标。缩小两个班级之间的距离，使每个学生都能有所进步，有所收获。
【四】具体措施：
1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的:要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。
2、每天记当日学过的单词或对话，每日进行检查。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。
3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。
4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

初三毕业班的教学工作终于结束了，顺利且圆满地完成了各项指标，并在全区排名前列，这给我们每一位初三老师为之感到兴奋和骄傲，让我们都深深地觉得这一年的付出是值得的，是有价值的。
回顾这一年来的点点滴滴，甜酸苦辣五味具全，下面我就这一年中我们整个年级所做的一些工作做简单的小结。我们初三年级共有学科老师28位，其中高级教师位，另有十几位富有多年经验的资深教师。可以这么说，师资力量雄厚是我们人员组成的一大特色。此外，我们还有8位青年教师，在初三工作时间最长的也只不过三年，其中5位青年教师是第一年教初三。青年教师都非常珍惜这次机会，平时工作相当努力、认真，一有不懂的问题就能及时向老教师请教。而老教师总是很热情地、毫无保留地将教学经验传授给他们。
在我们年级组里，老、中、青三代教师根本不存在所谓的代沟问题，凡事大家都有商有量，互相帮助，其乐融融，因而出现了新尊老，老带新可喜局面。
在这期间，作为初三年级的一份子，我深刻地感到我们年级是个纪律严明、团结互助、奋发向上的优秀集体。接下来我谈谈我们的一些具体工作和措施。
初三毕业班工作非比寻常，我们每位老师心中都很清楚：教初三，就意味着要牺牲更多的个人时间和利益，教初三，就意味着肩头多了一份沉重的责任，因为我们要对学生、对家长负责，更要对学校的声誉负责！追求合格率和优良率是我们一贯的目标，为了表达我们的决心，在初三学年开学伊始，每位任课老师就向校领导递交了教学计划书，每位老师都详细制定了自己的教学计划，列举了需重点帮助的学生的名单，制定了帮教方案。
事实上，老师们也确实在这一年里一步一步地、认真地，实现着自己的诺言。开学的第二个星期，我们就开始实行早自修制度，初三教师的工作量是相当大的，回家后，老师们还要批改试卷，出试题，经常要熬到深夜才能休息。
工作强度大、任务重、压力大，是我们每个初三老师的切身体会，但是，没有一位老师因此而有一丝一毫的怨言，更没有人因此而退缩，病，一如既往地工作。
既然选择了初三，就一定要做出成绩！这是我们初三全体教师的誓言。这使我们老师，特别是班主任老师的工作量又在原来基础上增加了许多。
老师眼中的学生已经没有了班级的区分，老师更多的时间帮助学生复习，可以把问题讲得更深、更细、更透彻，可以把工作做得更好。
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。
因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触广州学生的时候，我一点都不了解他们，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，一厢情愿的认为学生这样就易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，结果后来下课一调查，一听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学反应跟不上，而教学的部分内容同学们有的以前从来未学过。
于是，我在课后更多的主动走近学生，与他们聊天谈心，增进彼此的了解，从而更进一步了解了学生的状况：一方面，学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，三、四班的同学虽然比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中差生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体。由此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的备教法的同时要备学生。
这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，记得一位优秀的老师曾说过：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。
虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教授《unit3。leon9》的时候，这课的主题是如何询问和回答时间，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。当讲到half和quarter时的时候，我通过画图，用数学上的圆来加以充分形象的讲解和说明。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词，学生听懂了，也就显得颇有积极性。因此在练习what’sthetime？it’s……的句型时，学生特别用功，教学效果也十分理想。
可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。
听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。本学期，我听了二十多节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。
因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现优差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标，对同学进行有计划的辅导。在三班和四班，我把同学分为三个组。
第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平；第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。
对这部分同学我采取适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩方法，当然不能操之过急，并且多鼓励，只要他们肯努力，成绩有望提高；第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。
对这部分人我进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会静下心来学习我想只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。
英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，口语操练时，我充分利用有效时间，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。
精讲多练是我采取的另一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。在课堂上，我少讲精讲，让每位同学做好笔记，掌握知识重点难点，然后给予他们更多的时间练习加以巩固，课后留有适当不同层次的作业让不同层次的学生去练习，这样通过精讲，多练，让学生在听的过程中掌握知识，在练的过程中巩固知识。
同时，我又让每位同学准备一个错题本，在我每次评讲习题的过程中，把他们易错的习题和知识点重点记在错题本上，以便于平时有重点地去记忆和理解。
事实证明，这一方法切实可行，也行之有效。
总之，经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都在一定程度上体现了我在这学期的教学效果，也是我和学生共同努力的见证，更会促使我继续努力，多问，多想，多向优秀教师学习，争取更大进步。

首先，小组合作有利于学生互教互学，彼此交流信息。这不仅给小组成员提供了大量的发言和思想交流的机会，更能帮助学生树立学习的自信心，激发学生参与写作的兴趣。
其次，小组合作学习中可以让学生充分发挥自身的优势，调动学生的学习主动性，培养学生的合作意识和竞争意识，这更是学生学习主体地位得以体现的重要途径。
二、小组合作学习在初中英语作文教学中的实施方式和步骤
小组合作写作教学的一般步骤可以分为七个方面：
1.小组内部讨论
教师给定写作要求后，小组组长要根据要求组织小组成员对写作要求进行熟悉和把握，并针对写作要求进行交流，挖掘写作的主题，对生词、词组及相关信息进行查缺补漏。（小组记录员及时记录相关信息）
2.组织全班交流

4.互相批阅
此环节可以是小组成员间互相批阅，也可以是小组与小组间互相批阅。批阅中要鼓励学生敢于提出自己的观点，鼓励学生对被批阅的文章进行必要的补充、修改等，并对好句、好词进行标注，对于没有把握的地方，可以进行查阅或是请教老师。及时修正错误。
5.学生及时修改
批阅后，学生要能对他人的批阅进行再次审视，需要修改的及时修改，有疑问的及时咨询，只有让学生及时修改，才能真正体现小组合作学习的意义。
6.教师及时点评
小组点评后教师要进行及时的总结和评价，让学生整体把握。
7.引导学生再提升
