Step 1 Focus on reading comprehension.

1. Introduce the new words. Make sure students can read these words correctly.

2. Go over the two dialogues as quickly as possible and then finish the following reading comprehension exercise.

True or false exercise

Step 2. Fous on listening and speaking

1. Play the tape of the dialogue twice for students to follow and immitate.

2. Pair work

Two students sitting next to each other can form a pair and practice the dialogue.

3. Performance.

Invite as many pairs as possible to perform before the class if time permits. Remember to give encouragement.

我的心情正如这天气一般,灰蒙蒙的。原因就是今天上午的考试。

今天上午的第一节课是数学课,老师说要考试,我信心满满,因为我自认为我这段时间学得不错。老师先讲卷子上的易错点和难点,告诉同学们要认真。而我根本就没听,拿到卷子就开始写,我很快地写完了试卷,连检查都没检查就交了。我交的时候同学们都羡慕有又惊奇地看着我,我当时得意死了。

可我没想到试卷改的那么快。

到了下午试卷就改出来了,老师开始念分数:“王某某98分,李某99分……”我心想:成绩都这么好,我的一定也不差。可念到我的分的时候,我呆住了,我竟然只考了79分!全班同学都盯着我看,我羞死了,低着头,红着脸把我的试卷拿了回来。我的好朋友璐瑶却考了第一名100分。

下午回家的路上,我的心里矛盾死了。今天中午我得意忘了形,告诉爸爸今天又考试了,我保证能考好。唉~~,现在也只有璐瑶能帮我了。可是,璐瑶可是最守纪律的,从来都不撒谎,要让她帮我撒谎可不是件容易的事。

我吞吞吐吐地说:“那...那个...璐...璐瑶,帮我件事呗。”“什么事啊,干嘛吞吞吐吐的,说呗!”“就...就是帮我给我爸说我考了97呗。”“那怎么能行呢,那可是骗人啊。”“哎呀,我可是你最要好的朋友,你总不能见死不救吧,哎呀,好璐瑶~~”“那好吧我试试。”

爸爸回来时,看见了纸条。果真像璐瑶说的一样,不但没有吵我还夸了我。我红着脸在心里暗暗发誓:以后一定要好好学,考个真正的100分让爸爸看看。

Today, we are going to learn Lesson 97, Unit 25, one of the 2 dialogues of which is also a phone call.

Step 2 Preparation for the Dialogues

Summarize the main idea of the two dialogues and present the new words and expressions in today’s lecture:

环保角度不同:

95号汽油是国家实行第五阶段排放标准后,按照第五阶段标准炼制出来的汽油,因此95号汽油燃烧所排放的污染物比97号汽油少。

匹配发动机不同:

第十条 甲方交付的房屋经建设工程质量监管部门认定不合格的,乙方有权解除本契约,甲方应在契约解除后30日内向乙方双倍返还定金,并将乙方已付的房价款和利息全部退还乙方(利息计算同第八条)。

甲方交付房屋的装修、设备未达到附件三规定的装修、设备标准的,甲方同意按未达到部分的差价双倍向乙方补偿。

第十一条 甲方同意按《建设工程质量管理办法(试行)》《北京市建设工程质量条例》及有关规定,自房屋交付之日起对乙方购置的房屋进行保修。

第十二条 乙方同意在物业管理委员会未选定物业管理公司之前,其购置的房屋由甲方或甲方指定的物业管理公司负责管理。

第十三条 本契约由双方签字后,境内的应于三十日内,境外的应于六十日内,由双方持契约共同到北京市房屋土地管理局房地产市场管理处办理预售、预购登记手续。

第十四条 本契约登记后至__年__月__日前,乙方如转让其预购的房屋,须与转受让人在本契约上背书,并按规定到北京市房屋土地管理局房地产市场管理处办理预售契约转让登记手续。

第十五条 双方同意房屋交付后三十日内共同到北京市房屋土地管理局房地产市场管理处办理房屋买卖过户审批手续。

第十六条 办理上述手续时发生的税费,由双方依照有关规定缴纳。

第十七条 本契约的订立、效力、解释、履行及争议的解决均受中华人民共和国法律的管辖,凡因履行本契约所发生的或与本契约有关的一切争议,双方同意按以下第__种方式解决纠纷(用汉字填写)。

(一)因履行本合同发生的争议,由当事人协商解决,协商不成的,提交北京市仲裁委员会仲裁。
