1、不能过于被动。
通常，在面试时过于被动的人都会错误地认为只要事先按一些有关面试技巧的文章里所介绍的去准备好主考官可能要问的问题的答案，然后主考官问什么问题自己就照着答什么问题就可以了。卡耐基教育网其实这是个很大的错误，因为我们哪怕事先准备的怎样周到，到了面试时主考官都可能会问一些我们出其不意的问题，而且用这种方式去面试，过于被动，容易被主考官牵着鼻子走，容易被问及一些对求职者本身是劣势性而且难以用技巧去掩饰的问题，如对方如十分看重工作经验的话，对方首先就会问你有多少年的工作经验，如果求职者是刚毕业出来的话，应如何回答呢?说谎显然不行，说经验并不是主要的主要要看个人能力之类的话吧说服不了对方，很可能就会因此而泡汤。

自我认识想一矢中的，首先必须知道你能带给公司什么好处。当然不能空口讲白话，必须有事实加以证明。
投其所好清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始预备自我介绍的内容：包括优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、所受教育等。
好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑软件公司，应说些电脑软件的话题;如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事;如是一家机加工工厂，则可以强调你的专业实习操作技能;总之投其所好.
2.二、三分钟的自我介绍

总之，自我介绍要突出个人的优点和特长，并要有相当的可信度。其次，要展示个性，使个人形象鲜明，可以适当引用别人的言论，如老师、朋友等的评论来支持自己的描述;第三，不可夸张，坚持以事实说话，少用虚词、感叹词之类;最后，要符合常规，介绍的内容和层次应合理、有序地展开。
作为考官都有很强的鉴别能力，对你面试中表现出的不严密的地方，能够很快感觉到，从而进一步提问，很多考生就乱了阵脚，漏洞更多。所以自我介绍对突出业绩的介绍要精炼，要点到为止。
