一、说教材(Textbook)
在人教版高一英语的下册的Unit 19，曾经谈论过一些关于农业的话题，学生对中国早期的出名的农业家贾思勰有了一定的了解。人教版高三英语的Unit 4这个单元以Green World 为话题，让学生初步了解一些植物学方面的内容，如植物的分类、栽培以及植物学的发展的历程等等;语言技能和很多的语言点几乎都是围绕介绍绿色世界这一中心话题而展开的。要求学生能够运用所学的内容对相关话题进行流利的'表述。
在READING部分，介绍了植物学正式成为一门科学的历史形成过程。重点介绍了两个为植物学发展做出过卓越贡献的重要人物林厄尼斯与班克斯。他们以独特的归类的方式对植物进行分类，从而征服了整个世界。

一、说教材
（一） 教材地位
本节内容是苏教版八年级第五单元第14章第二节植物的有性生殖，本节是第五单元第14章生物的生殖和发育中的第二节。本章主要是学习生物的生殖和发育，使学生懂得生殖和发育是生命的基本特征，各种生物体都要通过生殖和发育来维持种族的延续。因此，本节内容是本章中必不可少的一部分，占有举足轻重的地位。本节内容比较多， 安排了两个课时，我说课的内容是果实和种子的传播，是第二课时。本节课是从果实和种子的结构出发，探究它们适应传播的结构，是对植物进行有性生殖的进一步阐述。
本节课的安排符合学生的认知特点：首先让学生自己课前收集当地常见的成熟的果实和种子，让学生提前对果实和种子的结构有一定的了解，然后通过解剖、观察等试验方法，探究果实和种子适应传播的结构。最后教师播放果实和种子适应传播的视频资料，让学生认识不同植物的果实或种子具有不同的传播方式，完成教学目标。
（二） 教学目标
根据生物教学课程标准的'要求，用新的课程理念，倡导探究性学习，以及学生已有的实际水平，我将本节课的教学目标订为如下： 知识目标：能举例说明果实和种子适应传播的结构特点。

我确定教学重点的依据是：植物为了生存，为了物种的延续，形成了各种各样巧妙的结构，果实和种子具有什么样的结构决定了它们的传播方式是什么，才能体会“结构与功能相适应”的生物学规律，理解起来较为抽象难懂。因此，确立为重点。
二、说教法
果实和种子的传播方式对于生活在城市里的学生来说，比较抽象，因为在日常生活中学生较少注意果实和种子的传播。因此我在教学中会借助多媒体播放有关植物种子传播的视频资料，将抽象的内容直观化，辅以教师的讲解，来突破难点。
本节课主要是以探究实验为主，教师要转变角色，由单纯的传授者转变为设计者、参与者和引导者，充分发挥学生的主体作用。组织学生参与分析，通过质疑、探究、交流和总结来实现教学目标。
三、说学法
由于果实和种子与人类关系比较密切，学生在日常生活中接触较多，有一定的感性认识。初二学生具有一定的观察能力，好奇、好胜心教强，喜欢动手、动脑和参与小组活动，但分析理解和口头表达能力不高。因此，在学法上我注意激发学生的学习兴趣，充分调动学生的学习积极性，引导学生联系实际，让他们看一看，议一议，说一说，自己发现问题、提出问题，一步步探究出结论，从而解决问题，获得知识。

一、课的内容：
省编教材高中二年级篮球中的反弹传接球（主教材）与耐久跑（辅教材）。
二、指导思想
本课以山东省高级中学试用课本为依据，结合我校上课的实际情况，来安排教学内容。在教案的设计上本着求实、拓宽、创新、教改的思路展开。注意培养学生的勇敢、顽强、相互帮助、团结协作的的优良品质，从而更好地发展学生的个性。
三、教材分析：
篮球反弹传接球技术是篮球运动中运用较为广泛的一种传接球技术，重点是手控制球的能力，时间、空间的判断能力。难点是传接球的准确性、成功率。耐久跑重点是耐久跑的呼吸节奏和方法，通过不同形式的跑，掌握正确的呼吸方法，发展学生的有氧耐力，提高学生的耐力素质。
四、学情分析：
1、高中学生身心发展渐趋成熟，已经具备了独立思考、判断、概括等能力，在身体锻炼中也具备了较高的基本运动能力。篮球是他们所喜爱的一项运动，有一定基础，但对单个技术的学习并不满足，而对学习对抗性练习特别感兴趣。
2、通过多年的学习，学生已认识到耐久跑是锻炼身体的重要手段之一，但对枯燥乏味、周期性强的耐久跑却心存畏惧，在跑的过程中极易出现呼吸与跑的节奏不相一致的状态，从而影响耐久跑的成绩。
本节课的教学就是让学生把动体与动脑很好地结合起来，给学生提供再认识所学知识、创造性应用所学动作的机会，从而增强教学效果。
五、教学目标：
1、认知目标：学习与了解反弹传接球的技术原理及其在篮球运动中的作用、耐久跑中的一些基本知识。

八、教学流程：
一、准备部分：
1、热身→小游戏：反弹传球打猎
教：提出要求、组织指导。
具体做法：全班男女同学各分成两组，一组围成一个圆圈，一组在中间。个面这一组同学利用反弹传接球，尽量使球打到里面这一组学生的身体上。里面这一组同学利用闪转腾挪，想办法躲开球。凡被球打到的同学即被猎杀出局。直到全部被杀出局，然后两组交换。
这个练习既让学生达到了活动身体的目的，尽快进入课堂角色，又提高了学生的课堂情绪，同时让学生在正式接触反弹传接球之前对其有一个初步的认知。
2、徒手操练习：使学生的身体各关节得到充分的活动。
二、基本部分：
（一）主教材--反弹传接球。
示范采用实例演示。（找两个有一定篮球基础的同学配合示范）提问：以前老师讲过，在身前有防守人的时候，传球可以分哪几种？回答：上三路和下三路。师：完全正确。以前我们学过上三路的传球，今天我们要学习的'反弹传接球，就是下三路的传球。道理和上三路的传球一样，以撕破对方的防守完成进攻为最终目的。那么怎么样才能让你的进攻不被对手打断和破坏呢？这就需要你去选择适当的传球时机、选择适当的传球路线、选择适当的传球方法。反弹传接球就是一种行之有效的，杀伤力极强的一种方法。
一、反弹点的选择（两脚外侧）；
二、反弹路线的选择（要错开一定的角度）；
三、分散对方的注意力。
学：听、看、论、练、演（做得比较好的学生进行下面示范，老师指导纠正）、再练习。

（二）辅教材 --耐久跑
教：传授知识、线路指令、讲评练习。
讲解正确的呼吸方法和其它注意事项：
口鼻同时呼吸，吸气时用舌尖抵住上腭，使进入呼吸道的较冷空气得到升温和润化。采用三步一吸三步一呼或两步一吸两步一呼的呼吸节奏。另外身体重心起伏不要过大。跑动路线：绕篮球场地，穿越树木和体育器械跑动。男生：300米×5圈。女生：300米×4圈。
学：障碍跑练习、反馈评价。
整理 ---→ 放松---→小结---→ 回收器材。
1、走跳练习：四步跳；目的是放松学生的肢体。
2、意念放松。诱导语：闭上双眼，想像--阳光明媚，微风拂面，你坐在草地上，闻着花草的芳香，听着轻松的音乐，舒适极了，身心放松，放松，再放松……这个练习目的是让学生的心理得到充分放松。

《纸筒人》是河北美术出版社小学四年级下册第8课的内容，它属于造型表现的范畴。本课主要内容是学习用各种材料制作出自己喜欢的立体造型。通过本课的学习，充分发挥了学生的创造力和想象力，培养学生的立体造型美，从造型活动中体验乐趣的学习态度，是一节集欣赏性、操作性、创造性于一体的美术课。
（2）、教学目标
根据四年级学生现有的美术技能与水平，我设计这样的三维教学目标：
知识与技能：
运用各色纸张及其它废弃材料设计、制作纸筒人。
过程与方法：
通过纸筒人的设计和制作，进一步提高剪、折、卷、粘的技能，能利用各色纸张及其它废弃材料为自己构思，培养学生在工艺制作过程中的思维，创造出神态各异的人物形象，提高学生的动手实践、创新能力。
情感态度与价值观：

以上是我对教材的分析，教学目标教学重难点的确定也是在了解学生情况的基础上进行的，所以，下面我开始分析学情。
四年级学生正处于儿童期向少年期转变的过程中。他们的独立意识开始增强，已经不满足于接受单纯地听老师的话，也不满足于接受课堂教学。同学之间在学习上出现了较为明显的差距，兴趣爱好也有所分化。但它们看问题仍然比较幼稚，对复杂的事分辨不清，对日常生活的基本准则虽然知道，但往往不能自觉执行，自控能力较差。
四年级学生对美术课兴趣浓厚，思维方式以形象思维为主，具有较强的表现欲。他们已初步认识线条、形、色与机理等美术语言，并学会使用各种绘画工具，也能够体验不同表现手法的效果，懂得分析对象的造型特点并寻找适合的方式表现，具备一定的造型基础，但对想象和创新的理解还有所欠缺。所以教师应该特别注重在教学中启发学生的思维，提高他们的想象力创造力。
基于以上对教材、学情的分析，我在本课中采用了如下教法：

2、其次是新授部分

如何结合实例讲清美术的主要分类、美术的概念和认识美术作品的材质、形式和内容特征。（理由：由于学生原有知识基础的制约，对新概念的理解必然有一定的难度。）

本课主要分三个部分，第一部分提出什么是美术，第二部分说明美术的分类，第三部分是学习美术的意义。

1 、导入：课堂讨论——你认为什么是美术?(3—5分钟)
学生四人一组展开讨论。教师指名让学生以举例的方式，说出自己的见解。①大部分同学只能说出画画是美术，个别同学可能会说出建筑设计、雕塑设计、服装设计、陶瓷设计等是美术，教师首先肯定他们的说法。②紧接着教师引导从早晨一起床开始说起。
教师：床——家具美术、被面——染织美术、衣服——服装美术、牙膏、牙刷、梳子、脸盆、盘子、筷子等——工艺美术、自行车——工业美术、教室——建筑美术、室内装修——环艺设计。
学生：尺子、书包、小盒、头花、手表、鞋子、冰箱、电视、书法、摄影等，这些都是美术。
结论：大家生活中无时无刻都离不开美术。
导入新课板书课题——美术的世界(5—8分钟)
教师重点讲解并出示幻灯片(本环节以教师引线，学生举例，教师补充说明为主)。
1．美术的含义(教师口述内容并重点解释)
教师活动：展示图片：齐白石的《荷花蝌蚪图》等中国画作品和蒙克的《呐喊》等油画作品。
提出问题：完成这几幅作品的材料是什么？
学生活动：带着问题观察展示的作品，踊跃的回答问题。
教师点评：大家对美术作品的这些认识，都涉及到了美术定义的问题。
2.美术的分类（15—20分钟）。
基本内容：美术包括：①绘画：东方绘画[中国画(人物、山水、花鸟)、日本画等]、西方绘画(水彩、水粉、油画、素描等)②雕塑：圆雕(完全立体的可以四面欣赏的一种雕塑)、浮雕(半立体的，浮着在另一平面上的一种雕塑)。⑧工艺美术：传统手工艺(象牙雕、玉雕、金银首饰等)、工业美术(电视、洗衣机、交通工具、花布、陶瓷等)、商业美术(装潢、广告、橱窗等)。④建筑：公用建筑(学校、商场、体育馆、公园等)、民用建筑(居民楼、四合院、农舍等)、纪念性建筑(人民英雄纪念碑、纪念堂等)。另外书法、摄影、篆刻等也属于美术范畴。
绘画和雕塑属观赏性艺术(满足精神生活需要)；工艺美术和建筑属于实用性艺术(满足物质生活需要同时也可满足人们审美的需要)同样具有观赏价值。
教师活动：（1）、分别展示绘画、雕塑、建筑、工艺美术、书法、摄影、篆刻的图片。
（2）、提出问题：这些美术作品有什么不同？（提示：造型的、材料等）
（3）、学生回答，总结有关理论和观点。
学生活动：欣赏图片，探究问题，回答提问。
（设计理由：在欣赏图片中，逐步训练学生区分不同美术形式的能力。）
3、美术的作用。（7—10分钟）
总体而言，美术作品的作用包括教育作用、认识作用、审美作用。
教师活动：（1）出示幻灯片
提出问题：A、各个图片分别给大家什么信息？（老师给予引导。）
B、大家为什么要学习美术呢？
学生活动：欣赏图片、勤于思考、勇于回答问题。

4、课堂回顾：（2分钟）
这节课，大家学习了美术的概念、美术作品是如何分门别类的以及美术的作用等，使大家从宏观上认识了美术的基本知识，为大家今后进一步学习相关的知识打下了基础。

I have a question for you. ‘do you know how to breathe?’ okay, i know what you are thinking now, “girl, are you kidding me? everybody knows how to breathe.” actually, if i were you sitting down in there one year ago, i would think, “how did she make it to the final?”
Alright, seriously speaking, what i am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a yoga way: peacefully and always under control. what it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “in order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.” and when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.
For me, singing is a life thing. when i am singing on the stage, i feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. but with all the realistic problems i need to face in life, all those i want seem too far to be true– so far that i am terrified that i will never ever be able to get there and that gradually i will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. i’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, i am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that i am going to get there. and on this, i should say, i owe yoga a thank-you.
I still remember, about one year ago, i attended a yoga course for the very first time. and to tell you the truth, i went there for a nice figure. however, after practicing for some time, i discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while i totally focused. in order not to let go this significant power, i started to picture all i wanted in my mind while i was fully concentrating, for i believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. i learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting.
And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, i would say it is indeed “the art of living”. it combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation.
