如何才能写好求职信,让他帮你赢得HR的青睐呢?拥有独特魅力的文字,便凸显了它的重要性!
1.话语自然,语句简洁明了
求职信中的语言一定要自然而简单,不要看上去像别人的话,特别是不要使用一些你自己也不明白的令人费解的词语和句子,也许你的本意是加深企业对你的印象,但往往令人难懂,得到反效果。写信就和说话一样,语气要正式但不僵硬,语言要直截了当,不要依靠词典。要明白求职信和履历的区别。学位越高,以往的科研、学术成果和工作经验等等就愈加重要。许多求职者认为自己发表的文章已经列在履历里面了,在求职信中就不应该再提。其实不然,个人履历是一份完全不同的文件。它是对你个人经历的一种简洁而全面的介绍,使读者能够很快对你有一个大致的了解。求职信则是需要读者仔细阅读的,它要详细介绍你的成就、抱负和个人品德。所以不要担心内容上的重复。还有许多求职者硬是把求职信的篇幅压缩在一页内,因而只能简要地提下自己的成就。其实,如果内容充实,为什么不多写一点呢?
2.通俗易懂 不要过于专注于专业知识
负责招聘的人事负责人不是你这个专业的行家,所以,不要太过专业的字眼,一来人事经理如果看不懂,就会失去兴趣,二来,人事经理也往往会认为你是在卖弄。切记:不要使用生僻词语、专业术语。简洁易懂的求职信更加容易让人接受。
3.言简意赅 不要面面俱到
负责招聘的工作人员多半工作量大,时间宝贵,不可能也不愿意花时间在冗长的简历上,那样只会增加他们对你的反感。所以,求职信应在重点突出、内容完整的前提下,尽可能简明扼要,不要太多无关紧要的说明。多用短句、每段只表达一个意思。
4.具体明确 禁用模糊、笼统的字眼
实例、数字、等具体的说明会让你的求职信更加具有说服力。例如“我设计的统计软件得到了之前公司使用者的好评和欢迎”,一味的.说明你自己的工作能力有多么的强,或许别人根本就不能准确的理解,甚至以为是你在夸大自己以求能够顺利被录用,但是,加上这样的实例,会让你的能力变得形象具体,更有说明力!

1、一封通函走天下:不量身定做,一封信打遍天下。
2、二次利用不修改:重复简历主要内容。
3、三缄其口谈奉献:过于强调能从公司学到什么知识技能或得到什么好处,而不知道提出自己能为公司做出什么贡献,
4、四舍五入都从简:对公司的描述过于空泛、过于浅薄。

消极的工作态度
有些大学生在信中会写上这类陈腔滥调:若贵公司要求受聘行政人员有能力作决定,并且忠心执行职务,则我自当……。这样会使人觉得你非常被动,做事无主见。现代社会讲求创意与胆识,,求职信这样写是不会给人留下好印象的。
措辞不当
这方面的例子实在数不胜数,有些叫人捧腹大笑(招聘者又何不会觉得好笑呢)。 曾经有学生这样写:你知道有我这类应聘,势必大喜过望。 或者:我(她是女的)特别喜欢陌生人。 再如:这职位对我来说简直是无法抵挡的引诱。 如果小心撰写的话,这种种不妥当的修辞其实是完全可避免的。
