求职信“三不要”

求职信正确的写法是首段指出信息来源，即从何处得悉招聘信息;第二段是对本人申请职位的描述和界定;第三段是对个人符合某一职位的条件的.高度概括式的陈述;最后一段则是表示对阅读者的感谢。

写作求职信时，有以下几点要注意：

一、不要太长。哈佛人力资源研究所在1992年就有一份经典的测试报告，即一封求职信如果内容超过4个单词，则其效度只有25%，即阅读者只会留下对1/4内容的印象，因此写得简洁是十分重要的一个标准。

二、不要有文字上的错讹。切忌有错字、别字、病句及文理欠通顺的现象发生。写完之后要通读几篇，精雕细琢，否则，就可能使求职信“黯然无光”。

三、不要“翻版”履历。许多求职者写出来的求职信简直就是把履历用另外一种形式表述，使人阅毕也不得要领。

离开北京的决定是经过深思熟虑的。从哈尔滨考学到北京，并获得博士学学位，博士期间成了家，在北京也购买房子，再有一份北京的稳定工作，这是无数外省学子无法完成的梦想，但这些都不是我所追求的。崇高的理想，生活的期望，时代的召唤，历史的机遇，未来的向往，将这些因素结合起来，我发现自己需要一个更广阔的舞台。首都、沿海还是中部，生活条件及待遇都不是决定自己能否发挥作用的最重要因素，关键要看个人的发展环境，因此，我义无反顾的做出了选择――西部。

虽然在北京找一份待遇好，又清闲的工作并不是难事，但我更希望到需要我的地方去工作。在博士论文后面的致谢中我曾感谢妻子、父母多年以来对我学业的支持，他们一直默默的付出，迄今为止我没有给予任何回报，当我对他们说出自己投身西部的想法时，出乎意料的家里所有人都赞同我的决定，他们的支持给予了我信心和希望。
