同学们大家好!
今天轮到我做课前三分钟的演讲了。今天我演讲的题目是《不懂得什么叫做放弃》。
在一阵掌声中，我走上了讲台，开始了激昂的演讲。一开始心中不免有些紧张，后来我的心才渐渐恢复平静。在这样一个特定的时刻站在这三尺讲台上，就是有一种不同寻常的感觉。我看着台下那一张张熟悉的脸，再看看平日里只有老师上课站的讲台而今天是属于我的舞台，心中就充满了喜悦。虽然只有那么短暂的三分钟，但足以让我的心得到满足。
为了这个演讲，我倾注了很多的心血。记得在一个星期以前，我就已经选好了题材，并且把内容背得滚瓜烂熟，为的就是这个课前三分钟。因为我知道“一份耕耘，一份收获”，所以我这一次很成功。现在想起当天的情景，心里还是会沾沾自喜。
一直以来，我都是很重视课前三分钟的演讲的。因为我觉得课前三分钟可以帮我们积累知识和写作素材。因为平日里我们肯定不会太注重阅读，就算是读了也印象不深刻，但是课前三分钟可以做到两全其美，既可以听故事，又可以用聆听的方式去积累知识，并且加深印象。
由这个课前三分钟，我不禁想起了人生。一个人的一生是短暂的，所以我们就要珍惜时间。不是有一位大师说过吗，“我们无法延伸生命的长度，但我们可以拓展生命的宽度。”这句名言对于我们这些年少的学生来说，是非常有启发的，我们不可以奢望能活多久，但我们至少可以做到在有限的生命中做许多有意义的事。
课前三分钟，人生三分钟。是啊，三分钟固然短暂，但许多个三分钟加起来就是一个人的生命。人的一生中有多少个三分钟可以浪费呢?所以亲爱的同学们，请不要放弃每一个看似渺小的时间，或许这就是你价值体现的时刻。

大家早上好!
今天由我来为大家进行课前三分钟的演讲，我感到十分的荣幸。今天我演讲的'主题就是自信。
不知道大家有没有听过这么一句话：“我宁愿选择骄傲也不选择自卑。因为骄傲需要资本，资本需要积累，积累需要汗水，而自卑却什么也不需要。”这句话是我在看乔松楼将军在复旦大学演讲视频时偶然间听到的。
每个人的人生都并非一帆风顺，并非永无波浪的湖面。而是一场充满艰辛，坎坷，曲折，充满挑战与挫折的旅途。属于我们的每一个新的一天都是一次挑战。在迎接每日的朝阳时，我们需要足够的自信来克服遇到的困难,不要一遇到一点困难就觉得是世界末日了，其实都会过去的，并没有那么困难。
爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是，爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对哒伐不屑一顾。他说：“假如我的理论是错的，一个人反驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零。”
同学们，或许我们无法成为像爱因斯坦一样成为为社会做出极大贡献的人。但我们依旧应该向他一样自信的面对一切，面对困难，面对挫折，或许前面有很多的机会在等着我们。
居里夫人说过：“我们应该有恒心，尤其要有自信心!我们必须相信，我们的天赋是要用来做某种事情的，无论发生什么事情，活着的人总要照常工作。”正是自信，支持她在经受了失恋、丧夫、社会上的流言蜚语等打击之后，两次荣获了诺贝尔奖，为人类的科学事业做出了巨大的贡献。
我一直都坚信，自信是一种力量，一种引领我们坚持的力量。无论身处顺境，还是逆境，都应该微笑地，平静地面对人生，有了自信，生活便有了希望。“天生我材必有用”，哪怕命运之神一次次把我们捉弄，只要拥有自信，拥有一颗自强不息、积极向上的心，成功迟早会属于你的。
亲爱的同学们，高中三年注定是不平凡的三年。从今天开始，从现在开始，我们都可以把汗水的积累转化为骄傲，自信的资本。以舍我其谁也的雄心壮志面对我们应该面对的每一次考验。让我们的高中生活成为人生光彩绚丽的回忆。

我是***。今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。
著名的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过：“世界上只有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界，但没人想改变自己。”想要改变现状，就要改变自己;要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。一切成就，都是从正确的观念开始的。一连串的失败，也都是从错误的观念开始的。要适应社会，适应环境，适应变化，就要学会改变自己。
这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术，唯一的一个移动山的方法就是：山不过来，我便过去。同样的道理，人不能改变环境，那么我们就要改变自己。
一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们可以想办法去征服风。”
于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天终于想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了，他对父亲说：“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。

我也记得，在最初得知老师住院的消息时，我伤心地在黑板上画了几个大红的爱心为曾老师祈祷，并布置同学们写一篇祝曾老师早日康复的小作文，还在杨老师的带领下，组织同学们去医院看望亲爱的曾老师，当同学们非常想念曾老师时，我又让他们写一篇盼望曾老师早日归来的小作文，并打电话把那些表达同学们浓浓的思念之情的佳作读给曾老师听，感动的曾老师声音哽咽，热泪盈眶，并做出了不再休一个月的病假，而是拖着带伤的身躯回到爱她的孩子们中间的决定，也让我们感受到了曾老师对我们深沉的爱。
今后，我会慢慢长大，也一定会在成长过程中，扬长避短，一边体会师生之间的互敬互爱，一边体会成长带来的乐趣，我想作为一名沙小人，要是给我更大更多的平台，我的成长经历一定是最难忘的，我的成长过程一定是最幸福，最快乐，最有意义的！

我想起了鲁迅先生，他是上世纪初中国文化的旗手。面对贫穷落后的祖国，他立志报国，远渡东洋求医。学成回国后，他发现：中国落后的原因不是疾病，而是文化的落后，他弃医从文，拿很多杂文随感，抨击黑暗落后，唤醒了大众。
我想告诉大家的是，我对语文的学习，也有一个认知的过程。开始我以为语文不用学，谁不会说中国话？在学习中，我开始认识到学语文的重要性。我在语文课中，不仅学到了写作、阅读、分析，好学到了很多道理。我爱语文课了！
同学们：让我们学好语文，感受到语言的魅力，为今后的成长打下坚实的基础吧！
前不久，我读了一则童话故事，它是英国作家王尔德写的《巨人的花园》。故事讲的是一个巨人看到孩子们在自己的花园里玩耍，很生气，他在花园周围筑起了高墙，将孩子们拒于墙外。从此以后，园里花不开，鸟不语，一片荒凉，春夏秋都不肯光临，只有冬天永远留在这里。一天，孩子们从墙洞爬进来，春天也就跟着孩子们来了，园里立刻变得生机勃勃。当他把孩子们再次赶出花园之后，花园又被冰雪覆盖了。后来，在小男孩的启发下，巨人醒悟了，随即拆除了围墙，花园成了孩子们的乐园，巨人生活在漂亮的花园和孩子们中间，感到无比地幸福……
王尔德的这个快乐故事，让我的心久久不能平静，那个巨人，他两次的自私与冷酷给花园带来了冰雪寒冬，让孩子们失去欢乐的同时，他自己也同样孤单寂寞，更享受不到花园里明媚的景色！我们常说：“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”。其实，快乐也一样，给别人快乐，自己也快乐。
我还记得这样几句名言：“把你的痛苦与人分享，你的痛苦将会减少一半；把你的快乐与人分享，你的快乐将增加一倍。”是啊，分享快乐不会使自己损失什么，却能让这个世界充满温情。相反，有了快乐，一个人独乐，最终也不会快乐。
与别人一起分享快乐是一种美德，因为快乐能够传染。其实很多时候，与别人分享快乐，既是给了别人一个机会，也是给了自己一个机会；既给了别人一个好心情，自己也留下了一份好心情。
既然这样，那么请打开你的心灵，真诚地与别人分享吧――自己是一团火，就要想法把别人点亮；自己是一盆水，就要想法把别人洗净；自己是一粒米，就要想法长出更大的稻穗；自己是一弯月，就要想法给夜行人送去清辉……与人共享快乐，你也会更加快乐！

He ran up the steps. Then in a little while Paul heard him coming back, but he was not coming fast. He was carrying his little crippled brother. He sat him down on the bottom step, then sort of squeezed up against him and pointed to the car.
”There she is, Buddy, just like I told you upstairs. His brother gave it to him
for Christmas and it didn't cost him a cent.
