一、英语作文题目的书写

@题目是首先映入读者眼帘的,所以要注意题目的书写位置。一定要在试卷作文纸上的上方中间位置书写。同时还应在话题和正文之间留出一定的距离,即比正文行距稍宽一些。

@@其次,要注意题目的大小写,第一个单词的第一个字母和最后一个单词的第一个字母一定要大写。中间的单词除冠词、连词(但如连词的字母多于5个,则大写)和介词外,其他的词都应该大写第一个字母。比如:

例1误:Attitudes toward Money

正:Attitudes Toward Money

@@@写题目不要用括号或引号。题目后除了问号和感叹号之外,不加其它标点符号。

二、文章本体

文章第一段的第一行应与题目隔一行或两行。每段的开头一般应该缩格;即向右缩进约四个字母的间隔;单词与单词之间须留一个字母的间隔,句与句之间须留两个字母的间隔。假若每行的最后一个单词写不下,最好不要轻易拆字移行,可将该单词移到后一行去书写。

三、标点符号

英语的标点符号与汉语的'标点符号在形式上与使用上大同小异。学生容易疏忽的地方,大致有以下几处:

1.英语句号是实心点,而不是小圆圈,如果英语的句号也和汉语一样,则容易和字母“o”相混淆。

2.英语的省略号一般使用“…”是3点,不是像汉语那样用6点“……”

3. 字符号不要写得太长,写长了容易跟破折号混淆。其长度应该与一个字母的宽度相当。破折号的长度约占两个字母的位置。书写破折号时,与前后的单词应有一定的距离。

4.英语中没有顿号“、”。要表示句中较短的并列词语之间的停顿,汉语习惯用顿号,而英语只能用逗号;汉语中连词“和”、“及”等之前不可用顿号,而英语中连接一系列并列项目的“and”或“or”之前往往可以用逗号。

5.使用所有格符号时,要注意放在正确的位置上,以免引起意义上的混淆。如my fathers book不能写成my fathers’book。

6. 汉语中直接引语前的“某某说”等词语之后一律用冒号。而英语中既可用逗号,也可用冒号。当“某某说”等词语在直接引语后时,汉语的引语末尾用句号,而英语一般用逗号。如句子 “Its none of your business,” the young men said rudely.的汉语译文是:“这不管你的事。”年轻人粗暴地说。

7.英语中没有书名号,书名一般用引号。如:Yesterday she saw an English film “Gone with the Wind”

四、英语字母何时要大写

1. 英语句子开头的第一个单词的首字母要大写。实例:How are you? 你好吗?

2. 姓名中的姓和名的首字母都要大写。

实例:Ann Read安·里德, Zhou Hua周华

3. 表示称呼语或职务的词首字母要大写。

实例:Mr Green格林先生, Dr Li李博士

4. 地名、语言名、某国人等词的首字母应大写。

实例:England英国, Beijing北京, English英语, Chinese汉语、中国人

5. 表示编号的词要大写。

实例: Lesson Two第二课 Row 3第三排

6. 星期、月份、节日名称也应大写。

实例:Sunday星期日, September九月, Teachers Day教师节

7. 大多数的缩略词要大写。

实例:CCTV(中国中央电视台), ID(身份证), CD(光盘)

8. “I”和“OK”在句中的任何位置都应大写。

实例:Tom and I are students. 汤姆和我是学生。

9. 文章的标题、书名、报刊名称等,第一个单词和每一个实词的首字母都要大写。

1.四边的距离

在书写时,上下左右要留有一定的空白距离。

2. 题目的写法

题目应写在第一行的中间,题目左右两边的空白距离大致相等。

题目的第一个单词的第一个字母必须大写。从第二个单词起,其中每个实义词的第一个字母大写,而冠词、介词和连词的第一个字母则一般小写。如:

英文书写应符合书写规范,英文字母要写清楚、写整齐、写美观,字母的大小和字母之间的距离要匀称。书写应做到字形秀丽漂亮,通篇匀称和-谐。

写英文字母要掌握正确笔顺。如字母i,应该先写下面的部分,然后再打点。有的学生却按写汉字的.习惯从上到下写,写快了,就会把点和下面的十笔连在量起,显得十分别扭。字形t应为两笔。不少人却将两笔合成一笔,看上去不像t,倒像l或是e,难以辨认。另外,把r写成v,把q写成把g,把k写成h等等,都是中学生书写中常见的毛玻

不少人在四线三格的练习纸上书写尚有规矩,能按字母的占格、高低和大小要求书写,但在白纸或横线纸上书写,却显得十分幼稚拙劣。字母或跳上跳下,或一律写成同一高度,占上中两格的字母与占中下两格的字母完全没有高低之别。这些现象都要防止。

另外,书写时还要注意词与词之间要保持一定的距离,不能紧靠在一起。字母之间的连写也应该按照习惯,不能随意乱来。

在一篇字数有限的作文里,我们还要注意尽量不把一个单词拆开移行。万一要移行,则必须以音节为单位进行,如revolution这个词,依照音节移行的原则可以按re-,revo-, revolu-这几种方法移行。在移行时,我们还应特别注意以下几点:

1. 单音节词不能移行,即使是字母较多的单音节词,如through等也不能例外。

2.缩略词如Mr.,Dr.等不能和后面的名字拆开移行。(缩略的专用名词如U.K.,U.S.A等也不能拆开移行)

3.时间、量度及货币单位应视为一个整体;不能分开移行。如:11:00P.M.应写在一行内,不能将11:00和P.M.分开移行;写38℃时,不能将36和C分开移行。

4.由“年、月、日”表示的日期,如果必须分开移行只能将“月、日”与“年”分开。如January 6,1980不能将January和6分开移行,但可以把January 6,和1980分成两行。

5.含双写辅音字母的单词,在移行时要将辅音字母拆开。如better可拆成bet-ter,necessary可拆成neces-sary。但如果双写辅音字母属于词根,后面又加了后缀,就不能将两个辅音字母拆开。如drill加上-ing后构成了drilling,就不可以将它拆成成dril-ling,而只能拆为drilling。[/

多观察身边的事物,观察他们的特征以及他们的变化;事物的发生,发展,结果是什么;要“用眼,用脑,用手”,用眼去仔细地看,用脑去认真思考,这件事的对与错,好与坏;用手记下自己的感想。多做一些有意义的事情。

3.多看书,充实自己

多看故事书,语文书,暑假作业上的小短文,尽量多地增加自己写日记的内容。字,词,句,优美的段落,可以模仿,结合自己的生活加以充实,切不可不动脑子地照搬照抄!

用英语写日记应注意哪些方面的问题呢?

1. 注意日期、星期和天气的书写位置。

日期和星期要写在正文的左上角,其顺序多是“星期 + 月、日、年”(也有把星期放在后面的),如“ 年 11 月 22 日,星期一”可写为“ Monday November 22, 2003 或 November 22, 2003 Monday ”。天气情况应写在正文的右上角,如: Fine, Rainy, Cloudy, Windy 等。

2. 关于标题的书写。

在日期和天气的下一行中间可以写上日记小标题,也可以不写标题。

3. 关于正文的书写。

正文是关于一天生活的记载,也是日记的主题。在书写正文时要做到:

1 )要选择当天感受最深刻、最有意义的事件来描述,不要写成简单的流水帐;

2 )日记的内容多是亲身经历和耳闻目睹的事情,所以要用第一人称来写;

3 )日记多是在当天晚上来记述当天发生过的事情,因为动词时态常使用过去时,但使用时必须灵活掌握并且要简明扼要,条理清楚,写出真实感。

日记的正文是日记的主要部分,写在星期和日期的正下方,可以顶格写,也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生,谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况,用其它时态。如:记叙天气、描写景色,为了描写生动,可以使用现在时,以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了,有连贯性。若有文字提示,则应重视提示,把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句,以防繁杂,造成语法、句型错误。

为了能让小学生在接触英语之初用最少的时间达到大纲的这一要求,本人从小学英语教学的的实际出发谈一谈自己的一些粗浅看法:

一、新授规则坚持规范性

一切行为都要受到约束,因此英语书写也得循规蹈矩,如字母略向右倾斜度一致、大写字母都不顶到四线三格的第一线等等。教师在新授每一个规则时都要以书写体来规范学生,这种规范的做法要坚持始终,否则错误的容易先入为主,只有坚持规范性教学才能为后继的书写教学打下一个坚实基础,学生才能逐步培养良好的书写习惯。

需要补充说明的是,书写规则也不一定完全是灌输,很多规则可以通过教师指点学生观察得出。如通过呈现“Helen、Mike”等英美人名并让学生与一般单词比较,就可让学生很直观地了解到英文中人名的首写字母应用大写。

二、练习形式呈现多样性

小学英语教学的另一重要目的在于培养学生学习英语的兴趣,口语的练习是在创设的情景之下进行的,具有交际性和趣味性,学生比较乐于接受,而书面的作业,诸如抄写、造句等则显得枯燥了一些。为了避免打击学生学习英语的积极性。老师在杜绝狂抄滥写的同时,如果能开动脑筋设计形式新颖的书写练习(如搭配、改错、替换等),会对学生产生很大的吸引力,就是最简单的抄写字母也要变换着方式,如按元音归类抄、

书写英语信件要注意下面几点:

1、书信结构

英语书信结构一般有以下几个部分组成:

1)信封(envelope)。英语的信封和中文的一样,有三部分组成,即发信人地址、收信人地址和邮票。只不过英语信封的格式除了邮票所贴的位置 (信封的右上角)和中文的一样外,英语信封上要写的发信人和收信人的地址和中文的大不一样。发信人的地址应写在信封的左上角,收信人的地址应写在信封偏中、右偏下处,如下:

2)信头 (heading),即写发信人的.地址和日期(右上角)。信头位于信的最上方,原则上首先按从小到大的顺序(正好与中文书信相反),门牌号码和街名或单位 名占一行(太长可占两行),城镇名和邮政编码占一行,国名占一行。然后是发信日期,它是信头的最后一行,可以写成日月年(英式)也可写成月日年(美式), 如:May8,或8May,1996. 必然说明的是,月份要写英文名称,否则有可能产生歧义,如5/8/1996,美国人会理解为5月8日,而英国人则理解为198月5日。

3)信内姓名地址 (inside address),即写收信人的姓名和地址(左上角)。封内地址必须和信封地址一致,否则就是出了差错,收信人此时可将信退回或按封内地址转寄。封内地址的第一行是收信人姓名,第二行职务,从第三行开始写收信人地址,写出法原则上和写发信人地址一样。

4)称呼 (salutation),即写对收信人的尊称(一般用Dear Mr. … ,; Dear Madam Helen,; Dear Miss …,; Dear John,; Dear Professor Smith,等)。称呼应与亲近程度相吻合。最为正式的也是最不亲近的称呼为Dear Sir(英国用)或Dear Genteman(美国用),一般用于给政府机关、官员的公函中,或用于首次往来的商业书信中。比较熟识的人由应称他的姓,最随便也是最亲近的称呼是直呼其名,一般用于亲 朋好友,但应注意,称姓时只称姓,不要又称名,而称名时 不要加Dr或Mr. 如某人全名为William.另外,如果对方为女性却不知应称Mrs.还是Miss时可称Ms.。称呼后面的标点英国人习惯用逗号,而美国人习惯用冒号(亲朋好友之间可用逗号)。称呼直接写在收信人地址的正下方,中间空一至二行。称呼后面的标点一般 只能用逗号。 以上信头、信内姓名和地址三部分的结构如下:

注:如果是相当熟悉和随便的朋友之间,因为彼此都知道对方的地址,故信头和信内的地址常常省略。

5)正文 (body),即信件内的主要内容,是信的主体,和中文书信的要求一样,正文的内容要主题突了出、层次清楚、语言简洁、表达准确。如果正文很长需要几张信 纸联页时,则应在每张联页左上端都注明页数和收信人名称,如:Mr.WilliamJ.Hall。正文第一句句子一般和称呼之间空一至二行。

6)信尾客套语 (complimentary close),即写信人在信的右(或左)下角,写上表示自己对收信人一种礼貌客气的谦称,相当于文中书信最后的“祝好”、“致礼”之类的话语。如:Best wishes。

7)信尾签名 (signature),即亲笔签上写信人自己的姓名,如:Sincerely,; Sincerely yours,; Yours sincerely,; Friendly yours,; Truly yours,; Yours truly,; Cordially yours,; Yours cordially,。如果是用打字机或电脑写的信,在写信人签名的上方,同样应该打上写信人的姓名。

2、除以上七个部分外,有时一些英语书信还包括:

(1)附件 (Enclosure),以Enc. 表示,如“附有……证明”应写为Enc…Certificate;

(2)再启(附言) (Postscript),一封信写完了,突然又想起遗漏的事情,这时用P.S.表示,再写上遗漏的话即可,要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方, 应于正文齐头。注意:在正式的信函中,应避免使用附言表示;

(3)抄送件(Carbon Copy to…),以c.c. 表示,说明一式多份抄送其他有关人员。这些都是次要的补充部分。P.S. 主要在私人信件中使用,事务信件中应避免使用,以免造成写信人粗心大意的印象。Enc.和c.c.大都用在商贸信函中。

篇24:高考英语作文书写卷面

高考英语的写作部分是很重要的一种题型,在整个高考中占据20%的份额,并且具有作为主观题型的重要特点,与以选择题为代表的客观题型有着本质上的不同。

考生在准备作文考试时,往往不知所措。笔者认为,针对高考作文的自身特点,可以从以下方面进行准备。

第一,注重卷面给阅卷者的印象

卷面印象包括:字体要清晰,行距要适当,大写字母大小适中,尽量不要出现涂改。

因为高考阅卷是按档次给分,如果卷面很难看,必然会影响整体的档次分数,而一个档次就相差5分。

同样,很多涂改会造成阅卷者疲劳的眼神更加无所适从,最后吃亏的还是考生自己。

第二,注意审题

对于考试作文来讲,写作的唯一目的就是尽量符合题目的要求,让自己写出出题者希望看到的东西,而绝对不是妄求文采,写出一些不着边际的东西。

比如,高考英语Ⅰ就从来没有要求考生写议论文,而是多次让考生描写或记叙某事,其实也就是提出文体要求。

再如,有10年的题目要求考生写回复的信件,那么考生就一定要很明白地表明这是一封复信,否则就属于不切题。

第三,要在适当的地方展示自己的语言水平

高考英语Ⅰ的目的是考察语言,所以,考生必须在考官最容易看到的位置,写出比较高级的词汇、句型或者使用一些修辞手法,以期得到更好的评价。

比如文章的开头,就不应该出现很简单的语法错误,这些都是在检查时应该避免的错误。

不但如此,考生还要让考官看得见自己较高的语言水平,才可以获得满意的分数。

笔者在广州新东方学校执教高考写作以来,深感责任重大,唯有兢兢业业,以上是一些体会,以就教于大家。
