分析每一个成员完成工作的动机，研究他们的迫切需要，针对他们的动机和需要，付给他们应得的利益，在不影响团队发展的前提下，尽可能让他们多得一点;

订出明确的集会时间和地点，讨论计划，执行计划，否则就注定会失败;

做好团队成员之间的沟通和协调工作，使整个团队像一台机器一样，有条不紊地和谐运转;

严于律己，以身作则。
