在酒店了,除了酒店的服务,酒店的食物也是酒店至关重要的东西。而食物的质量是有厨师所决定的,所以一名好的厨师可以为酒店创造良好的业绩。而对于我,我扪心自问也是一名过关的厨师,对于刀法,酒菜的做法是比较精通的,而菜的味道也在之前的那家酒店证明是可以的,所以我可以在之前的酒店呆上四年甚至更久的时间。所以希望经理相信我的能力,给我一次面试的机会,做几款拿手小菜给经理品尝,测试一下我的水准。
