For we, the people, understand that our country cannot succeed when a

shrinking few do very well and a growing many barely make it. We believe that

America’s prosperity must rest upon the broad shoulders of a rising middle

class. We know that America thrives when every person can find independence and

pride in their work; when the wages of honest labor liberate families from the

brink of hardship. We are true to our creed when a little girl born into the

bleakest poverty knows that she has the same chance to succeed as anybody else,

because she is an American, she is free, and she is equal, not just in the eyes

of God but also in our own.

change, our purpose endures: a nation that rewards the effort and determination

of every single American. That is what this moment requires. That is what will

give real meaning to our creed.

We, the people, still believe that every citizen deserves a basic measure

of security and dignity. We must make the hard choices to reduce the cost of

must choose between caring for the generation that built this country and

investing in the generation that will build its future. For we remember the

lessons of our past, when twilight years were spent in poverty, and parents of a

child with a disability had nowhere to turn. We do not believe that in this

country, freedom is reserved for the lucky, or happiness for the few. We

recognize that no matter how responsibly we live our lives, any one of us, at

any time, may face a job loss, or a sudden illness, or a home swept away in a

terrible storm. The commitments we make to each other – through Medicare, and

Medicaid, and Social Security – these things do not sap our initiative; they

strengthen us. They do not make us a nation of takers; they free us to take the

risks that make this country great.

篇8：奥巴马就职演讲的评价

在这次演讲中，奥巴马讲述了困扰美国许久的问题：部分人的贪婪和不负责任，政府的不及时决策。而这些问题带来的后果是：人们失去房屋，工作机会减少，商业活动遭到破坏，医疗保证过于昂贵，学校教育系统太多失败，这些都滞后了国家的发展，使对手日益强大。这是作为世界上最为发达的国家--美国所面临的的挑战。

而中国与之相比，仅仅只是一个发展中国家，它面临的困难程度将会更加剧烈：部分高官，利用手中职权，不顾国家利益，私用公款，吃喝玩乐，追求个人享受，伤害了国家，伤害了人民。更有领导，面对出现的问题，不是尽责职守，恰恰相反，只为了敷衍了事，把更多的时间与精力用在了拍马屁讨好上级上面，以获得更高的权利。除此之外，很多国家领导人赐予的重大政策，在一级一级的官员传达中逐渐失去了色调，最终只能是雷声大，雨点小。可想而知，它们的所作所为的结果只会是：人们生活水平得不到保障，贫困落后依旧，对国家，对政府的不满便由此而生。因此，奥巴马面临的问题不仅仅是美国的问题，更是所有发展中国家领导人所面临的问题。要发展，要生存，就必须消灭贪污腐败，彻底改变作风，方能立于世界民族之林。

演讲中，奥巴马同时也提到了义务与权力，付出与收获的相互关系。美国是一个年轻的国家，可他却是世界上最为强大的国家。他的成功，离不开一些先辈的流血牺牲，离不开人民的团结努力。人们渴望平等自由，就必须遵守和睦相处的义务，人们想要和平安定，就必须付出对政府坚定的信心。得与失只取决于人们的行动。

中国也是一样，一个古老文明的国度，作为每一个属于他的子民，就必须抱着勇于献身的热情去为国家尽一份力，把个人利益得失抛弃一边，让国家的利益放在心头，只有履行爱国的义务，才会拥有国家的庇护。如不然，国不能自保，又怎样去为他的子民在风雨中撑起一个温暖的怀抱。发达的美国需要人们努力的拼搏，而发展中的中国就更需要人民的坚持不懈。相信国家，相信祖国，这是给予她最好最有利的精神寄托。

面对就业危机的压力，美国为它的人民许下了承诺。我们中国也从没示弱。从早些年起，就提出了开发新能源，发展生物产业，进行教育体制改革，兴修水

利，扩建公路、桥梁和电网，提高信息化水平，发展科技提高医疗水平，减少医疗开支，不断开创新的职业，以提供更多的就业岗位。所做的这一切只为一个目的，那就是让人们有体面的收入，有尊严的退休。用奥巴马的一句话说：“这是能实现的，这也是必须实现的。”所以，现在我们要做的就是对政府充满信心，拥护他无尚的地位，跟随他正确的领导，在精神上给予他重大的支持，在行动上作出有力的帮助，只有重建国家与人民的信任，增强人民对国家的信心，才会有进步的未来。

与此同时，在这和平的年代，也总会有些恐怖势力在背地里捣乱破坏。国内有打砸抢烧、**喇嘛，外交上有领土争议、撞船事件。这些无一不威胁着国家的稳定。面对他们的恶意破坏，我们要坚持严肃对待，统筹国家利益大局，对内实行强制措施解决问题，对外采取严正交涉，以和平的方式消除冲突。我们要向一切反动势力声明：如果你要破坏我们的利益，我们将与你战斗到底，如果你愿意伸开紧握的拳头，我们也将向你伸出友谊之手。

“世界在改变，我们也要改变”这奥巴马说过的一句话。从唐朝盛世的对外交流和清末的闭关锁国中不难看出，前者因为与时俱进而活的飞跃，而后者却因墨守陈规而导致国破人亡。所以，改变对一个国家的发展至关重要。跟随天气变化，方能不受风寒。跟随生活变化，方能赶上时代潮流。跟随世界变化，方能靠近先进文明。世界的脚步在不断向前，我们也要在改变中追随它的脚步收获发展。

俗话说：“少年强，则中国强。少年志，则中国志。”作为祖国新一代的力量，要树立起正确的价值观：诚实，勤勉，勇敢，公正，宽容，好学，忠贞和爱国。这是推动历史发展的动力，我们要用这样的行为准则去建设我们的祖国。这也是我们不可推卸的责任，接受它，并以此来充实生活，充实人生。

我作为一个学生，看完这次演讲，面对国家当前的危机，我庄严宣誓：当挫折降临，我将以不放弃，不气馁的方式去拼搏，在哪里摔倒，就在哪里爬起来。当社会发生**，我将坚信政府，追随祖国的领导，用信心去给予他最大的支持。当国家遭受灾难，我愿献出自己的精力为维护国家的稳定做出一点贡献。

如今，我还只是个学生，我的职责是好好学习，当我学有所成的时候，我会用知识的力量去支持祖国的发展。同时，我也将铭记今天的誓言，誓死捍卫我的祖国，迎接辉煌的明天。
