履历写作格式
个人简历三种格式,你可以依个人特质选择选择写作格式
一、依年代顺序排列型简历
列出你历年来打工兼职的丰功伟业,然后依年份排列,从你最近的工作经验回溯,在每一个阶段前要著名工作日期、雇主和你本人的工作职称。
年代顺序排列简历的优点,是使你最近的经历,看上去一目了然容易看懂,这是一项最广为采用,大多都能看懂的形式。
缺点是让人容易注意你的就业经历的间断期,又太强调近期的工作和就业经历,不过新鲜人本来就没有正式的工作经验,所以主管不会太过要求。
二、重点式简历
这种写作方式你可以把你个人认为最感兴趣的职业放在首位,再依次序列出至少两项其它职业,然后还需要依照这个顺序,列出公司名称及你的工作期间,这多少可以掩饰过去不成功或无关的就业经历。
优点是你可以着重于你过去经历中与目前相关的经历,即使你有的只是打工经验,没有正式的经历,这种形式的写法应该是理想的'格式。
缺点是人事主管可能认为你是否有隐瞒其它经历,造成别人的质疑。
三、目标型简历
上面两者的简历多着重于过去的成果,目标式简历强调于未来工作蓝图。
你可以把自己明确具体的职业目标写在履历中,可以在「能力」栏内,列举五至八项所能做的事,列举出自己认为可以胜任的、和你的目标相关的工作,即使这些工作你过去未实际参与过。
这种简历的最大优点是,虽然你没有实际从事工作经验,但是可以让主考官有想象的空间,认为你足以在这份工作有一番表现,但是最好坦诚表现自己的才能和计画,然后再针对这个职位的工作设计。
缺点是:要想取得最佳结果,你要把目标写得十分清楚,因为履历表一次只能投递给一家公司,所以你必须依照每一个应征工作重新设计一份履历,得多花一点时间。
