提起笔，最先浮现在脑海的就是感谢：感谢学校领导把这次难得的学习机会给了我，感谢轻工职业技术学院给我们提供了如此良好的学习环境，其次要感谢远道而来的北美老师，你们不远万里给我们带来了新颖创造性的英语教学方法。再次要感谢我们一班的所有学员，你们的真诚，你们的努力，让我度过了一个意义非凡的夏天。最后要感谢贵州省教育厅国际交流中心，是你们给我们提供了这样的学习机会，让我们的专业教学能够得到发展训练。

时间总是转瞬即逝，转眼四个星期的课程就已结束。报道的第一天，心里很疑惑，我来这里到底能够学到什么？现在四个星期过去了，疑惑已然变成了满满的收获。

首先，深深的被北美外教的工作态度所感动。

此次来的四个外教，除Melody以外，其余三个外教平均年纪都已超过六十。但是他们上课从来都是精神饱满，面带微笑。他们的每一堂课都是灵活多样的，生动活泼。要把课堂气氛调动成这样，课下下的功夫可想而知。

其次，教学活动安排紧凑但却放松。

一开始，想着培训嘛，肯定就是听听报告讲座。正真开始了，我们才体会到了此次培训的与众不同。外教把他们在美国的课堂，真实地重现在我们所有学员的面前，我们就是他们的学生，他们所用的方法就是他们在他们自己课堂上用的方法，而我们所参与的活动就是他们的学生所参与的活动。整个培训过程就感觉自己是一个参与者。另外，我们早上是在学习知识，学习方法，而下午的活动就是让我们在学员之间运用自己的所学到的方法，去实践。这样的安排，不会让学员觉得枯燥乏味。还有一点，外教不仅教我们教学方法，还教我们外国文化。语言是文化的一个载体，想要学习好一门语言，那就必须了解该语言背后的文化。在这一点上，每天下午的文化介绍就显得尤为重要。通过该活动，我们不仅学习美国的歌曲舞蹈，还对美国的.重要节日有了更进一步的了解。同样，我们中国学员也会把中国舞蹈和传统节日介绍给外教，这使得两种文化得到了更好的交流。另外，每天下午的一对一谈话，我们可以把自己感兴趣的话题和外教进行交谈，这不仅使我们的口语得到了锻炼，也使我们的眼界得已开阔。

再次，教学内容丰富多彩。

此次培训，早上上课的内容是Bridges:Bring Teachers Together, 通过对该书的学习，我们不仅是语言能力，而且教师专业技能都得到了提高。因为书中有很多的教学方法是我们可以再自己的课堂教学中运用的。下午的教材为Teaching Resource Handbook1-2. 教学资源手册一：北美文化，主要是介绍北美文化，教材内容翔实，寓教于乐，客观生动，很好的帮助我们提高了教学能力和英语能力：而教学资源手册二：课堂活动，向我们提供了66个简单实用的英语教学活动。通过这些活动，学生可以在游戏中掌握新的语言知识，这样他们的学习兴趣就会大大提高，英语课堂也不会再枯燥乏味。还有，每天下午的一对一谈话，我们可以把自己感兴趣的话题和外教进行交谈，这不仅使我们的口语得到了锻炼，也使我们的眼界得已开阔。

第四，体会到了新的教学模式

我们传统的教学模式就是学生固定呆在一个教室里面，每天每个科目的教师都是固定的。而北美教师的教学模式却不是这样的，他们的教学模式更倾向与走班制。比如，在我们学习北美文化的时候，我们每天都在不同的班级由不同的教室给我们讲解不同的节日，这样做，每个老师的备课内容就只有一个节日，备课量减少了，那他们有更多的时间把他们所备的这堂课备得更好，但是学生通过走班的形式，却把所有的节日都了解了。这在中国的教学中特别是初中和高中教学中是没有的，学生每天都呆在同意个教室，面对同一个老师，教师的工作量大不说，关键是学生没有机会吸取各个老师的教学所长。

最后，我们从各个老师那学到了不同的教学方法。

通过此次培训，来自全省各地州市八十个教师在一起分享了彼此的教学经验，大家把在教学中遇到的困惑拿出来一起谈论，很多好的方法得到了分享，相信这对我以后的教学是有很大的帮组的。在最后一周，我们所有学员进行了一次期末汇报，那就是使用我们新学的互动教学方法为大家展示一堂10分钟左右的英语课，讲课的内容必须是我们中学英语教材的内容。刚开始学习的时候我对我所学的内容是持保留态度的，我觉得这些方法在国外适用，但是对于我们来说，我们的班额远远超过二十个人，想要把这些活动开展好几乎是不可能的。但是在最后一周的微课教学环节，我看到了什么叫做把不可能变为可能。我们来自全省各地的老师，把他们在课堂上学到的知识进行调整，让西方的教学方法和中国的英语教学几乎完美的融合在了一起。这些微课，包含了我们中国英语课堂的所有课型，听说，阅读，写作，单词教学等。通过这些课，我最大的感受就是，其实英语课堂可以有很多可能，学生可以在游戏中去学习，而且这种课堂更为高效。虽然这种课堂要求老师要在课前做大量的准备工作，但是在课上老师却可以放手，把课堂归还给学生，让学生成为课堂教学正真的主人。而且他们会学得更轻松，学得更好，学的更快。

就像领队Shirly在开班仪式上讲的那样，这是一次为期四周的旅行，在这四周时间里我们的所学所感就是这一路上我们所看到的风景。四周过去了，我们从起点走到了终点。但是我们即将开始另一段旅行--------把我们在这里所学到的一切更好的运用到我们的日常教学之中。

这个假期都做了些什么呢？看了两场电影（《游龙戏凤》、《仙桥之旅》）、学了几首新歌去了几次ktv、买了两件比较心仪的衣服、与要好的朋友痛快的玩了几次；值班那天意外的碰到了爽，让我很高兴；写完了领导布置的作业（这还真是破天荒头一次啊）；过了一个平平淡淡的年，与各家的亲戚聚了几次，与中学的'同学聚了一次，还见到了一直没有见到的高中历史老师，他现在可是教育局的领导了，上学的时候就特别爱上他的课，没想到他还真是很有能力。

对了，还有碰到了我非常喜欢的一部台湾偶像剧《天堂来的孩子》。本来对偶像剧好久都不感冒了，觉得可能是年纪大了的原因，没想到这部电视剧还真是吸引住了我，不仅电视上看，还在网上看了好多遍。我想这部剧悲剧的情节和剧中可爱的小男孩是吸引我的主要原因吧，还有剧中的男主角――李威也挺帅，我喜欢。

还有什么呢？哦，平生第一次去即墨洗了温泉。不知道真是地热把水烧热了还是直接把热水倒入了池子里，反正一个个池子都呼呼的冒着热气，好像呼唤着你赶快进去。我和小洁这个池子泡完了那个池子泡，泡得我晕晕乎乎的，像脚底踩着棉花。不过泡完确实很舒服，回家家人都说我白了，有机会应该常常去。而且应该等暖和了去室外的池子泡，那才是真正的泡温泉的感觉吧。

这个假期有哪些遗憾呢？没有好好的读几本书（我怎么这么不爱学习，真是没有办法）；()本想假期好好写篇论文，可是这个愿望又泡汤了（以后假期还是不要许这样的愿望了，对于正经事，不逼到最后我是不会做的）；大学同学的聚会没有去；还有一个要好的朋友一直因为时间合不上的原因没有见面；本来想假期换一台电脑，后来和爸爸商量了一下又没有买。我想只要是要花钱的事，和爸爸商量永远是要泡汤的。

对于我来说，假期绝对是思维停滞和扼杀脑细胞的时期。每天除了吃就是睡，早晨要睡到十点到十一点才起床，然后就是看电视，上网，出去玩，简直就是猪一样的生活（我好久不更新的博客就是明证了）。如果永远是这样的生活该多好啊，不过这怎么可能呢！这学期是初三下半学期，黎明前最黑的黑暗。作为老师常常需要给学生鼓励要他们顶住压力，其实自己也需要鼓励。希望这学期，自己无论是精神上还是身体上都能顶得住，加油吧！！！

光阴似箭，转眼间暑假就结束了。我觉得这个暑假过了一个完整有意义的暑假。下头我对暑假的学习、生活做一个总结。

我完成了学习任务。教师布置的作业我都按时完成了。我每半天写语文作业，午时写数学作业，妈妈把每项作业分开，每一天写一点这样就能够不累了。

我还读了几本书，有《大林和小林》《宝葫芦的秘密》《夏日历险记》《科学异想》《极地冰河历险记》《猫和老鼠》，每本书我都写了读后感，我最喜欢《猫和老鼠》，读很多遍我都爱看。

我还跟妈妈一齐出去旅游，我们去了毛主席家乡。还同爸爸妈妈一齐去香港太空馆玩，那里有很多天文知识。其余时间我就是打乒乓球、玩反斗乐园、看电影。

这个假期好欢乐呀，我觉得这个假期很简便，能够自由自在的安排自我的时间，有学习也有玩的时间了。这就是我的暑假总结。

篇19：假期总结

时间过的可真快，一转眼一个寒假就过去了，在这个假期我在德、智、体、美、劳各个方面都有很大的收获。

在个寒假里，我读了《伊索寓言》故事上、下两册，爸爸和妈妈还给我讲了许多其他感人的故事，使我懂得了许多做人的道理。这些对于我来说会终生受益的。我利用一假期，把下一学期的所有语文课文都读了5遍，为的是给下一学期打好基础。同时把上一学期的数学英才小灵通全部做完了，这算是我补课吧。在这一假期里妈妈答应我隔一天就去一趟妈妈的学校呆一天。但前提备件是必须在学校里坚持学习和并每一天算一套数学题。这一假期我还经常去室外锻炼身体，爸爸为此还专门为我买了一个滑板，我和爸爸经常在饭后去海关北侧得绿地玩。我觉得此刻身体比以前更结实了。在假期里我经常帮爸爸妈妈做家务，尽管做的不算太好，凡是开头难吗，相信以后我会做的越来越好的。我的哥哥也在这一假期到我家住了几天，和我一齐玩一齐学习，我十分高兴，我们在家的时候学累了就玩一会儿或者看一会儿电视，我们哥俩在一齐玩的真开心。这期间我从未间断练琴，我弹的电子琴还是很好，下一学期我就要将电子琴过渡为数码钢琴了，相信我的成绩也会不错的。

这个假期我过得充实而愉快。

篇20：假期总结

今日，是国庆放假的第五天，距离开学也近在咫尺了。

假期中，我有了很大的收获。比起那些并没有充分利用假期生活，而是潦潦草草写完教师布置的作业后，用其余这么多宝贵的时间游山玩水，浪费了这几天的时间人来说，我还是比较有数的人，我用这些天补回了学得不好的课程，比如说：历史、生物之类的，做了一些练习册，巩固了这些天所学的知识；使我的假期变得既丰富，又多彩。

能够充分利用时间，是十分有意义的。既不浪费时间，又能够感受到学习的乐趣，会令你很开心。鲁迅以往说过：“时间就像海绵里的水，你不去挤，就永远不会出来。”是啊，那些平时抱怨没有时间看书，做自我喜爱做的事情的同学，在假期里不是能够充分发挥自我的特长吗？所以说，假期时间是十分宝贵的，也是为我们供给学习的欢乐的，使我们中途的加油站，把握好，会对学习有很大的帮忙。

说起假期，会有人认为：“假期就是自由地玩耍的，在此基础上，只需要完成自我的学习任务。”这样的观点可是不对的，因为我们只能够在学习之余放松一下，有节制的游玩一下，使头脑清醒，但功课还要和平时一样，一丝一毫不能放松。

我想，好学生和差学生地差别，就在于会不会及时自觉主动地合理利用时间了吧！

篇21：假期总结

很多教师在暑假结束的时候都要写《假期工作总结》，因为我是教师的学生，所以自然也要写《暑假总结》

这个暑假我是玩着过的，从七月十三号开始就回了江西老家，去了外公家、去了大伯大娘家，吃得好，玩得好。每一天都悠闲自在。

八月五号，我带大伯大娘去南京玩，玩了半个星期，又和他们去了上海的姐姐那里。

上海是一个大城市，房子十分的高，人也十分的多。我们去了南京路逛街、去外滩欣赏夜景、去了免费的上海博物馆、参观了亚洲第一高的上海东方明珠电视塔。

在上海住了一个星期左右，我和妈妈又去了苏州。苏州城不大，高楼大厦很少，可是苏州的旅游业很发达，人均GDP在全国排行前列。我们去了狮子林、定园和枫桥景区。大概在八月十几号的时候就回了南京。

到了南京，我虽然每一天都有任务在身，可是与上学相对来说还是很舒服的。

“光阴似箭，日月如梭。”暑假转眼就要结束了。“枯木逢春犹再发，人无两度再少年。”我在暑假期间没有好好学习，甚至连像样的书都没读。真是不就应呀!

篇22：假期总结

不知不觉中，寒假生活已经到了尾声，新的学期即将开始，中考也离我们又近了一步。这个寒假既然是我们初中最终一个假期，我们更应当好好的利用。

首先，我按照学校教师的要求，将各科作业有秩序的安排在每一天，并且在每一天都适当的添加了体育活动，为体育中考做好充分的准备。每一天都做到有良好的做的作息规律，保证不能浪费假期的每一天。

其次，在做作业的同时，也加强练习，按照自我制定的计划做适量的习题，因为如果仅仅完成作业是远远不够的，要多做练习才能提高自我的成绩。

以上这些是我在学习方面的收获，当然假期收获还不止这些。

过年之前，因为某些原因，妈妈不能料理家务，做家务这个重担只好由我担起。像拖地、扫地、洗衣服这些小事是不用我犯愁的，犯愁的就是做饭。如果只是做我自我的反倒是没问题，简单一点就行，可是我却要照顾全家人的饮食。但无论事情多么难，我也必须会尽力完成它的.。偶尔仍然会发生一些小问题，比如炒菜放哨眼了，煎鸡蛋煎糊了等等。

古人说过，熟能生巧，倒是一点也不错，我渐渐的我便不会犯小错误了这个假期，我不仅仅体会了劳动的辛苦，也学会了体谅妈妈，尽量的帮她做家务，减轻他的负担和压力。

这个寒假，是我收获了很多，让我明白了时间的宝贵，一转眼的时间，寒假就要过去了，我会以全新的面貌迎接新的学期。

篇23：假期总结

愉快的暑假生活结束了，回顾这个丰富多彩的暑假，有许多搞笑的、欢乐的事情，还有许多人，他们的身上有我一辈子也学习不完的品质。这一暑假对我来说更有一份与众不一样的好处，因为我将透过一个暑假的休整、预习，迎来我小学毕业后的第一个学期。

在这个暑假中我参加了英语学习班，担当了一个星期的小家教，负责给上小学三年级的妹妹辅导语文知识，在家中把初一的科目预习了一遍，还练习了一个暑假的彩画。每一天我都感到很充实、很欢乐，天天都有新的收获。

对于教师布置的暑假作业，我一向都认真对待，但对于天天练习毛笔字这项作业，我实在是没有把握。虽然在报纸上练习了好几遍，但手还是哆哆嗦嗦不敢下笔。我还专门请教了对书法个性感兴趣的爷爷，让他来辅导我练习毛笔字。爷爷教给我，练毛笔字最重要的是心平静气，不要浮躁，手腕更要稳。我最终找出了自我原先的错误，总是想着要快点把毛笔字写完，却总是写不好。我按照爷爷教我的方法反复练习，最终手也不发抖了，毛笔字也练习的差不多了。这件事使我明白了做什么事情都就应心平静气，真正用心的去做，绝对不能像我原先练习毛笔字时那样，写一笔觉得不好就撕掉从新写，这样下来两个多小时过去了，还是一事无成，这样是什么事情也做不好的。

还有学习英语使我明白了要掌握任何一门语言都需要不断的说、不断的练习;给妹妹辅导语文使我的语文知识得到了巩固，同时也让我理解到了当一名教师，尤其是当一名优秀的教师是多么不容易。

暑假中发生的每一件事都对我有着深刻的好处，从生活到学习都有着重大的影响。暑假是欢乐的，而我更期望我的初一生活也能像春天的阳光，像我的暑假一样散发出绚丽的光彩。
