遇见街边乞丐，出于善心你理应给他一些零钱，让他满足温饱之需。然而，且不论有些行乞者以暴露身体缺陷为手段，几乎是逼迫你了，就说你给了金钱，他花了没了，又得像这样靠出卖自尊或绑架别人的道德过活。“授人以鱼，不如授以渔”的道理几乎人人都懂，可是真正愿意这样去做的又有几个呢？还不是给钱完事走人三部曲？这几乎成了伪善了。这种行为，就算不把其上升至埋下社会不安定因子这一上纲上线的层面，但至少丢弃了一次使他人能自食其力的机会。即使你在给他零钱时只要求他为你唱一句歌，也比单纯的给予要强过万倍。否则，善心就真不成善行了。
善心未必成善行，而非善心必不成善行。在帮助他人之前，多想想这是不是自己的一厢情愿，是不是方法合理，别让好意用错了地方，在行动之前，想想先贤罗素在一百年前的谆谆告诫。
