篇17：宠物饲养管理规定
为美化、净化小区居住环境，维护小区公共秩序，防止病疫传播，保障小区业主的合法权益不受侵犯，根据当地管理规定结合本小区实际，特制定本管理规定;
(1)养犬须严格按照规定，办理《养犬许可证》、《犬类免疫证》及犬牌，严禁无证无牌及违反规定养犬。无证无牌及违反规定的犬只不得进入本小区。
(2)养犬必须根据犬类主管部门的通告或书面通知，按期携带牌证和犬只到指定地点接受验审免疫接种。
(3)养犬必须在物业服务企业办理相关登记手续(凭《养犬许可证》、《犬类免疫证》及犬牌)，并配合小区管理人员的管理。
(4)携带犬只到户外活动必须遵守下列规定：
●允许携带小型观赏犬出户的时间为20时至次日6时。
●犬只户外活动范围必须在所限定的区域之内。
●小型观赏犬在允许出户时间内，必须束犬链，并由成年人牵领。 ●大型犬必须圈(栓)养，不得出户。
●监护人应即时清除犬只在户外的排泄物。
●携带犬只乘坐电梯，监护人应即时清除犬只在梯内的排泄物并确保犬只不会给其他乘坐人带来干扰。由于犬只便溺造成电梯机件的损坏，导致电梯无法正常运行，由此产生的维修、更换等一切责任由监护人全部承担。
(5)禁止携带犬只进入商铺、物业办公室、销售中心、样板房区域等小区内的公共场所。
(6)养犬不得妨害他人及影响环境。犬只弱有影响他人生活或休息时，监护人应当采取有效措施予以制止，包括将犬只带离本小区范围，并有义务向被影响人做出解释。
(7)犬只伤人时，监护人应当立即带伤者去附近卫生防疫机构或医院治疗，注射狂犬病疫苗，并将伤者送市畜医防疫部门或其授权的下属蓄医防疫机构留医观察，受伤人的所有医疗费、营养费及误工费等由犬只监护人承担。
(8)犬只患有狂犬病时监护人应立即通知物业服务企业及所在地的街道办事处、人民政府等有关部门协同公安机关立即予以捕杀。

本规定适用于本公司各小区，小区内的所有单位和个人必须遵守本规定。
一、小区内各业主(使用人)入住小区后，凡饲养犬或其他需办证饲养的宠物的住户须办理与住所地址一致的登记证明、防疫证明、年检证明或其他相关证明，并到物业管理处登记备案。
二、小区内各业主(使用人)饲养的宠物(包括犬和猫)，应按市兽医防疫部门的规定定期到市兽医防疫部门或授权的下属市兽医防疫机构为宠物注射疫苗。
三、小区内各业主(使用人)不得饲养烈性犬和大型犬。
四、小区内各业主(使用人)携带犬只、猫等宠物到户外活动时，必须遵守以下规定：
1、携犬出户时，应当束犬链，由完全民事行为能力人牵领，注意避让老年人、残疾人、孕妇和儿童;
2、携犬或其他易对他人人身安全造成危害的宠物乘坐电梯应避开乘梯的高峰时间，并采取有效的防护措施以保证其他乘梯人的人身安全。
3、宠物不可随处大、小便，宠物饲养人应文明遛宠物并携带宠物粪便袋或垃圾袋，及时清除宠物所排泄的粪便。
五、小区内居民养犬、养猫及鸟类等宠物不得妨害他人，犬吠、猫叫、鸟鸣影响他人正常工作和休息时，饲养人应当采取有效措施予以制止。
