四季果属于木本植物，直立小灌木，多分枝成丛生状，作1－2年生栽培。株高30－60厘米。叶互生，狭长圆形至倒披针形。夏秋开花，花小，白色，腋生。别名：珊瑚樱、吉庆果、珊瑚子、玉珊瑚、红珊瑚、野辣茄、野海椒、山红珠。

一阵风吹来，好舒服！凉爽中带着温暖，啊！春天来了，校园里，鲜艳的五星红旗迎风招展，花坛里万年青似乎更绿了，新栽的几棵小树害羞地抽出了嫩芽。花坛左边，槐梧的梧桐树像个战士一样挺立在那儿，光秃秃的头上长了一些头发，显的不那么单调，听，小鸟在唱歌呢！不，不是唱歌，那是给同学们朗朗地读书声伴奏啊！
不知不觉和，春姑娘离开了我们，夏姐姐来了，她给同学们换上了鲜艳的T恤和短裙短裤，使同学们欢快的在操场上奔跑，瞧，那梧桐树伯伯，他给同学们撑了一片绿荫，正在和同学们做游戏呢！树上的知了仿佛也加入了其中，不停的喊：“好玩，好玩！”
校园里，热慢慢散尽，等待同学们的是那充满果香和花香的
秋季，花坛里，菊花开了，黄的、白的、紫的，五光十色，天空中的落叶翩翩起舞，仿佛在和同学们交朋友，一阵秋风，地上的叶子被扫在了一堆。
冬哥哥来了，他要拿个袋把落叶全部运走，地上干净了，一片落叶也没留下，同学们已穿上了棉衣棉裤，别看天那么冷，同学们头上已冒热气了。“下雪了，下雪了，”几个同学看着飘舞下来的雪花，高兴地蹦着跳着喊着，转眼间，天地变为另外一番景象，到处是白茫茫的，树上，房子上，同学们的头发上都有雪花。
