2.说课准备
首先是说课稿,我从说课稿什么结构都不知道,到总结出适合自己的说课稿,这期间是一把辛酸泪。我的说课稿经过了不下二十次的修改,才最终定型,定型之后,还又修改了一两次,到考场上,我又加了一个小环节。所以,在备考的时候,一定要多写说课稿,多修改,直到找到合适自己的,我是一个厚厚的大本子写了半本。说说历程
(1)首先反复听课,把教案学了两遍,先对框架有了大体的了解,学了结构和过渡句。但是我说课时间只有八分钟,很多过渡和套话都没有用上,删掉或者精简了。
(2)然后,我把教材里面的真题全部都整理了一遍,比如把里面觉得好的过渡词句、好的活动设计,好的用语之类的,分门别类的整理出来,在初期写说课稿时,比如我写到warming up的时候,我就会去翻看,都可以怎样设计,怎样表达,怎样说。这一遍下来,看了几十篇说课稿,首先是在头脑中形成了印象,知道了说课稿大体是什么样子,有了概念。其次是自己整理了一个工具档案,可以随时翻阅,帮助我前期写说课稿,可以写的多样化,而且像分析学情啊之类的都是套路,找一个万能的背过就好了。
(3)找老师不断修改,整理出了自己的说课稿,在说课稿定型的时候,最好是能有一个比较通用的模板,在导入环节之类的,准备一两个通用的模式,像我的说课稿来说,都是用的情境导入,通过提问学生问题来导入,这样在考试时,我只需要设计出导入的问题就好了。
(4)要反复训练,自己的说课稿,我的稿子定型以后,我一直在训练自己,随便打开一课,用6-8min要设计出这节课写好教案马上开始讲。后来在考试时证明我这个方法还是比较对的,虽然我们有30min备课时间,我在家最多8min就可以把这节课设计好,照这个时间算下来,我可以有20min左右的时间在脑海中背这节课。其实到了考试时,不是这样的,因为紧张,激动,被打扰,思前想后,我在备课室准备那节课写教案和框架用了整整15min。所以在训练时,尽量要让自己快,熟,毕竟考场那种心情你是无法模拟的,你还是要留出足够多的时间和方案给意外状况。
3.练习阶段
练习面试最重要的是重复重复的练习,我感觉我的变化是三个阶段,从不能脱稿到背过,从背过到背熟,从背熟到讲出来。只有反复的练习,才能感受到这个“讲出来”是什么意思,在刚开始的时候,脑子里都在想下句话是什么,是无法加入自己的情感去展示自己的课的。我是全英说课,但是不妨碍给周围的人讲,给我能遇到的所有人讲,我家人,我朋友,前几年上岸的考生,数学老师,小区公园里,甚至在路上给一起走的阿姨讲……他们都听不懂我讲什么,但是,他们给我指出的毛病却不少。给不同的人反复讲,最起码可以练你的胆子,他们听不懂但可以看出你的状态,你的考官在快听吐了的时候,可能也根本听不到你在讲什么。但是你神采奕奕讲课和背稿子,怯生生还是自信满满,他们都能看出来的。讲的越多,在考试时的怯场会越少。建议把自己的课录下来或者录音,自己能看出来的毛病也是不少。我把我的课都发给了老师,从开始到最后成型,随着她的点评,经历了不小的变化。练到最后,我可以随便揪出一课来,情感饱满的给人讲,(是讲不是背)直到所有的人都说出来,这个状态去没问题了。对了,最好是能去找个学校,在周末没人的时候,站在讲台上实际模拟一下,站在讲台上的感觉是不一样的,我是属于站讲台上反而是会比较放松的人,比站在别的地方舒服。而且写板书和在自己家小黑板上写是不一样的,要练板书。
4.心态调整
考试前说放平心态的那都是扯淡,我前一天晚上一晚上都没睡着,睡不着的时候建议看书。考试当天记得带一本书去,除了教材之外,我们的等候室,手机是收上去的,书不收,如果不幸抽到后面,就像我,小学英语被安排在最后说,干瞪眼犯困三个多小时,心里还蹦蹦跳紧张,是个特别不好的体验。
最紧张的是你前面几个人被叫走备课的时候,马上要到的时候,心脏跳得简直是要晕过去,这时候,可以学习一下瑜伽中的腹式呼吸,能调整到一个不那么难受的状态。进了备课室,手抖呼吸困难都是很正常的,你紧张到什么样都不要觉得完了完了,没有人不紧张,快速写完草稿,多准备几遍,心里有底就不会很紧张了。在进入考场时,全程记得面带微笑,不要丧脸,全程跟老师眼神交流,带动他们的情绪,反正就这么几分钟,谁都不认识谁,“不要脸”的去演就行了,前期训练的时候已经很熟练了,小毛病都改了,能差到哪里去,对不对?而且他们很可能是看着你在愣神,装作很认真的听但是啥也听不出来,只听你的语音语调,所以,请尽情展示你的表演。
再就是我在备考过程中遇到的小疑问,想起来几个。
(1)有的老师强调,这个说课稿各个流程之间的先后顺序,比如先分析学情,再分析教学目标重难点,一定要这样吗?
在我的备考中,我首先学的模式是说教材里包含教学目标重难点,我也习惯了这个顺序,后来有老师跟我说这样不对,但是,是考前一周的时候在练课时跟我说的,我觉得有一定道理,有点赞同,就根据这个模式改后练了几次,但我感觉很别扭,因为我已经形成了流程模式,会出现断篇卡壳的情况,我自己分析,在面试时,就英语来说,考官可能听不清你的顺序有什么毛病,但是卡壳的毛病他听的清清楚楚而且一定会扣分。所以,我在这一部分就没有做修改,还是按照自己原来的模式。所以,在这些很细节很套路的地方,考官一般不会多认真的听,不必要太过纠结。
(2)在小学设计过程中,我需要多活泼?怎样把握试讲和说课的那个度?
我以前认为,说课就是一板一眼的说,把各个流程说清楚,讲明白,但是,后来我发现,真的不是这样的,小学的设计,即使是说课,我也需要声情并茂,加入游戏和表演的成分。我在我的说课里,加了唱歌,加了chant,加了拍手读单词。考前听说,我们这里另外区县的一位老师,说课时候唱了三首歌,拿到了96分。在这里,不是想说唱歌越多越好,而是想说,一定要用活泼,有感染力方式展现自己的课。每个人都去背稿子,考官听了一遍又一遍,换做是你会不会烦?尤其是我们英语,想死的心都会有。那么这时,突然出现一位考生,唱歌做游戏,让他感觉很有意思,让他放松一下心情,他会不会给高分?我是准备了一首万能的英文歌,很熟悉唱的时候一位女考官都有小声跟我唱的意思,我也微笑和她示意。能调动起考官的情绪,就是一种能力,他自然会认为,你的感染力会在以后的教课中发挥作用。

在教师考试中,据我观察,穿白衬衣黑裙子的在75%左右,但现在已经越来越多的人不穿这样了,我认识的那位老教师也和我说,出去看一天的白衬衣,会看吐,即使怕犯错,选不出衣服穿了白衬衣,也不要选那种一看就是西服店的工装,要选的有点设计感。我选的是蓝色雪纺上衣,黑色工装裙,其实衣服的影响真的不是很大,和我一个岗位的穿了碎花连衣裙,最后也拿到了87分。对了,一定要选带点小跟的高跟鞋,不要太高也不要平底,我没穿高跟,是因为太高站在讲台上会有压迫感,但是带3cm左右的小跟,会特别精神。不要穿七八厘米的高跟,不稳重也不方便。

1、刑事处罚期限未满或者涉嫌违法犯罪正在接受调查的人员;
2、尚未解除党纪、政纪处分或正在接受纪律审查的人员;
3、曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚和曾被开除公职的人员;
4、曾在公务员招录、事业单位公开招聘考试中被认定有舞弊等严重违反招聘纪律行为人员5年内不得参加本省内各级事业单位公开招聘;

四、招聘程序
(一)发布公告
本方案通过相关网站向社会公布,公告发布时间不少于7个工作日。
(二)报名与资格审查
本次招聘采取到华中师范大学、陕西师范大学、河南大学、河南师范大学、信阳师范学院、南阳师范学院、洛阳师范学院、周口师范学院、河南科技学院等高校现场招聘的办法进行。
在相关高校设置报名处进行报名,面向高校毕业生进行公开招聘。若未完成招聘计划,剩余的名额可到其他本科院校设置报名处,按照规定程序和条件继续面向省内外高校毕业生进行补招。补招的相关信息及时予以公布。报名时,报考人员应持本人有效身份证、毕业证、学位证、报到证、教师资格证原件及复印件,学信网下载的《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》,如毕业证书中无明确标注“师范”字样,需提供由毕业院校或档案代管部门加盖公章的个人在校期间全部所学课程成绩单复印件(有必修科目教育学、教育心理学的考试和教育实习合格成绩,“双一流”建设高校普通高等教育本科毕业生和普通高等教育硕士研究生及以上学历毕业生无需提供);2022年应届生需持本人有效身份证、学生证原件及复印件,学信网下载的《教育部学籍在线验证报告》,所在院校出具的载明有在读学历层次、所学专业、是否为师范专业等内容的证明(“双一流”建设高校普通高等教育本科毕业生和普通高等教育硕士研究生及以上学历毕业生无需提供);近期一寸同底版正面免冠彩色照片4张;在相关网站下载填写《2022年XX县校园招聘高中(中职)急需紧缺教师报名登记表》(附件2)。
每人只能选报一个职位,多报者无效。
2022年应届毕业生,于入职前由教体局进行相应的毕业证、学位证、教师资格证复核,未取得相应毕业证、学位证、教师资格证者取消招聘资格。
资格审查贯穿于招聘工作全过程,对于不符合报名条件、弄虚作假或违反招聘规定的,一经发现,取消其应聘资格。
报名合格人员须持本人有效身份证在规定时间内参加面试,逾期视为自动放弃。
(三)面试
面试主要采取试讲的形式进行,试讲重点测试教学技能,满分为100分,面试成绩保留到小数点后两位。报考人员面试成绩不得低于60分,否则不予聘用。
(四)体检与考察
根据考试成绩按拟聘用职位1:1的比例从高分到低分确定参加体检与考察人员(若遇最后一名分数相同时,全部进入体检与考察)。
体检按《XX省教师资格申请人员体格检查标准(修订)》有关规定进行。体检对象放弃体检或因体检不合格出现招聘岗位缺额的,可在同岗位应聘人员中,按考试成绩从高分到低分依次等额递补。
体检合格人员即为考察对象,考察要严格按照《事业单位公开招聘人员暂行规定》进行。考察主要是对考生的政治表现及有无违法违纪现象进行审查,同时对考生报名资格条件进行复查。考察阶段因考察不合格出现招聘岗位缺额的不再递补,因自愿放弃出现招聘岗位缺额的按考试成绩从高分到低分依次等额递补。
(五)公示与聘用
对通过面试、体检、考察的拟聘人员,在XX县人民政府网公示7个工作日。公示无异议后,办理入编及相关人事手续。
新招聘人员按规定实行试用期制度,同时签订聘用合同。试用期满经考核不合格的,取消聘用资格。
应聘者凡在规定时间未参加面试、体检、考察及未按时到岗的,均视为自动放弃招聘资格。
(六)优惠政策
1、普通院校一本师范类专业毕业生、“211”、“985”高校本科毕业生、研究生及以上学历毕业生,一次性发放生活补助10万元。
2、普通公办院校师范类专业毕业生和普通高等教育一本非师范专业毕业生,一次性发放生活补助5万元。
3、城区无住房者,三年内统一安排租房或者发放租房补贴。
4、购买高中教师保障性商品住房每套优惠不低于20万元。
五、纪律与监督
1、实行回避制度。凡参与本次公开招聘的工作人员,按有关规定一律实行回避制度。
2、严格纪律。在本次招聘工作中要严格执行有关纪律要求,如发现有违纪违规行为,将严格按照有关规定进行处理。要做到信息公开、过程公开、结果公开,接受社会及有关部门的监督。
3、疫情防控。按疫情防控要求做好疫情防控工作。

为满足学校教学需求,进一步优化师资结构,更好的贯彻落实县委提出的“创建xx教育名城”办学要求,我校今年继续面向高校优秀毕业生招聘部分专业教师,具体方案如下:
一、招聘计划16人
语文6人 数学4人 物理2人 化学2人 生物2人
二、报名条件
1、学历要求:全日制本科(必须是高中毕业直考本科)及以上学历,所学专业须与招聘计划专业相同或相近,必须有高中教师资格证。
2、年龄要求:本科生不超过30周岁(xxxxx年1月1日以后出生),研究生可适当放宽,上限不得突破35周岁(xxxxxx年1月1日以后出生)。
3、爱国守法,文明诚信,具备良好的思想品德,综合素质较高,团结协作能力强。
4、身体健康,五官端正,仪表端庄,无明显生理缺陷;学业成绩优秀,口齿清晰,表达能力较强,具有省语委颁发的普通话二级乙等以上等级证书。
5、有以下情形之一的,不得报考:我县机关事业单位在编人员(含试用期);我县公开招聘的后备教师;曾受过刑事处罚和曾被开除公职的人员;在读全日制普通高校未毕业的(也不能用已取得学历学位报考);法律法规规定不得聘用的其他情形的人员;
三、报名方式
1、网上报名:学校在xx一中网站和中国教师招聘网发布招聘信息。自发布之时即可报名,应聘者可将个人简历直接发到邮箱:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx;
2、现场报名:学校派专人到省内几所师范类重点大学现场接收应聘者报名并进行初审;
3、需提交的材料:身份证、毕业证、学位证、教师资格证、普通话等级证书、个人简历(应届生提供就业推荐表即可);其它证明个人能力水平的相关证件。均要复印件,待正式测试报到时再查验原件。
4、报名截止时间:xxxx年7月15日12:00。
5、缴费:通过资格初审的人员,7月15日12:00前到xx一中办公室缴纳专业水平测试考务费40元,教学能力测试考务费70元。
6、核减计划:网上报名结束后,对最终确定的应聘人数达不到招聘计划3倍的招聘岗位,按1:3的比例相应核减招聘计划。对紧缺岗位报考人数与计划聘用人数达不到规定比例的,经县事业单位公开招聘主管部门同意,可适当降低开考比例。
四、考试时间
7月15日下午2:30--5:00进行笔试(专业水平测试);
7月16日上午8:00进行面试(教学能力考评)。
五、选聘程序
1、资格初审:
招聘领导小组指定专人负责资格初审工作,在报名期间(含节假日),根据应聘人员提交的信息资料进行资格审查,对未通过初审的人员,说明理由。
2、专业水平测试:
采取笔试的形式进行,内容为应聘学科高中学段专业知识,试题难度等同于高考水平,满分100分,由评委组统一阅卷。
为确保招聘质量,笔试成绩公布后,由招聘工作领导小组根据招聘计划数和考试成绩分别确定最低合格分数线。在合格分数线内,按照计划数3倍的比例,确定参加面试人员。笔试合格人数达不到上述比例的,按实有人数参加面试。
3、教学能力考评:专业水平测试成绩合格者参加教学能力考评,采取现场讲课形式进行,时间15分钟,满分100分。由评委组现场打分,并填写书面评价及录用建议。
4、排名公示:按专业水平和教学能力分别占40%和60%的比例计算总成绩,以学科为单位进行排序,确定拟录用及递补资格人员名单予以公示(5天)。总成绩相同者,按照教学能力考评成绩、学历层次高者优先的原则确定最终名次,以上条件仍相同者采取增加专业测试的方式予以确定。对成绩不合格者一次性淘汰。
5、考察和体检:
(一)考察
按照德才兼备、以德为先的用人标准,遵循注重实绩、突出能力、综合择优的导向,确保考察结果全面、真实、准确。招聘单位主管部门根据招聘岗位的要求,采取多种形式,全面了解被考察对象的政治思想、道德品质、能力素质、学习和工作表现、遵纪守法、廉洁自律以及是否需要回避等方面的情况。
(二)体检
对考察合格人员,按招聘人数等额确定体检范围人选。除应当符合《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》的要求以外,还应符合《山东省教师资格认定体检标准及操作规程》要求;体检费用由应聘人员承担。应聘者在体检过程中有意隐瞒影响聘用的疾病或者病史的,不予聘用;在体检过程中有串通体检工作人员作弊或者请他人顶替体检以及交换、替换化验样本等作弊行为的,取消资格。未经招聘主管部门同意,应聘人员不按规定的时间、地点参加体检的,视作放弃体检。应聘人员对体检结果有疑问的,应在接到体检结论通知之日起7日内提出,费用由申请方负担。复检只能进行1次,不在原体检医院进行,复检医院级别不低于原体检医院。体检结果以复检结论为准。因放弃资格和考察、体检不合格等情况出现的岗位空缺,依次递补。
6、递补聘用:若有体检不合格或自愿放弃聘用者,招聘领导小组在公示的递补人员中按综合排序确定递补人选。
7、聘用资格审查:对应聘人员的资格审查工作,将贯穿招聘工作的全过程。复审时,如发现应聘人员有不符合招聘条件,或有制造假学历、假证明、替考等弄虚作假行为的,查实后取消本次应聘资格。
8、聘用
(一)经考察、体检合格的拟聘用人员,在学校网站公示,公示期5个工作日。对合格人员由公开招聘主管部门发放《事业单位招聘人员聘用通知书》,凭《聘用通知书》办理相关手续。被聘用人员须在规定时间内到聘用单位报到,逾期未报到者,视为自动放弃,出现的空缺,不再递补。
(二)被聘用人员与学校签订《事业单位聘用合同》,按规定实行试用期制度,试用期包括在聘用合同期限内,服务期限不低于5年(含试用期)。试用期满经考核合格的,予以正式聘用;经考核不合格的,解除聘用合同。
(三)聘用人员相关待遇按照用人单位同类人员标准执行。
六、纪律与监督
为严肃招聘工作纪律,严格按程序进行,招聘信息将及时在学校网站上公示,做到程序公开,信息公开。招聘工作全程接受相关职能部门的监督和社会监督。

学院是xx省唯一一所化工类职业院校,化工特色明显,行业区位优越。学院占地面积550亩,新校区一期工程建筑面积12.8万平方米,教学仪器设备3160万元,专任教师124人,其中高级职称42人。根据学院xxxx年招生计划,结合教学工作需要,拟面向社会公开招聘教师97人。

二、应聘条件

(2)在职教师应聘需提供原单位同意报考证明。

1.个人报名

报名材料:
(1)《xx化工职业学院应聘登记表》(附件2);

2.资格审查
学院组织人事部门对应聘人员进行资格审核,审核通过后名单在学院网站公示。
对应聘人员的资格审查工作,贯穿招聘工作的全过程。应聘人员需如实填写、提交相关个人信息资料。应聘人员提供的相关材料信息如有不实,一经发现取消资格。
3.组织考试
通过资格审查的人员在指定时间、地点参加笔试、说课。学院将按照笔试成绩占40%,说课成绩占60%的比例进行成绩排名,确定进入面试人员名单。面试分值为附加分(最高分30分)。
面试结束后,按笔试、说课加面试附加分成绩为考试总成绩进行排名,应聘人员出现总成绩并列的,则按面试成绩由高分到低分确定考察人选。
4.考察、审核
根据应聘人员的综合成绩,由高分到低分以招聘人数1:1的比例,确定拟录用人选,按规定进行考察,其中包括档案及组织关系审核,并将拟录用人员名单报学院党政领导班子联席会议核准。
对考察、审核不合格人员造成的空缺,可从进入同一岗位符合条件的人员按照综合成绩由高到低依次等额递补。
5.入职体检
考察通过人员进入考察体检环节,体检在学院指定的县级以上综合性医院进行,体检标准和项目参照《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》(国人部发〔xxxx〕1号)和《关于修订〈公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)〉的通知》(人社部发〔xxxxx〕19号)执行,国家另有规定的从其规定。对按规定需要复检的,不得在原体检医院进行,复检只能进行1次,结果以复检结论为准。
应聘人员未按规定时间、地点参加体检的,视为自动放弃。自动放弃或考察体检不合格造成的空缺,可从进入同一岗位符合条件的人员按照综合成绩由高到低依次等额递补。
6.公示
对考试、考察、体检合格的人员,在学院网站统一公示,公示期为七个工作日。拟聘用人员名单公示后不再递补。公示期满,无异议的,按规定程序办理试用手续,试用期为6个月或1年。试用期满考核合格的,办理正式聘用手续;不合格的,取消聘用资格。
