常吃妈妈做的蛋炒饭，我也很想学着做一次。可是我对做蛋炒饭简直是擀面杖吹火——一窍不通。没办法，我只好向妈妈请教。

很快，我把鸡蛋打开，准备倒进碗里。不好!手一滑，蛋壳倒入碗中了，真是出师不利。我连忙补救，用筷子将蛋壳夹出。好，开始搅拌。

点着火后，我连忙取出猪油，用勺子挖出一块放进锅里。白色的猪油很快就融化了。等油起烟后，我迅速将搅拌好的鸡蛋倒进去。只听”刺啦“一声，鸡蛋开始发泡。我慌了，使劲摇动锅，用铲子把蛋液往有油的地方赶……大约过了十几秒，我把蛋饼一番，不好，糊了!

没办法，只好重来。第二次煎鸡蛋时，我吸取了教训，特别留意做蛋饼的环节。蛋刚下锅时，我就把火调小，用铲子不断拨动蛋饼。这次的蛋饼没有糊!我把蛋饼弄碎，然后倒进米饭，再撒些盐、葱花，继续翻炒。过了一会儿，蛋炒饭就做好了。

我立刻盛了一份，开始吃起来。虽然没有妈妈做的好吃，但我认为还是很不错的!原来，敢于尝试，才会有意外的收获!
