First, for us studying abroad can experience a variety of culture, which is helpful for broadening students' horizons and makes us know about society and the world. Second, going abroad is beneficial for us to foster our perseverance and the ability to live independently. Also,it is an excellent exercise that can train our spirit bearing hardships. What'more,there is no denying that foreign technology is more advanced than domestic theory of knowledge system, we can learn more knowledge in foreign countries and develop ourselves better than before.

Studying abroad also has some shortcomings.Above all ,Chinese students may be difficult to adapt to the new environment of study and life. Having been lived in China for 20 years, we may feel discomfortable to foreign learning methods and ways of life and even disgusted. It will affect our study for a long time in a foreign country.

In addition, studying abroad will cost a lot of money for living and tuition. Some students' gain academic success, so they receive academic scholarships. However, most peers abroad cannot obtain the scholarships. The expenses on living and tuition will be great burdens for students' families.

Parkour is a sport activity with the purpose of moving from one place to another as efficiently and quickly as possible,using only the physical skills of the human body.It is used to overcome obstacles,which can be any obstacle in the environment on fences and stone,to pillars,walls and bars and can be practiced both in urban areas and rural areas.

Founded by David Belle in France,parkour focuses on efficient movements to develop the training of the body and mind,to be prepared to overcome obstacles in an emergency.Can also be a form of entertainment or a way to spend your free time.This sport is also called l’art du deplacement / the art of movement / art movement or even free-running.The term “parkour” is derived from the French “parcours go combattant” in translation meaning “to overcome an obstacle” .

Free running is the term used by Sebastien Foucan in Jump London documentary to refer to parkour,term which later came to describe a sport based on acrobatics,different from the original discipline Le Parkour.

Practitioners of this discipline are called tracers .The sport is practiced mainly in urban areas,involving jumps in,on,through and around obstacles such as railings,stairs,pillars,,trees,buildings,etc..They consider this kind of training a way of liberation from the constraints imposed by other sports and one standard for overcoming the induced limitations .

Parkour is classified as “wow!” an extreme sports.Practicing this discipline does not require wearing special equipment,sites developed,prepared before or other obstacles.Parkour is very simple,fluid movement from one place to another,to which are added run speed,climbing,jumping,spectacular and efficient movement,imagination,improvisation and other complex techniques.If sport “parkour” performed by you does not include items listed above,then you are doing fitness.

P3: extreme sport is a challenging entertainment formed from the interaction between nature and human, which let us developing our full body and spiritual potential at a big extent by modern technology and instruments. The spirit of extreme sports is not only “higher faster and stronger”, but also “participation entertainment and bravery”. So countries in the word call it “ the future spots”

P4: From the picture we can see the extreme sports can be divided into land sea and air three areas. In the sea area, it includes the drift, motorboat, white-water caonoeing, water skiing, surfing etc. Then land area mainly refer to the roller skating, skateboarding,BMX.

Last air area mainly refer to Bungee jumping, a parachute jump, hot air balloon.ect.

P5:Now let me introduce 4 kinds of extreme sports .there is bungee jumping,climbing,BMX,surfing.

P6:bungee jumping is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord.the tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable object,such as a hot-air-balloon. The thrill comes from the free falling and the rebound.when you falling down, the cord stretches and the jumper flies upwards again.so up and down you will feel like heaven.so did someone have done this?(yes,how do you feel ? P7: Climbing is the activity of using ones hands,feet,or any other part of the body to ascend a steep object. It is done indoors or outdoors,on natural or manmade structures.it has many types like ice climbing (as far as i know in 1921 a British team success on the bead jose rama peak,and in 1960 a Chinese team success on the bead jose rama peak),indoors climbing competition,traditional climbing.etc.

P8:BMX is short for bike motocross.BMX began in the early 1970s when children began racing their bicycles on dirt tracks in southern California.Due to the single game in the mud,then began to take BMX to the ground,and play more fancy than skateboard ,jump higher and more exciting. P9: the last one is surfing ,surfing in the waves,you need to use their own skill and balance .surfing originated in Australia. Because of the sea around Australia,so Australia person particularly fond of surfing.if you want to surfing in china, riyuewan in hainan province is the best place.

P10:The last part is the popularity of extreme sports. Why the extreme sports become more and more popular? 1. Food. To keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. For that can cause a lot of diseases. The right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits.

2. Exercise. Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000. You'll find yourself more healthy after changing the steps to 15000 - 0 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.

3.春节

MySpringFestival

Last year’s Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious.

On the first day of the New Year, we visited our relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought some Jay’s CDs. He likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more alive than any other time of a year.

On the second and the third days, we spent a wonderful weekend in the country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

An unforgetful trip

I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains. So people call it Mountain City. In Chong Qing,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink.They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing.

I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.

珍惜时间

Time waits for no one. If it flows away, it will never come to us again. We can't take charge of our time but we should know the importance of time and cherish time.

Yesterday has become the history. Nothing we can do to save it. Tomorrow is not within our reach. We dont know what will happen tomorrow. So the only thing we can do is to cherish what we have today and fight for tomorrow. Victory only belongs to those who work very hard! Therefore, we should make full use of today, fighting for what we want.
