发音练习：每天练习10分钟左右。根据自己的英语现阶段水平，选择跟读单词，或者跟读句子，或者跟读整段的'文章。然后自己复听检查，和原音比较，自我纠正。长期练习，还是会有不错的效果的。

词汇积累：每天积累，温故知新，大约15分钟左右。但是如果是学生，有不同科目要分配学习时间的话，建议不要每天花太多时间。也是15分钟左右。其中头5分钟过一下以前学过的单词。如果以前学的单词量大，可以分成组。每天过一组，控制在5分钟内。另外10分钟记忆2个左右新单词的句子。

注意我总是在强调句子。因为我自己学习单词也都是看大量例句，并且自己造句子这样的方法记忆的。

周一到周五积累。周末就只是抽点时间翻阅积累的单词。

每周学习的词汇量根据水平而定。建议不是单纯记单词，而是先看单词的英文解释，用英语理解其意思。然后用句子记单词，就是用单词造句的方式去记忆。在一个上下文中去对单词进行理解和记忆，比单纯的记单词要有更好的效果。

最好准备个单词小本儿，随身携带。里面记录着每天学习和积累的单词。随时拿出来翻翻。养成习惯，会有效果。

听力：每天抽碎片时间练习。建议在上学上班途中，或者下学下班路上收听听力练习的音频。还有晚上睡觉前的时间也可以利用。听个英语小故事，听个英语脑筋急转弯或者小笑话，听一段英语新闻，听个英语访谈节目。按照自己的水平选择音频资料。贵在坚持！

高阶英语听力练习的话，可以每周抽出一两天的时间精练一到两段听力。精练就是一句一句的听。听一句停下来，把听到的复述一遍或者写下来。难度根据自己的水平定。可以是一段英语日常对话，可以是一段英语电影旁白，也可以是一段英语纪录片的音频，或者哈弗大学公开课的音频资料等等。

口语：刚开始学习英语的人可以不用太着急。以练习发音和积累词汇为主。可以模仿简单的对话。

已经有一定水平的人，可以把听力练习和口语练习结合起来练。就是练习完听力，用自己的话复述一遍听到的内容。如果一开始有困难，可以听一段。但是就复述其中的一部分。但是只要每天都坚持，哪怕5到10分钟，长期下去就会有效果。你不一定需要一个和你对话的伙伴。但是要保证你听到的音频的发音和用法是地道的。

阅读：每天都要读。这个真的很重要。美国孩子从小学2，3年级起就抱着大部头的儿童文学在读了。而且贯穿小学到高中，学校都鼓励大量的阅读。图书破万卷，下笔如有神。这句话不只是在中文环境中有用，而是放之四海而皆准。读什么书？建议以兴趣为主。有兴趣就容易坚持。先从兴趣出发，等读英文书已经成了习惯，那就可以进一步扩大阅读范围。

不一定非要去阅读那些英文的世界名著。可以按照自己的兴趣从小文章入手。

写作：不用每天都练习。我看有人推荐用英语写日记。我觉得可能不太有用。因为在英语还没有达到创作水品的时候，很有可能写成流水账。而且每天也不一定有什么可以写的。我的建议是，

如果是初级和中级水平，可以每个星期找一篇文章，然后尝试用自己的语言去文字复述文章。因为我们可以确保有一个地道的原文参考的同时，又在其基础上发挥自己诠释的能力。可以周一动笔，周三再拿出来丰富一下，周五最后再润色一下。就是不要一天写完。一周抽三天，每天用15分钟到半个小时左右的时间。一周就死磕一篇文章的复述。一周分三次时间重新审视，润色文章。而且也不断对比参考的原文。在这个过程中，语法，用词，润色都进行了。

高阶英语的话，可以每周更换风格的去进行写作练习。比如这周规定好主题，写一篇随笔；下周写一篇议论文；在下周写一个介绍性文章。我个人还是建议，就算是写作水平比较高了，在练习的时候，也可以先花一天的时间找一些范文。先研读，观察风格，用词等等。然后再自己落笔。也不用一次完成。还是分几天推进和润色。总之反复推敲的过程中，写作的能力会有提高。

语法：其实在听力，阅读中已经在学习语法，培养语感了。但是因为有应试的需要，语法还是要重视。而且中长期看，学习一门语言最好也是语法基础比较牢靠，才有后劲儿。

语法这块儿，建议以学校要求的语法重点为准。可以多找些语法点的练习题做。

下面按照不同英语阶段，分别讨论一下制定英语学习计划的侧重点：

如果是刚刚开始学习英语的小学低年级学生，建议主要关注发音基础，基本词汇的积累和简单对话的收听与模仿。

发音练习。一定尽量让孩子在开始接触英语的时候，收听到的是比较标准的发音资料。学习语言非常重要的方式就是模仿。尤其发音！

每个语言有其发音的特点。如果孩子一开始模仿有点偏差，最好的方法是让孩子先多听几遍。然后在跟读的过程中，每读一个字母或者单词，把孩子的跟读录下来，播放给孩子听。要想发音准，先练好耳朵的敏感度。很多情况下，发音不准和听的不够有关系。

在这个过程中，家长一定不要急躁。因为这种重复的方式可能多少有点枯燥。家长可以想办法，多鼓励孩子，也可以设定一个小目标。比如还在学字母表，如果一半的字母表发音都模仿的很准确了，就算达到一个小目标。达到就有奖励。然后再把字母表的后半部分攻克下来做为下一个小目标。以此类推，不断建立小目标，但是可以根据孩子的进步而不断升级目标难度。
