后来也不知什么原因，我有了腰椎间盘突出的毛病，医生建议我最好不要做一些家务，比如拖地，可是居家过日子，女主人如果长期不能打扫家里的卫生，这个家恐怕就能被埋了，还是医生的建议，可以拿个抹布跪到地板上擦地，这样脊柱和地板平行，不仅能打扫卫生，还能锻炼腰椎，有助于康复。于是我家的卫生间就有个一个专门存放脏水的水桶，收集每天的洗脸水、洗菜水、刷锅水，然后拖把也被我淘汰了，儿子的旧衣服，丈夫的旧衣服，还有我不穿的旧衣服，都被收集起来擦地，干净的放在膝盖下，防止硌的疼，手里拿着洗过的旧衣服，趴在地上如舞蹈般很快就搞定，既锻炼了身体，有省水省拖把，地板还擦的很干净，剩下的水还可以用来冲厕所，真是一举多得。这样的做法在我家也毫不起眼的坚持了很多年。
