Characterization of fine organic particulate matter from Chinese cooking
Abstract:PM2.5 samples were collected by a three-stage cascade impactor at two kinds of Chinese restaurants to characterize fine organic particulate matter from Chinese cooking sources. Major individual organic compounds have been quantified by GC/MS, including series of alkanes, n-alkanoic acids, n-alkanals, alkan-2-ones and PAHs.Alkanes and ketones make up a significant fraction of particle-phase organic compounds, ranging from C11 to C26,and C9 to C19, respectively. In addition, other organic compound classes have been identified, such as alkanols,esters, furans, lactones, amides, and nitriles. Fiducial intervals of restricted parameters and their applications
In practice, the unknown parameters are often restricted. This paper provides a general method for constructing the fiducial intervals of the restricted parameters. Applying the general method, the fiducial intervals are constructed for the location (scale)parameters and the difference (ratio) of two locations (scales) in a location (scale) family of distributions. The frequency properties of these intervals are verified. For a variance components model, the fiducial intervals for the three parameters of common interest are obtained. Their frequency properties are investigated theoretically and computationally.

去之前就一直想着怎样问par当场要offer,。。因为等二面通知的两天已经让我坐立不安,所以我不想再等待!
去的早了一点,hr要我坐电梯到1楼再到9楼,打分机****找顾小姐,然后我就在waiting room等了一下~~~与一个复旦女生聊了一会,她除去了,就进来一个男生,好面熟,果然就是交大的!一猜,就是bbs上那个船院的男生阿。。。。
看着看着EY的那本杂志,par就进来了,手里拿着一个马克杯,叫了一声Tracy,我就跟着他去了~~~他领我到他的办公室,指着墙上的铭牌说这是他的名字。。。就看了一眼,没有看清楚,好像叫Peter...
他说今天下午都是交大的,然后就说为何学HR的上的课程会那么综合。我就说前两年是BA的。。
然后叫我比较一下Audit 和Tax。。。。其实大部分时间都是他在说的,就是向我推销他们公司吧。。。还说,像你这样的人才就是我们想要得,但是很难找啊~~(交大有这么多人,怎么会呢?)不知道为什么老是要夸奖我,
。我问了一下,在EY第一年的培训会有哪些?会被安排作什么样 的工作?如果进来了,能不能来实习?他说,实习就不必了,但是希望你从现在开始就看看有关CPA的东西。。(不是还没有要我吗?)后来他又讲到什么双向选择~~~乘机看了一下桌上的简历,恩,我写了生日!看来机会来了~~我就说“如果有幸可以到安永工作,那会是我今年最大的.生日礼物“ 他惊讶了一下,低头看了一下简历,说“噢,毫无疑问,你会如愿以偿的!“太棒了。。。。兴奋阿~~~然后par还说,希望你能够接受我们的offer。。。那当然阿,我又不是大牛。。。
握手、出门、道别。。。
接下来的几个小时,我简直就是上了天堂了。。
晚上9点多,手机响了,一看号码,是安永阿。hr打电话来说,我们要给你发offer,但是今天只是口头的,我们要在全部面试结束之后,发书面的offer。。。
篇4:Carbon Budget of Bastard Halibut Par
Carbon Budget of Bastard Halibut Paralichthys Oliva-eus in Relation to Body Weight and Temperature
The effects of body weight and temperature on the carbon budget of the juvenile bastard halibut, Paralichthys olivaceus , were studied at temperature 13.5, 18, 21.5 and 24 ℃, respectively. The carbon intake, faecal and growth carbon were measured, and the carbon respiration was calculated using the carbon budget equation(CC=GC+FC+RC). The combined relationship between different components of the carbon budget, body weight and temperature could be described by regression equations: CC =1.0206 W 0.8126 e 0.1483 T; G=0.0042 W 1.4096 (-5.11 T 3+285.90 T2-5173.72 T +30314.03); FC =0.0485 W0.7711e 0.1624 T ; UC = 1.4333 W 0.6715e 0.1487 T. Body weight had no significant ffect on the carbon absorption efficiency and the conversion efficiency.

Unit 3 what are you going to do? Part a Lets read-教学反思
本节课为一篇英语阅读课,文本是关于刘云周末活动计划的短文。教学设计,教学方法及理念如下:第一,热身,首先大家一起跟录音chant,为尽快投入英语课堂做好准备。然后利用头脑风暴活动复习学过的动词短语,激活学生思维,开动大脑,使学生主动参与到英语课堂。接下来增加难度,让学生把动词短语放进句子中,用i'm going to...句型说一说自己将做什么。然后运用叠罗汉的小游戏让学生先重复前一个学生所说的话,再用i'm going to...句型说一说自己将做什么。在真实的场景中,使学生感受如何进行第三人称的转述。
第二,预习,目的是基本扫除文中障碍。我通过创设打电话邀请学生去绿博园的真实情景,使学生总结电话用语,并且引出较难的单词together和 that will be fun。
第三,呈现文本。首先听录音,初步感知文本。同时划出不理解的单词和句子。然后小组合作,解决不理解的单词和句子。再跟录音读短文,加深理解,回答三个问题What is liu yun going to do on Saturday ?What is she going to buy?
What is she going to do at home?接下来让学生运用跳读(scanning)略读(skimming):要求学生在较短的时间里找出What is liu yun going to do on Sunday ?What is she going to do in the evening?同时教给学生Learning tips(学习小贴士): skimming and skanning, just find the answer.(根据问题快速略读和跳读,获取关键信息)。接下来让学生自由读短文,,然后完成课本上的表格。小组交流答案。最后在齐读课文。
第四、巩固和延伸: 巩固要求学生根据所填表格用第三人称转述短文。首先教师示范如何进行转述,然后让学生在小组内转述。最后挑选个别学生进行转述。延伸要求学生填写表格并在小组里交流,之后请个别学生和全班分享。
第五,布置作业,模仿短文,写出自己的周末计划。
在本节课的优点是:
1.采用了任务型教学,从导入到新授,到巩固练习,到延伸,都在活动中进行,都围绕着话题展开,借以突出重点,在活动中突破难点。注重抓基础,小步调,稳步前进,让学生有成就感,学得轻松而愉快。活动设计层层递进,做到了“输入有度,输出分步”。活动设计有明确的目的并具有可操作性,每个活动的设计都是为了更好的达成学习目标。
2.非常注重对学生阅读策略的培养:“授之以鱼,不如授之以渔”,每个环节都给学生提供了学法指导。 引导学生在学习过程中进行自我评价,并根据需要调整自己的学习策略。
3.真正体现了学生主体,教师主导的作用。把课堂还给学生,为学生创设多种合作学习的活动,促使学生相互学习,相互帮助,发展学生合作精神。
4.采用了学生自我评价的方式。
有待改进的是:
1,学生对每一个学习目标的'达成度缺乏真正有效的,实质的测评,即使在教学过程中有学生对完成8项任务的自我评价的过程,而且老师也教育孩子们要客观的,事实求是地去进行评价,但是学生是否客观和实事求是,有多少是客观的实事求是的,又有多少是不客观的,老师无法判断。
2.由于课堂容量较大,教师语速稍快,这也和让学生转述整篇短文这一目标设置的不适切有很大关系。
3.个别地方还可以更加放手交给学生。
篇6:Par制药公司新药MegaceES在美获批上市
近日,仿制药商par制药公司宣布,美国fda已经批准了的该公司第一个品牌药物megacees的上市申请。之前,par制药公司从百美时施贵宝手中获得了megacees的品牌许可。
megacees是一种食欲刺激剂的浓缩剂型,用于治疗摄食障碍和由疾病引起的体重下降。此次fda批准的是该产品的液体制剂,一次给药剂量为5毫升,而不是通常的20毫升。
