3、工作独立处理能力提高:通过这次实习,我深切的了解到,必须学会自己有能力的事情必须自己做的这个道理。只有培养自身的独立能力,才能在工作上得到进步。在工作上,有问题,有不懂应该大胆请教同事,而不是不懂装懂。独立工作,积累经验,最后得到的才是最适合自己的东西。
