年初制定的工作学习计划已基本完成,不过有些计划是需要一直坚持做下去的。为了深入加强策划设计部的综合实力以及自我提升,通过与胡总商量,以及部门之间的会议,针对下半年的工作学习方向作如下规划:

一、部门的发展离不开我们大家的共同努力,而为了不拖公司发展的后腿,作为员工,我们也应该与时俱进不断去学习新的知识。

1.通过部门会议,经过我们大家商议一致决定:每个人在空闲的时间,都可以把自己平时看到的,听到的关于工作或者关于其他提升类的知识分享在我们策划设计部讨论组里,每个人平时所接触到的知识面是不一样的,分享出来之后,我们每个人都将接触到更多的知识。这种方式可以活跃我们部门内部的气氛,促进大家的交流,并且让我们在这种氛围下更容易学到一些东西。

2.每周找一项专项课题,分享在讨论组里。这项专项课题是每个人都必须要去看要去学的。每周在周五之前分享在讨论组里,在周六的下午会议中抽出时间专门针对这专项课题做讨论,谈谈自己的理解与看法。通过此种方式,慢慢的积累,可以让我们学到更多知识。个人认为,通过此种强制性的措施,不管个人愿不愿意学,最终我们都将在这种方式下有所进步。

第三、推广:

推广方式多种多样,不过每样都不是特别容易去做好,因为这是一个坚持的过程。公司现行的主要推广方式是:发帖、网站、微博及其他推广平台推广。在以后的日子里,对于这块的知识我会向品宣部请教、学习,并且希望在他们的基础上努力找到其他的推广方式。另外,在推广开始实施之前,我会通过学习,模仿等手段与部门同事事先准备好推广资料。

20xx年9月至今是我的实习期间。实习期间,我非常感谢公司给我这个成长的平台,让我在工作中不断学习,不断进步。在工程部领导的教育和培养下,在同事们的关心和帮助下,自己的工作、学习等方面都取得了一定的成绩,个人综合素质也得到了一定的提高,也让我懂得团队精神的重要性。在实习期间,我时刻严格要求自己,吃苦耐劳,努力工作,在完成领导交办的工作同时,积极主动地协助其他同事开展工作,并在工作过程中提高自身各方面的能力,使自己得到更多的锻炼。作为预算员,我认为要做好以下几点:

第一,态度决定一切。这段时间工作的过程也是我自己心态不断调整、成熟的过程。刚来到公司,我有太多的茫然,整天看书好像还是无济于事。刚开始,我甚至怀疑我不适合这份工作。后来我发现,时间是我的救星,通过自己不断的调整心态,虽然没有人说,但我自然而然的就知道了身为这个行业的人该做一些什么事情,一些不懂的东西也迎刃而解了,顿时让我豁然开朗。如今只要有工作,我会以充分的热情来干好事情。心态的调整使我明白在各个岗位都有发展才能、增长知识的机会。如果我们能以充分的热情去做最平凡的工作,也能成为最精巧的职工。拥有积极的心态,就会拥有一生的成功。

第二,积累经验。初到公司的我当务之急就是拼命的学习,整天的翻阅书本,为的是能尽快熟悉工作,有机会接触实践工作。结合学校里学的相关知识,我觉得需要进一步摸索和思考,活学活用,来解决实际的问题。实际操作过程中,最主要的是把定额计算规则记熟了,之后的事就是找规律了,然后我们可以利用电子表格制表,自动计算。做预算时,我们可以根据不同的工程做出不同的表,然后输入基本数据,也就是墙的中心线,外墙净长线,内墙净长线等。比如计算一个房间的工程量时,我们只需要输入内墙净长线,门窗尺寸,房间净高就可以自动算出内墙涂料、地面、天花的工程量。这是技巧,可以提高预算的速度和准确率。

第三,即使是最基础的工作,也需要不断地创新求进,以提高工作效率。我工作的很大一部分内容,就是投标工作,本来以为算量是一种比较枯燥的工作,其实,如果用心多思考一下,核量工作通过运用电脑和统筹的方法,并不是那么死板乏味。接触工作至今,我也慢慢形成自己独特的方法。当然,随着工作的深入,还有更多新的内容等待我去学习,去思索。工作中我也存在着一些不足之处:因为去工地的机会少,实地学习的机会也太少,学东西很慢;投标工作经常出错,还需要更多的锻炼机会。在接下来的工作中,我将本着对本职工作的认真和责任心,把工作做好做精。

通过实习,我验证和巩固充实所学的理论知识,加深了对相关内容的理解,接触课堂以外的实践知识,加深了解了对本专业的需要。培养了独立进行资料收集和解决问题的能力,拓宽了视野,增长了见识,体验到社会竞争的残酷,而更多的是希望自己在工作中积累各方面的经验,为将来自己走创业之路做准备。
