people often say: “teacher is the engineer of human spirit”. so i was so proud to become a teacher when i graduated from the university. as a new teacher, i felt good and confident at first. because the knowledge of middle school was so easy. i had thought that i could do better even though i didn’t prepare for the lessons. but that day a little boy named yu fangzheng changed my mind completely . i remembered that i taught a topic about sports in grade 7. at beginning, the students were very active. because this topic was familiar to them. but suddenly, a boy asked me how to play basketball and the rules of it. at that moment, i couldn’t say a word. because i had no interest in sports in my daily life and before the class i also didn’t prepare for it. i was so embarrassed and didn’t know what i should do. at that moment, yu fangzheng stood up and told the rules, even though the history of the basketball. this thing affects me deeply. it makes me know a teacher shoud have a student’s heart. teaching is also learning,
as the greatest educational expert said: “ if you refuse learn from your students humbly, you will not know his growth environment, his ability, his needs; then, you can not teach him well even though you have excellent skills and rich knowledge.” as teachers, we need to “ charge ”, we should accept opinions of students with an open mind .we should forget our roles when we face to our students. at the same time, we should have courage to be their students , to build our classes together, to study together ,to play togetherto share happiness and sadness with each other.

很高兴能和大家在这里交流教学心得，下面我主要是在英语教学层面谈有效教学的心得，要做到有效教学，我个人认为主要做好以下几点：
一、内化学生学习动机，让其主动学习。
在我们的教学中，要千方百计提高学生对英语学习的兴趣，让学生们真真正正感受到英语是一门“有趣”、“有用”课课程，学生就能主动地克服学习上的困难。将学习情感转化为学习质量，这是提高教学质量的所以措施中最有效的一项措施。
二、不把学校任务作为负担，而作为激励学生学习的动力
昨天下午，我去参加了xx市五年级英语学业质量检测质量分析会议，在会议上，xx市教研员赵老师详细分析了xx市五年级抽测的试卷得分情况，指出了学生做题存在的问题，她说学生语言的输入较好，例如辨认，提起记忆的能力比较好，但语言的输出比较弱，其实输出主要是指填所缺单词的题目以及写作。她提出的.问题刚好和我们学校今学期给英语科的任务一致。
今学期，我们学校的工作计划谈到英语科必须抓好三项工作：1、单词的积累2、继续抓单词竞赛；3、小组课本剧表演、汇报 。说实话，本来听到这些工作任务，我感觉有压力，后来把学校任务传达了给学生，做了思想动员，例如鼓励他们学了课文后尝试去表演课本剧，并选最佳“演员”参加拍摄成录像，在学校视频广播播放，以此来鼓励他们，并教给他们表演课本剧的方法以及注意事项，我发现我们班学生很喜欢表演，甚至有同学在老师没上新课前就找同学把新课背下来并在课堂前5分钟表演了出来，这样无疑给同学们创设了理解课文的情景，而且现在背书气氛比较好，把枯燥有压力的背书任务转化为一种兴趣，催背书的情况有所减少。在学期末，学校会进行一次全校的单词竞赛，我给学生做思想动员，以学校会颁发相应的奖励为刺激与目标，并灌输在测验中记忆单词的重要性，同时我教给了他们记忆的方法，大部分学生都能主动地去记忆单词，当学生有了“我要学”的情感、动机和态度，也有了“我会学”的学习习惯和方法后 ，取得的效果会更好！
三、突破重难点，创设情景让学生多运用
在中国，我们学生习得语言的环境很少，所以很有必要创设情景让学生去运用语言。在课堂上，把重难点找出来，创设情景让学生理解语言知识点后，创设相似的情景让学生去操练或者运用语言。例如课文中一些重要的句子，我把它板书出来后，让学生用上这些句子去和同学编对话，可能平时注重课本剧的表演，意想不到的时学生用上了很多其它课文出现的句子，组编成一个很好的对话，在老师的鼓励下，很多同学都在课堂上要求表演，所以我干脆把大部分时间留给他们去说英语，逐渐地，我发觉他们的英语口语进步了，有的学生爱上了背书，有的主动去请教如何翻译。所以在这次学校的视频广播中，我让他们多拍了自己课堂上编的对话。
总的来说，我认为要做到有效教学，要千方百计提高学生学习英语的兴趣，引导学生树立明确的学习动机，让学生感受到学习的成功和乐趣，在平时的教学中培养和渗透学习策略，大力培养学生学习的主动性，立足于提高课堂教学的水平提升成绩！

It is my pleasure to have joined the training of primary English-teaching several times. Through the learning, I have broaden my horizon widely: teaching teachers’ cadent explaining; the fluent English dialogue between the teacher and students; the trenchant comments of the experts made me be filled with admiration and strengthen my confidence ,resolution and perseverance of doing well of English-teaching.
Though the example is good, following after a fashion is not sure to be successful. It is avoidable that there are some troubles and problems in the process of teaching, which will not damp down my enthusiasm to the English-teaching and I still pursuit my ever-lasting hope enduringly. Under the support of this belief, I raise my head and advance in the long journey of English-teaching and cultivate in the fertile soil of English-teaching.

尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的同事们：
大家好！很荣幸今天能在这里和大家进行交流学习。说实在，从接到这项任务的那一刻起，我心中一直充满了忐忑不安。毕竟台下在座的有很多老师都是我的前辈，比我的教学经验要丰富的多，还轮不到我这个小辈来大谈教学经验，所以在此我想从备课、课堂教学以及课后落实这三个方面来谈谈我的一些做法和体会。
一、备课
我们都知道一节课能否上的好，很大程度上取决于教师的备课。“台上一分钟，台下十年功”也可算是对教师备课的真实写照。我记得刚工作那年，刚好遇到新课改的第一年，对于教材不熟悉又没有工作经验，所以当时急急忙忙跑到新华书店买了一本教学参考书，把参考书里面的内容一一写在备课本上，书本上密密麻麻的写了很多，在课堂上又急于想把所有内容都交给学生。结果可想而知，学生一开始还会认真记笔记，后来就渐渐不想记了，或者有记没记得随便写点，课堂气氛也变得死气沉沉。于是我及时刹车，静下心来反思，也查阅了相关知识，发现这也是我们新教师的一种通病，备课备了很多，面面俱到，上课的时候总希望把备课的内容全部交给学生，满堂灌，总觉得在课堂上讲的多，学生就能学的多，结果一堂课下来自己讲的累，但学生还是不知道这堂课讲了些什么，讲的过多容易引起学生消化不良。
那么，如何备好一堂课呢？我觉得首先要充分了解教材，学会钻研，只有在教材的探讨上达到一定的深度和广度，把握教材，吃透教材，才能在应用教材实施课堂教学的时候游刃有余、指点有方。而且在上课之前最好自己先试讲一两次，上课的时候尽量做到脱稿。比如我在讲到强调句的时候，可以顺便提到一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的强调句式，并拓展not
until的强调句式以及把强调句和省略句，定语从句联系在一起，所有的这些都脱离书本直接讲出来（包括例句），这样上课的时候与学生眼神交流，心与心交流的机会就多了，自我感觉好，上课可以更好的发挥，学生对老师也产生一种崇拜之情，对老师的话也会很要听了，所以一定程度上也收服了学生。而且我对自己也一再提醒，即使我是刚毕业没几年的新教师，我也要让我的学生感觉我是经验丰富的老教师。
其次，备课要突出重点，比如这堂课主要是学习这个单元的词汇，那么在备完词汇内容后多准备一些习题给学生机会去练习，可以采取填空、造句、选择题，默写等方式让学生去熟悉新的词汇，反反复复操练。其他内容可以不涉及。这也有助于老师在下堂课回顾上一堂的内容是学生马上给出反馈。如果上堂课备的内容既有词汇又有课文内容，学生首先消化不了这么多内容，另外在第二堂课的时候回忆不出来。我记得这次假期补课期间，我们英语组第一天的课时安排学生摸底考试。第二天分析试卷，我前一天备课的内容是试卷上的15道选择题，这15道题目中非谓语动词出现了好几遍，所以我就把备课的重点放在了非谓语动词上，而且非谓语动词是我们高中阶段的重难点部分。碰巧后来的作业中又陆陆续续碰到了好多非谓语动词的练习，那么我就会讲，同学们，还记得在第二堂课上老师讲的非谓语动词啊。学生往往印象深刻，因为那堂课我只讲了一个重点，那就是非谓语动词。所以备课的时候一定要突出重点，而且不用多，一两个就够了。毕竟我们的学生肠胃不好，吃多了会消化不良，还不如少吃多餐，细嚼慢咽，慢慢消化。
最后是要备学生。我们的学生英语水平普遍不是很好，而且一个老师的两个班级学生之间水平也参差不齐，往往备的课在重点班上还好，而在普通班上学生就接受不了了。所以备课的时候要根据学生实际情况。那么如何了解学生的实际情况呢？可以从学生在课上的表现：课下完成作业的情况中了解。如果你备课的内容在重点班学生都不是很适应，那么在普通班最好就别在用了，否则就是在浪费时间。另外准备的作业也要有弹性。不能两个班每个班一张试卷就可以了。我一般都是好点的班级一张试卷全部做，普通班阅读或者完型先不做。这部分不做的题目我会放在课堂上让普通班学生当堂完成。因为普通班学生基础和自觉性总是比重点班要差。很多学生科恩给你文章都看不懂，一开始可能还会去查字典，但久而久之懒了，就不去查字典而是去问别人抄。所以我宁可让他们在课堂上当堂做完，不会的查字典或者请教老师。
二、课堂教学
首先，上课要精神饱满。其实我们每个老师都会有自己特有的风格和性格，像__老师和__老师的严谨，__老师和__老师的幽默，__老师和__老师的温和，__老师和__老师的热情等等，他们都能够充分贴切的讲自己的性格融汇到课堂教学中，形成了自己特有的教学风格，而一个有个性、与众不同的老师往往能够吸引学生和带动学生。就我本人而言，我是一个性格比较开朗的人，大学时也学过健美操，所以我习惯将课堂作为一个表演的舞台，只要走进教室，就会显得精神饱满，充满热情，教学各个环节一般都设计的非常紧凑，教学过程中，我会不时的随机点学生回答问题，迫使学生注意力集中。而且听过我课的老师和学生都说我上课的时候肢体语言非常丰富。其实这是一种自然而然地行为。比如说讲到对于刚刚内容的回顾，我会突然书本一合，然后举起我的右手说，来，同学们，现在跟老师一起来回顾一下刚刚我们学过的内容。这也无形当中调动了课堂气氛，激发了学生的学习兴趣。学生毕竟还未成熟，很多学生因为课堂好玩，老师上课有趣才去学这门课。所以说兴趣是最好的老师。
其次，始终坚持扎实课本，背记内容尽量在课堂上完成。我们学生每天要上的课很多，要背记得内容页很多，语文要背，数学公式要背，政史要背，理化生也要背。而英语更是非背不可，英语单词如果不背，单项题目看不懂，阅读完型内容看不懂，作文不会写。所以在所有科目中有其特殊性，背记内容特别多，单词要背，课文要背，天天都有背的任务，如果“背”成为学生害怕和头疼的事，那很难让学生保持对英语的学习热情。因此，我尽量将要背的内容在课堂上完成，在新课完成后，留出一定的时间趁热打铁，让学生背诵。只将少部分的留到课后去背。学生能在短时间内根据板书的提示信息背出当天新学内容时，背诵不仅不会成为负担，相反这种成就感能够激励学生提高上课效率更专注于课堂。
最后适当调节课堂气氛。英语是一门语言科目，不仅要求学生能静得下来，更需要学生能动起来。如果课堂气氛过于严肃，那么当老师需要他们活跃时，学生会显得没有热情配合，设计的活动环节也会显得生硬不自然。所以，我上课时，会偶尔跟学生开开玩笑。我记得有一次，还是我大肚子的时候，那天下午的英语课上，给学生放听力，下午的课，学生有些昏昏欲睡，注意力不是很集中。我放了一遍听力，一篇小对话很简短的，让学生把大概的意思告诉给我听。问了半天居然没人反应，当时真想狠狠的批评他们一顿。忽然，我宝宝在肚子里面踢了我两次。我就借题发挥，我说，同学们啊，你们看，我宝宝都听懂了这篇对话，在肚子里给了我反映，你们难道连个小毛头都不如吗？学生听完哈哈大笑，瞌睡虫也被赶走了。我就说再放一遍，这遍要仔细听了哦。第二遍放好后，基本上学生们都能把大概意思给讲出来了。这个玩笑即间接地起到批评鞭策的作用，又能让学生主动学习。效果肯定要比狠狠批评他们一通要好得多。另外我还很喜欢跟学生就话题内容穿插一些我的大学生活，比如参加各种各样的社团，晚会啊等等，让他们憧憬一下美好的大学生活，然后我会话题一转，说到，要想实现那个美好的`大学梦想，想在就要好好学习吧，再苦也是值得的哦。不仅调动了课堂气氛，也起到了一定的教育作用。
三、课后落实。
首先，作业批改要及时有效。老师的作业一定要自己批改，而且在批改作业的时候应该要留意那些错误率高的题目，可以把题号记录下来在第二天的课上着重进行分析。或者也可以把错题进行归类。比如说主要是错在定语从句这块语法上面，那么有可能在课上没有讲透，学生还不理解。下一堂课可以针对这个语法再讲一遍。另外，有时候是课堂上听未必能听懂。那么可以把这些同学单独叫过来面对面帮他们分析，等在课堂上分析的时候他们相当于是听第二遍，那就不至于像听天书一样了。此外在与这些基础差的学生交流中还可以发现他们的薄弱环节，鼓励他们多来问问题，帮助他们树立信心，从而培养学习英语的兴趣。当然老师作业改得及时认真也能杜绝那些抄作业现象。
其次，针对学生的作文，以往我都是把学生的错误句子划出来，第二天的课上把学生普遍犯的错误讲一下，错句修改一下，然后范本抄在黑板上让学生回去去背诵。但渐渐地我发现学生即使这次的范本背会了自己写作文的时候错误还是在出现，而且这些错误都是他们学英语以来一直在犯的老毛病。原来，我们老师辛辛苦苦每篇文章帮他们划出错误，而他们压根就视而不见，这篇文章犯的错误下次照样还会再犯。我就在想，如果学生自己的毛病没有根治，再多的新鲜血液输入进去也是没有用的。治标要治本，所以后来我就要求学生把每次发下去的作文划线部分订正好当天交上来，如果不会订正可以问同学或者向老师请教，至于那些作文分数在及格分以下的肯定错误很多，我则要求他们面批，自己抽时间来找我。这样一来，很多学生如果不会订正就会主动来请教老师，从而真正理解地把自己的错误给纠正过来了，也就避免在考试作文中不必要的失分。
最后，落实背诵和默写。英语学科，即使老师课堂教学再出色，单词课文的背记如果不落实，还是很难出成绩，这一点是我们所有英语老师的共识，也是最辛苦和让人无奈的事。背诵我喜欢亲力亲为。虽然比较累，但学生在背的时候我可以及时帮他纠正发音错误，或者随时抽出几个重点短语句子让他回顾，从而检测学生有没有真正理解着背。另外学生来背诵其实也是一次师生交流互动的机会。比如说有个学生前两天在课堂上睡着了，而当时我又忘记把他叫过来面谈了，趁着他来背书的机会刚好提醒我，背完后也就可以跟他面对面交流了。除了背诵，默写也很重要。我几乎每天都有默写内同，有时候是默写单词，有时候是默写句子，甚至于默写课文。有些学生光会背不会写，这在作文中很吃亏的，所以默写也很重要。默写不过关一般都要求第二天来重默出，从而不影响下次的默写。至于那些基础很差，连单词都不会读的学生，我一般先教他们音标，这在高一可以尝试。我记得我带的第一届，高一一开始就是先教音标，每个人都要过关。因为如果音标会了，单词就会读，而且很多单词是根据读音拼出来的。高二高三就可以省下很多麻烦。
教无定法，但一切要以自己的学生为本，尊重学生的需求，兴趣。量体裁衣，我们播下的种子才会收货。以上是我在英语教学过程中的一些心得体会，相信每位老师都比我做得更好，而且在我的教学过程中还存在很多不足，希望在以后的日子里能在各位领导、老师、前辈的指导下，取得更大的进步！谢谢大家！

You may wonder if I believe in afterlife. My answer is: I know nothing about my previous life, so I dare not make improper comments on afterlife. But I do hope there's afterlife! Because our present life is so short that so many things slip away before our proper understanding. I have so many dreams, so many wishes, so many ambitions, as well as so many regrets and concerns. If there were no afterlife, all of them will remain unrealized!
I'm not contented with the present commonplace life, I'm very much attached to the affections that should have been mine but have been washed away by the hurrying time, and I yearn for the perfection and maturity if I could start all over again. So believe it or not, I'd rather there were afterlife.

A Brother Like That
A friend of mine named Paul received an automobile from his brother as a Christmas present. On Christmas Eve when Paul came out of his office， a street urchin was walking around the shiny new car， admiring it.
“Is this your car， Mister?” he said.
Paul nodded. “My brother gave it to me for Christmas.” The boy was astounded. “You mean your brother gave it to you and it didn’t cost you nothing? Boy， I wish . . .” He hesitated.
Of course Paul knew what he was going to wish for. He was going to wish he had a brother like that. But what the lad said jarred Paul all the way down to his heels. “I wish，” the boy went on， “That I could be a brother like that.”
Paul looked at the boy in astonishment， then impulsively he added， “Would you like to take a ride in my car?”
“Oh yes， Id love that.”
After a short ride， the boy turned with his eyes aglow， said， “Mister， would you mind driving in front of my house?”
Paul smiled a little. He thought he knew what the lad wanted. He wanted to show his neighbors that he could ride home in a big automobile. But Paul was wrong again. “Will you stop where those two steps are?” the boy asked.
He ran up the steps. Then in a little while Paul heard him ing back， but he was not ing fast. He was carrying his little crippled brother. He sat him down on the bottom step， then sort of squeezed up against him and pointed to the car.
“There she is， Buddy， just like I told you upstairs. His brother gave it to him for Christmas and it didn’t cost him a cent. And some day Im gonna give you one just like it . . . then you can see for yourself all the pretty things in the Christmas windows that Ive been trying to tell you about.” Paul got out and lifted the lad to the front seat of his car. The shining-eyed older brother climbed in beside him and the three of them began a memorable holiday ride. That Christmas Eve， Paul learned
