一、认真学习了解村情走访村民。通过档案室已有材料认真学习了解我村基本情况和近几年发展建设情况。并向村两委成员虚心求教。见到村民热情打招呼，主动走访村民，了解村情，现已走访清泉、中泉两组的大部分村民。
二、认真协助好村委开展民情沟通工作。通过民情沟通日这个平台，与到会村民相互认识，在村委会议期间通过倒茶，递烟等迅速融入他们中，为日后开展工作打好基础。会中认真听取群众意见，了解民意。会后详细记录，以备查阅总结。
三、认真协助村委管理村内事务。协助村委起草各种申请报告，协助乡党委政府、村委做好招商引资工作。协助村委完成村民新农合的收缴，顺利申请到水利建设专项资金一万元，成功引进投资1500万元的清泉生态养殖有限公司入驻分水乡豪头村。
四、认真做好工作总结。在工作和生活中遇到的重大困难和想法都记录在工作手册上，并请教村委、乡党委帮助。及时和领导保持沟通，汇报工作。迫使自己尽快适应农村工作并全身心投入。

三个月的农村工作，使我在不知不觉中完成了角色转变，今后我计划从以下几方面来完善自身的不足，全面提升自己的综合素质。
一是要结合实际，发展属于自己的项目，在创业问题上继续动脑筋。多去其他创业村官联系、学习和提高动手能力，多观察，善思考，多请教。
二是要坚持走访农户，与村民交朋友，进一步熟悉掌握本村。

又是一年岁末时。江南的冬日空气总显得这么潮湿，软软的阳光也带着一阵阵寒风，这个圣诞平安夜，雨雪纷飞的杭州小巷肯定别有一番情致。最近很多人都写“我拿流年乱了浮生”，也许这就是80后，特别是85后的迷茫吧。当“神马都是浮云”飘荡整个大街的时候，我却无视的.笑笑“一群不成熟的孩子啊”。是的，进入职场半年了，不敢说一直以如火的热情投入工作，但是这半年却是我心态不断调整、成熟的过程，我开始看清社会的现实，开始知道内心要有多坚强才能够成长，开始不再天真的对一切都无所谓，开始知道没有结果的过程，那么过程就是浪费；而没有过程的结果，那么结果也没有意义。

B、厂内品质专案的持续执行，以源头管理、源头控制为品质管控理念，以预防为主、全员品管为宗旨。
C、增加人员培训，品质观念的持续灌输，循环培训、重复宣导开始，潜移默化进行，以达到人人品管之目的，此点也因人员不稳定及个别干部陈旧思想及品质观念的淡薄，执行改善工作效果不佳，甚至存在排斥现象，故此项工作谓“任重而道远”
D、针对模具不良问题，持续推动改善，在过去的一年里，此项工作执行起来存在诸多问题，也显得比较艰难，在来年须诸多努力“攻坚”

，在公司经营班子的正确领导下，在各位班子成员的信任和支持下，我紧紧围绕公司年初工作会议部署，认真履行岗位职责，不断加强自身建设，积极主动地抓好分管的电网规划、建设工作及多经工作，圆满完成了20的各项工作任务。根据曲靖供电局干部管理的有关要求，现就年1月—12月的学习情况、履职情况及廉洁自律情况总结汇报如下：
一、加强学习，为提高工作效率打基础。
2014年，我积极参加了公司党委中心组组织的学习、实践科学发展观活动，深入学习领会十七届三中、四中全会精神等党的大政、方针、策略;认真研读了南网方略、云南电网公司、曲靖供电局2014年工作会议精神及云南电网公司的发展战略;系统学习了《云南电网公司深入学习实践科学发展观活动党员干部学习材料汇编》及科学发展观重要理论;学习了企业管理、安全生产管理、工程建设管理等多种与业务相关的法律法规以及行业规程、规定的知识。
在自我学习的同时，还参加南网方略与企业文化电子课件学习、安全工作规程考试、县级供电企业基础管理达标优秀企业标准宣贯培训、中国南方电网员工手册培训、特种作业操作证复训、安全生产风险管理系统培训、管理能力提升培训、交通安全学习培训等。
学有所得，认真做好学习心得笔记，撰写了个人学习，结合分管工作，实践并运用。进一步创新工作思路，调动起各部门员工各方面的工作积极性，提高了工作效率和执行力。
二、履职情况
我具体分管发展部和工程建设部，联系多经工作。回忆一年来，具体工作如下：
(一)电网规划有了新突破。
组织、督促计划发展部完成了《xx县十二五节能减排规划》、《xx县农村电网升级改造规划》，编制了《xx县十二五电网发展规划》并上报曲靖供电局评审。完成35千伏马路变电站新建和35千伏驾车变电站改造工程选址，编制上报了可研报告。对未办理土地使用证、房屋产权证的35千伏变电站“两证”进行清理，并逐步完善和办理“两证”。完成110千伏马武变电站及35千伏马路、驾车变电站共19条10千伏负荷转移线的勘测设计，完成总投资7000万元的10千伏及以下农网升级改造储备项目勘测设计任务。完成35千伏龙潭—五星输电线路大修工程(冰灾加固段)可行性研究报告。圆满完成无电地区电力建设项目、20中西部农网完善项目、年农网升级改造项目设计及上报审查工作。
(二)电网建设快速推进。
认真开展“工程投资管理年”活动，积极协助总经理及时召开2013年电网建设工作会，做好调研、协调工作，取得各级、各部门的极大支持。指导成立工程项目部及五个专业组，明确了相应的工作职责。与公司各相关部门、各供电所签订了10千伏及以下农网工程建设目标责任书。落实施工计划和管理责任，进一步优化和完善管理流程。
2014年，我县10kV及以下电网工程，分别为：2013年无电地区电力建设项目(投资3852万元)、2013年中西部农网完善项目(投资819万元)、2013年农网升级改造项目(投资万元)。
以上三批项目总投资累计投资6669万元，工程共涉及全县20个乡镇、119个行政村、222个自然村，共计307个工程项目，工程计划建设10kV线路274。45km，400V/220V线路329。69km，变压器274台，容量27785kVA，“一户一表”6892户。
在工程实施前期，为创造良好的施工环境和氛围，奔赴金钟、大海、矿山、雨碌、鲁纳、驾车等乡镇各乡镇调研、协调。工程实施中，组织召开了农网改造现场安全工作会，着力抓好工程安全管理，成立农网工程安全督导工作组进行现场督导，确保按时、按质、按量完成了电网建设改造任务。
经过三个月的连续奋战，于2014年11月29日提前完成了xx县2013年无电地区电力建设工程，新建10千伏线路177。29千米，400伏/220伏线路245。28千米，安装变压器162台，改造“一户一表”5081户，全面实现了全县“户户通电”的目标，也宣告了曲靖市无电地区电力建设工程项目全部结束。截止2013年12月15日，完成了xx县2013年中西部农网完善工程的36%。
(三)全力做好了工程竣工资料档案的管理工作。按局里‘农网工作会议’要求，于2013年初，督促工程建设部完成了实施的4批农网工程、实施的4批农网工程和范家村变电站技改工程审计工作，使得xx县自实施农网改造以来的所有工程项目审结率达到100%。完成了以前实施的30万无电人口通电、县城电网改造、完善西部农网及20、20实施的农网工程竣工资料梳理、归档工作，至此，xx县自实施农网改造以来的所有工程竣工资料归档率达到。

一.以身作则，为人师表
班主任不仅仅是一个班级的组织者和管理者，更是一个班级的教育者。和其他任课老师相比，班主任所担负的对学生的教育责任更重。平时与学生相处的时间比其他老师要多得多，因此班主任的一举一动，都将对学生产生较大的影响。俗话说：“身教重于言教。”老师的外在行为表现对学生具有一种榜样和示范的作用，会对学生产生潜移默化的影响，尤其是对辨别能力、自控能力较差的低年级孩子，影响尤为突出。
因此，在平时与学生相处的时时刻刻，我都严格要求自己，做到“要学生做到的，老师先要做到”。比如，要求学生做到随捡，在平时，我看到地上有纸屑时，总是弯下腰去捡起来，我发现，那些近旁的学生看到我这样做之后，也在地上搜索是否有纸屑了。教育学生讲文明懂礼貌，那么我也会主动跟学生问好，说谢谢你之类的礼貌用语，孩子也会自然地用礼貌用语来回答我。这样的一种正面影响一定能有益学生的发展。
二.加强思想品德的教育
班主任的基本任务是对学生进行思想品德教育，使他们的身心得到全面健康的发展。对于二年级的孩子来说，正是接受各方面教育的最佳时机，除了学习，我想更为重要的是教会他们认识世界，明辨是非，学习怎样做人。因此我利用每周一的班会，结合国旗下讲话的内容，在班会课上做相应的安排。
比如在三月份进行雷锋精神宣传的时候，我就请小朋友事先找找有关雷锋叔叔的资料或书籍，利用班会课来交流小故事，说说我们要学习雷锋叔叔的哪些精神;在进行环保教育宣传时，我会和孩子们讲一些地球环境的现状，引发孩子们环境危机感，再请小朋友来当“环保小卫士”，给环境保护支招;在进行安全宣传时，我就结合日常生活中的事例让学生来评一评，说一说，议一议……
此外，我还利用班会课，和小朋友们开展各种活动：比如植树节时让他们通过自制小标签的形式督促自己保护周围的一草一木;母亲节的时候，让孩子们给亲爱的妈妈或奶奶送份节日的祝福或帮他们作件好事;开展以“争做文明礼貌小标兵”为教育主题开展了活泼生动的主题班会;把班级分成七个互助小组，让学生在互助小组中通过多种形式的互助活动互相帮助，取长补短，共同进步。
三.加强班级管理，培养学生能力
如何在日常的班级管理中让学生养成良好的习惯、培养学生能力呢?我尝试让班级管理成为大家的事，让学生成为班级管理的主人，也同时在这样的过程中培养他们的能力。因此尝试以下的做法：
1.由小组负责清洁卫生。
卫生由每个小组负责，采用轮流值日的方法，选好卫生小组长，由组长分派任务，按照值日工作的顺序进行打扫卫生，打扫完毕后，将卫生用具放回原位，然后在卫生值日本上作好相关的记录并由组长负责检查值日情况。
2、对于课间纪律稍差，在经过提醒之后仍旧不改的小朋友，我也会采取小小的惩罚
比如在他跑得满头大汗的时候，我会请他回到自己的座位上休息，当然不忘对他说“可以预习下节课要上的内容”，有些喜欢打闹的孩子，我则会请他来帮我做事，比如整理本子，收发本子，拖拖地，抹抹桌子……，换个方式让他手不闲着，最后也不忘夸一句“你的手真会帮老师做事”这样做的目的是让孩子体会到有所作为的快乐，从而进行文明的课间活动。
3、让学生展示自我，树立自信
二年级学生活泼好动，好表现自己，在多种多样的活动中，能够让他们更加迅速快乐地成长。在班级中，我努力搭建学生展示的舞台，利用学校网站这样一个良好的平台，将学生每周写话选取一些优秀的发到网上，让更多的孩子和家长能够看到，并且在作文课上朗读学生的作品，学生的反应热烈，写话的兴趣也更浓厚了。此外利用班会开展一些小活动，诸如：查字典比赛，成语接龙，童话故事比赛等来益智身心，鼓励孩子为大家表演，增强自信。
4、特殊学生的教育
一个班中总是有一些学生的成绩稍差一些，常此以往，定会拖班级的后腿。因此，我会利用一些课间时间来帮助他们，在作业上有困难的，就一道一道题跟他一起做。当然课间的时间基本上是不够的，因为还要去注意其他小朋友的课间活动情况。因此大多数情况是在放学之后或午休时间，单独留下几个学习有困难的学生进行补习。主要是帮助他们完成当天的作业和订正，还会和他们明确回家作业的要求，此外再对课文或字词方面不理解的.进行辅导讲解。班中还有几个学生的学习、生活习惯很不好，比如插嘴现象很严重，坐立姿势也不端正，针对这种情况，我主要将他们分散在班级中，有个别特别调皮的就安排他们坐在最前面，上课经常提醒提醒，也便于管理。
5、家校沟通，携手共进
孩子的教育离不开老师和家长的共同协作，因此，经常与家长取得联系是我们的责任，也是义务。孩子在家中的表现只能通过家长来获悉，同样学生在学校的表现也应及时反馈给家长，只有双管齐下，才能收到教育的效果。因此，在本学期中，我利用家访这一平台，主动与家长们保持联系，将一些孩子的表现通知家长，共同商量对策，也利用班级网站、或是平时放学时与多位家长进行交流。

每一份职业都有其所担负的责任与义务。作为一名人民教师,我们的责任更是无处不在。每位班主任可能都有这样的体会,每天平安地送走最后一个学生的那一刻是最轻松的。终于可以在心底舒一口气,让自己的精神短时间的放松一下。
一个孩子的失败,对一个教师来说,只是几十分之一的失败,但对于一个家庭来说,就是百分之百的失败。我们的工作承载着社会和家庭太多的期望。我理解的责任就是把自己该干的干好。含义很简单,但做起来却一点儿也不轻松。
那是今年深秋的一天，在学生上完夜自习后，天气骤然变冷，嗖嗖冷风让人仿佛走进了严冬。我提醒孩子们把教室的衣服都穿上。但是，捣蛋的刘晓飞却在我给他披上衣服后又把衣服偷偷放回了教室。在走进宿舍楼的时候，但是，在我听来，那些话却一次次敲击着我的内心，因为生病而多穿的衣服此时变得异常沉重。

我结合学校的三大习惯养成教育，针对性地在班里组织各种小竞赛,提高学生的学习积极性。当我们新学习一篇课文时,我会建议男女生比一比,看谁读得好。如果学习古诗,我会提出看哪个小组先背过。获胜的更有信心完成后面的任务,失败的憋着一股劲在下面的环节等着对方。就这样,你追我赶,形成一股积极向上的风气。
第三,训练优秀能干的班干部、小助手。想到他们已经进入四年级,有能力自治了,我就在班里选拔了一批既有能力又认真负责的小干部。选出来以后,我根据他们的专长和兴趣给他们分配任务。
比如,我安排画画好写字好的梁惠琼同学,负责班里的黑板报;分配认真仔细的王舒羽担任数学课代表,负责收发作业。然后分别指导他们寻找工作重点难点,指点他们解决的办法。然后,就放心大胆地让他们各负其责。当然也不能少了教师的监控。

2.In order to promote more and more people to protect the birds in Dalian,we held an article match with the theme of “Take Good Care of Birds in Dalian”.There are two advantages:on one hand,we could seize this opportunity to propagate to the thousands of college students in Dalian to pay more attention of birds.On the other hand,we‘d like to let more citizens know what the birds,as same as humanbeings,are worth cherishing by college students‘pleasure articles.
3.In order to widely propagate for cherishing the birds,in the early May,we held a bicycle-riding for signiture movement with the same theme “Take Good Care of Birds in Dalian”.This activity was run cooperatively with the Environmental Protecting Association of Dalian Maritime University,Dalian Daily,New Business and several other broadcasting station also made immediate report.We altogether more than 30 people sent the handbills,collected signitures,made survey,which made this activity more splendid.Not only was the scroll filled with people‘s signiture,even before 10 o‘clock,but also many people felt pity that they haven‘t got a place to sign their name on.After hearing our secretary-general Weiwei Jiang‘s English introduction,a tourist from Ireland was very glad of signing his name,and left a word “significative movements”for us.We felt really happy to see that this activity had so wide influnce,and so many people attended it.All these were the affirmation of our efforts,and reflected that in the modern metropolis there are also a lot of people loving nature.
4.In the early June,we have edited “The Message of Birds in Dalian”N2.We compiled the keystone of our work and splendid articles into the book.We usually communicate with other Birds Association for the NGO and related e_perience.In Dalian locality,we often go out to send handbills in the universities,elementary school near Lushun in which birds formicating.We‘d like to make them understand that birds also have their own emotions.Anyone, who destroys the nature,will equal to destroy humankind.
Problem e_isting:For cadremen‘s lack of e_penrience for organizing the activities,things are short of proper arrangement;For they have little knowledge of birds,there are still many little problems e_isting when editing program or holding the activities.

I. Purpose:

II. Content:
During this month, with my father, I have got the chance to work as an intern in Tianjin Haiping Industry and Trade Company, which really e_cited me for a long time. The company is a start-up by my father’s friend, and it belongs to a micro-firm, so it only employed ten people or less.
After an brief self-introduction with the staff of the company, my internship started. It was my first time that I worked in a real company. I felt a little nervous because I had no idea of what kind of job I would take. As an English major student, I’m sure my knowledge of English is adequate for the job. And I have basic knowledge of foreign trade .So I think I just need to apply it into practice. During this time I worked as an assistant in the office, helped to deal with the language work, such as communicating with foreigners in English and translating the files between the companies. And I also did some daily and easy work because of my lack of work e_perience.
Then my first major task was handling phone lines, including incoming and outgoing phone calls in the front desk. Initially, I thought this task would be easy, after all it was just answering phone calls, but I quickly learned how much work had to be put into these phone calls. I realized that I had to better equip myself with the knowledge about the communication, be prepared for answering questionings, and memorize all the department e_tension as we were not allowed to reference any directory when transferring calls. Fortunately, after one week, I was able to grasp all the necessary requirements and I progressed a lot. In addition, during my first task as front desk personnel, I was e_posed to other tasks, such as do some fa_ing and photocopying in company, preparing the material for the workmates, fetching newspaper or other documents for them. I had been doing that work almost a week. At the very beginning, I was so disappointed about what I was busy with. I was even so tired of them and gave it up. But when I saw the hard-working mates and some courage from my friends and leader, I moved on.
The following weeks, I switched gears and moved to the main office where I would spend the ne_t two weeks in front of a computer, conducting research into different corporations in China that produce the similar products with our company. The process was not only time consuming, but comple_ and knotty as it involved a great amount of reading and recording. I managed to produce information, and communicate with customers and send e-mails. E-mail is the most common form of communication with customers. Therefore, we can use the knowledge about English correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school. Many buyers or full-time purchasers simply judge your professionalism by your E-mail. Many customers also liked contacting with me on MSN or Skype, and they would ask for voice communication. At first I was nervous ,and I was always thinking about how to speak English in the right words and correct grammar. However, I found that they were not e_actly strict to my English. As long as my oral English is enough to communicate and I know professional product knowledge, they can understand what I say. They are all outgoing but serious when talking about business.
Though hard and a little boring, I can be a part of the social society and enjoyed the pressure and competition from the outside world, quite different from the school yard. And also, many disadvantages and weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time. When I was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, I would try to argue with them and avoid my duty in the case. However, now, after such a long time training, I will be silent to accept what they teach me or scold me, and then self-question myself to make some changes. What I learned at school is so limited that I can hardly put into practice when faced with different complicated situations in society. So there is no doubt that I’ll read more and e_perience much to balance the book-knowledge and social life. And only in this way, can I be of importance to me, then to the country.
III. Gains:
“Study for the sake of use.” as a Chinese saying goes, I should say that there does e_ist a big gap between theories and practice. During this internship period, I have learned a lot of things that I can't get from our books:
First, it offers me an opportunity to get in touch with the things that I haven't encountered before. Many products of our company are stranger to us. Furthermore, I have broadened my horizons.
Secondly, the internship rightly provides me with a good chance to train my ability of communication and improve the spirit of teamwork. There are about ten employees in all. I didn't get acquainted with any of the other four, but in the first week, we got familiar with each other and shared information with each other. Also, when I encounter a difficult case, I'll also turn to the senior members of this department for help and they are always ready to help. Harmonious interpersonal relationship, right? Yes,a good relationship with our colleagues is priceless treasure to us as well as a strong sense of teamwork.
Thirdly, English is just a tool for communication. Therefore, as an English major student, we can't be limited to the study of the language but involve ourselves with knowledge of other areas. In the first few days, I always felt frustrated because there were so many new terms that I couldn't digest thoroughly. Although I can do very well in English reading, there are much desired for me to understand the situations provided by customers. However, practice makes perfect. With almost one-month practice, I now manage to handle the cases well. Knowledge, like the sea, is boundless; only through hard study can one reach the destination. It is completely right.
IV. Problems and Solutions :
The first one is related with the foreign trade terms. Such as quotation, ordering, terms of payments, out-factory preparation and payment. They are the most complicated and difficult issues. Because my major is not business English, I did not know the jargon and the professional name of our products at the beginning. I would read some books about International Trade to learn them by myself. And sometimes, I would ask others to e_plain them for me. The best solutions will be taken down into my note book. I know it does need some time to e_perience in handling such cases.
The second, my working attitude is not good enough. At first, I did not realize the seriousness of working. But I tried to correct my thoughts and focused myself on my work. But the members there did offer great help and teach me a lot of things.
The third, being shy is always my weakness. In fact, when I am with my friend, I am talkative. But during my work there, at first, I get nervous with the strangers.
The last but not least, my oral English is not good enough and I must practice it again and again to improve it. When I was talking with the foreigners I found that sometimes it was very hard to understand what they are talking about, not because of sick listening comprehension, but their accents, which really bothered me a lot. What we learned in the class is Standard English, so it is easy for us to understand each other. There are some customers’ pronunciation I cannot understand. One time, a client called me on Skype, so I found that he spoke very fast and I just can catch “Hello!” Then I could not understand any word and I immediately told him I do not understand what he said, and then he typed while I speak. So I'll work hard to get a good command of oral English and listen to the pronunciation from different countries frequently. Thus I'll have a more fluent communication with my clients. Actually, I've been taken action right away. I try my best to make friends and chat with them from different countries. I'll work even harder.
