我在1月17日从国家卫生委员会官网上发布的新型冠状病毒疫情情况看，当时只有武汉及湖北的部分城市病例数较多，而我们去集训的地方是四川省，当时还未发现病例，这个消息令我十分庆幸，认为这个病只是暂时的，很快就会过去，不会影响我们去集训的计划。可是随着时间的推移，我发现这个病非常厉害，传染性极强，每天被感染的人数都翻倍增长，而且不光是湖北省，很快全国各地都有相关病例的报道了。我天天祈祷疫病赶快结束，我好能正常去成都集训，可是现实是残酷的，不光是成都去不成了，就连过年的庙会、电影院、公园等公共场所全部都关闭了，我烦闷极了，觉得这个假期太无聊了，每天心情很差，除了吃就是睡。妈妈看着我的状态不好，每天给我讲84岁高龄的钟南山院士如何放弃春节休假，逆行到武汉治疗重症病人；73岁李兰娟院士如何带领团队与时间赛跑、与病魔做斗争；还有很多叔叔、阿姨、医生、护士都牺牲自己的休息时间，冒着被感染的危险赶赴湖北、支援武汉去治疗病人的感人事例；我渐渐对自己感到惭愧，我才仅仅是不能去玩了就很不高兴，而还有那么多人经受病魔的折磨，那么多人在和病毒做斗争，甚至失去生命，我是如此渺小，于是我决定改变自己。
放下所有抱怨，我自己制订了一个作息表，每天把时间安排满满的，学习、做家务、锻炼、阅读、听歌一样都不少，还积极参加学校组织支持武汉、共抗疫情活动，而且每天还关注国家卫生委官网发布的疫情情况，看新闻联播了解国家对控制疫情所做的各项举措，每天都很充实，渐渐地，心情也好多了。原本无聊的生活，在我转变心态后安排的多姿多彩，而且以前我无暇做、不屑做的事在这段居家生活中都如愿以偿并有了新的体验和感受，令我难忘，而且疫情也一天一天得到了有效的控制，我的心里越发踏实。
在居家生活的一个月里，从原来的恐慌到后来的从容，直到最后找到宅在家里的快乐和意义，我的变化很大，但是我依然保持着向往美好生活的心态，向往能与老师、同学面对面的打招呼，同时也希望疫情尽快结束再回到我所熟悉的学校生活。

8月3日到5日，我在哈尔滨大剧院参加了中俄文化艺术交流周开幕式——中俄艺术家大联欢的演出。
我参加的节目是开场歌舞《相亲相爱》，由120名小雪花合唱团员和20名俄罗斯合唱队小朋友共同组成。我们是整台晚会中唯一的儿童演员。我认识了一个俄国小朋友，她叫安德列，她的头发是黄色的，眼睛是灰色的，她是个非常活泼可爱的小女孩。
当我进入大剧院，我发现大剧院的舞台非常非常大，舞台棚顶有一排排五光十色的大灯，舞台两侧有六块大屏幕，灯光闪烁，美丽极了！我的心情非常紧张，当老师说：“同学们，马上我们就要上台了！”我的心情就更紧张了。过了一会儿导演老师说：“上台！”我们140个人10秒钟登台站位完毕，我紧张的心情才慢慢放松下来。我们站在升降台上，升降台是自动的，分1，2，3号，各有不同的高度，我站在1号台左侧。第一天的彩排从早上八点半一直到晚上九点半才结束，在舞台上，灯光烤得我满头大汗，但我仍然按照老师和导演的要求一动不动，晚上到家已经累得一句话都不想说了，头碰到枕头就睡着了。但是我的心里非常开心，因为可以在哈尔滨大剧院这么漂亮的舞台上演出，可以认识这么多俄罗斯的小朋友，还有中央电视台的导演老师给我们指导，最高兴的是见到了董卿阿姨和朱军叔叔本人，他们和以前在电视上看到的样子不太一样，穿着都很朴素，而且董卿阿姨在生活中还戴着眼镜呢！
通过这次演出我体会到，每个节目的背后，每一位演员都付出了大量的辛苦和汗水，我很荣幸能够成为她们的一员！祝愿中俄文化艺术交流周活动圆满成功！
